ASAP Plumbing provided outstanding quality work and customer service.. Freddie, Maldo and Moises were friendly, courteous and patient with me and my questions and explained what they were doing. They replaced the polyurethane pipes in the whole house. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up their debris. I also liked that Damien stopped by twice to see how things were going and if I had questions. Michelle provide great customer service wi th completing the transaction and payment. It was great doing business with them.

I called this company and Michelle helped me, a very kind person who listened to my problem and sent a specialist to my house in less than 1 hour.Mr. Leonardo replaced the old delta valve in my bathroom with a new one, he did an excellent job!They also gave me a good price, thank you very much!!

I met with three other plumbing companies before selecting ASAP for repiping my home. I had started a bathroom refresh and other companies seemed uncomfortable working with a handy granny or to just to help me in changing out an old double vanity to a single sink a new vanity and single sink. And as a DIY-er, I chose to do repair work myself. ASAP could have done it, all other companies subcontracted wall repair work.Al did the most thorough inspection of any company, documenting everything with videos to share with his technicians. ASAP was also the only company to provide license and insurance along with estimate. A smaller family-like business was a better fit for me.If you dont care about having the best quality using PEX A and Sharkbites, other plumbers might be faster, possibly cheaper, however they but I dont expect that I will ever have problems in this house from this repipe work and if I did, Id call ASAP Service.Scheduling was delayed due to hurricanes and recovery, but crew worked around my schedule to complete the job. While some of their crew do not speak fluent English, they do know plumbing, and I enjoyed Juan and Justin. The team supervisor, Gio, managed the project with a wealth of experience and had fully stocked truck with supplies and tools for the job. He is sincerely dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction and made sure that I had basic water supply at the end of day one. Yes, my house was a bit more complicated than expected. When getting to the water supply to refrigerator and icemaker was a challenge, it took some extra time, but was resolved. I was most concerned about losing most of a tiled bathroom wall, Gio extracted just two tiles without damage that can now easily be replaced.Once I finish my bathroom retiling, wallpaper, and new lighting, Ill share the finished project. We hired ASAP Plumbing for my parent’s house re-piping on May 2024 and we’re glad we chose the right company. It’s true that they had the lowest price guaranteed on their quote. They’ve also attached their liability insurance on their quote so it gained our trust. The first process was detailed and the guy took pictures of the possible areas for re-piping and gave demo of the material and process. When the day came for the re-pipe, their team was organized and on time. Another team member was cleaning up the debris right at the very moment so everything was also clean and less after work for the homeowner (thumbs up!). When it was done, ASAP Plumbing will be the one to schedule for the county inspection and it was very fast. When inspection was approved, there was another team who came the next day to close the drywall and patching. The team was also organized, on time and the drywall patching was smooth and perfecto 👌🏼.Our experience with ASAP Plumbing was super, satisfied and less hassles from the homeowner’s perspective. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing for being a reliable company, worth for your money, responsive customer service, and for having professional teams.

I called for an estimate to repipe my house, they came right out on a Sunday and were here on Tuesday, Wednesday, the piping was finished, Thursday another crew came and repaired all the walls where they needed pipes to run from the attic and you wouldnt even know they were here, great Job!! And the crews were skilled, professional and very polite. Im very happy I found them!!!

I purchased my first investment property in January. The water heater valve stopped working and as a new landlord I was stressed trying to fix it ASAP for my tenants. Had 3 people come and quote me and say they couldnt fix until next week. The valve needed to repair or just replace the heater since it was 18 years old already. Contacted them Friday afternoon, they quoted me for replacement and sent plumber next day at 10am. They replaced it and did an impeccable job. Communication was on point with owner and May, they truly made this stressful unexpected situation a lot better with their costumer service. Would definitely use them again.

My insurance wanted to drop me because of what? polybutylene pipes crazy!I got three estimates and these guys do it all I also had them do my master bathroom renovation since I had the original plumbing and original bathroom they were able to repipe the house and remodel my master bathroom tub and shower area Im so happy with them. I cant say the same thing about my insurance company.I would use this company again.
