Kale Adams was dispatched to my home on 2 separate occasions. The first job was an easy problem solve for him; well above my capability. The second was just a tad more intense and required his major skill set. It was a re-plumbing of the entire house, installing a water softener, fixing old washer and dryer connections, installing a tankless water heater and even spraying insulation in the attic 😳 (it was a lot).Kale and his helpers were very thorough and answered any and all questions that I had. If I have another situation, I will be calling Ace and having Kale come back out to the house. He even hung up a sign for me. 👍👍’s up

My project was electrical wiring for a welder. I had specific requirements. My electrician, Dan, was amazing in how he set everything up and worked with me the entire time, including countless emails between us before he showed up to do the work. Every finished detail was perfect. Dan and ACE Solves It All deserve more than 5 stars. Yes, I am extremely happy with the work performed and the price I paid, which was exactly what I was quoted. There were no surprises, other than that Dan went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. Ive already recommended Dan and ACE Solves It All to 3 people after showing them photos what was done for me (Ive been talking about the project to people at work for at least 2 years). Had a great experience with our electrician, Dan. We had our outside panel completely replaced. Dan gave us a great experience start to finish. He arrived early to do the job and was patient with my wife getting out the door in the morning before cutting power to the house for the install. Did very clean work and finished the job very efficiently. He even went the extra mile and took down old wire that was run on the side of the house from years ago. Great job.

We had to make an emergency call at 9pm on a Friday, and Linden responded within the hour. He was incredibly nice and professional, and went right to work. Our entire central electrical panel needed to be replaced, and he worked straight through the night to get power restored for us. His work quality was excellent, and he was happy to explain the process as he proceeded. Amazing work!

The techs worked quickly to deal with problems caused by a lightning strike. They solved one problem and setup to return to take care of the second problem. On their return they had to trench a new line to our out building. Tree roots and rain slowed them down but they kept at it and everything is good now.

We were able to get the water turned off and then someone who work with backflow came the next day and was able to resolve all of the issues. Heating coil went out on my water heater. They were able to come through on a Sunday. They recommended replacing it, but that wasn’t something I felt was necessary for this moment. They had the part to repair on the truck, walked me through what I need to do in the future to have preventative measures when it comes to the responsibility of flushing, my water heater made it seem super simple. The only feedback I have is being a former owner of a roofing company. I provided my employees with booties to walk inside the house and not tracking mud. When I’m ready to upgrade my water heater, I will be calling Ace for sure.

Be careful on his diagnose. .After complaining to the manager, Bob step in and he was able to confirm it was just our heater needed replacing. Ty for taking the time to confirm what was the issue.

Couldnt get the other leak detection guys to even return my phone call. Ace has a live person answer the phone, understood my desire to dialogue with text and noted my account that way. I received multiple texts daily regarding scheduling and had a technician to the house the following morning. 2 days later, a crew of 3 arrived to re-pipe the house because of a slab leak in an impossible spot to access easily. The guys were very professional and quick and were able to complete the job in about 8 hours time. Ace offered a financing deal with amazing terms to make the whole thing convenient for me.

I would like to shout out Jahniel and Ryan who did the install!! Those guys were great took care of everything and explained the process while they were doing them. They were here all day, like almost 12 hours. They didnt rush, cleaned up after them selves, really good work was done at my house. Let me add that it was pouring outside and they were still doing a great job!! I will be reviewing the actual system (Daikin DV9 3 ton) after letting it do its thing for a month or so. But as of now I would totally recommend ACE!!!

I have used there services several times within the past eight years and have been pleased with their service each time.Had an outside faucet we worked on and and as we took the faucet off part of the piping broke and we could not get a fitting for it. So I called “Ace Solves it All”.Pretty pricey for no more than forty- five minutes of work. Especially, when he told me he would be here for a while to complete the job. But, it was the holiday weekend and we had not had water for a day, so you are at their mercy for the price of convenience.Bobby Chinibas was my plumbing technician. He was prompt and came a lot earlier than scheduled (which was a good thing ), professional, friendly and neat.Hailey was the dispatcher and she was fantastic and informative. Overall, I was very satisfied with the completion of the job. Only the cost astonished me.

As a Family Value Plan Member, I was able to have a seasonal service of my air conditioning system at no additional cost, that two times a year! This us reassururing to me because I have confidence that my air conditioner will work during these hot and humid Florida summers.Ian, my service tech, was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnosed problems we were having with our ducts not being sealed properly in our two year old house. He repaired this and also installed a UV light to keep our air healthy. Ian was very conscientious and are happy to say that Ace Solves It All!

First time using Ace. They communicated well from the initial call. We had Bobby out to fix a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our lower level bathroom. Bobby was great in helping detect the leak and how we needed to access it for the repair. He did a great job and it wasn’t the easiest leak to fix. We had to open up the ceiling. Bobby also helped in putting the drywall back up after fixing the leak. He also cleaned up when he was done. Very satisfied with the service we received and I would use Ace again.

I had about 4 outlets and electrical connections changed and one being a GFI, as I had a new countertop installed and after the installation, the old outlets no longer worked. The new ones look really good and are a noticeable update from the previous ones. Jaime came out to do the work along with a helper, who, unfortunately, I didnt get his name. Jaime and the helper worked very hard to get the job done. It seems it was a little more difficult than I originally thought. The holes werent lining up. The two electricians got the job done though and I am very happy with the outcome and appearance of the outlets in my new kitchen. Jaime is a very friendly guy which is nice thing to experience when someone is so pleasant. As to the price...seems electrical work isnt cheap to say the least. The initial quote threw me for a loop, but as I said, the job was more difficult and time-consuming than it first appeared. Ace Solves It All is a good company and their technicians are top rate.

They were then able to restore power to our neighbors.We called Ace Solves It All that evening since we had them do electrical work for us before and they are listed as having 24 hour emergency service. By that time it was too late in the evening for them to come out and do anything. However, they called and Matt showed up bright and earlier around 7:30 on Saturday morning. He was able to make a run and get all the necessary parts. Matt was then able to completely rebuild the box, meter, the receiver stack and surge protector. He was able to finish up just before the afternoon rains set in. Matt did a great job and used top quality parts to give a us a brand new main electrical box.Now for the fun part, getting the county to inspect and permit. Long story, made slightly shorter. Through my persistence and the help of a friend were able to get the county to come and inspect it on Monday even though the next day was the 4th of July and a lot of folks had taken long weekends. Another huge plus for Ace was their permitting guy who made a special trip to our house to finish the permitting paperwork and then hand delivered o to the county to be filed that day. So, now, with the inspection and permitting done it was a matter of getting Duke energy to come back and reconnect the power line. This proved more difficult than you might think. But after multiple phone calls a truck came out on the 4th of July and gave us back our electricity. The house powered up and everything has worked great ever since. We are super big fans of Ace and will continue to use them for all our home service needs.The Excellent - Matt for a great job rebuilding everything, Dwight for coming out and getting the permitting taken care of, Orange County for coming out and doing the inspection in a timely manner.The good - Duke energy electrical crew who took care of a dangerous situation quickly and the very good crew who came to restore our power. The cost for Ace Solves It All was a little on the high side but their service quality easily made up for it.The bad - Duke energy corporate offices and outage reporting. These people have some of the worst customer service EVER. It was like trying to push a loaded semi truck up a hill to get them to put in the order to restore our power.Lessons learned - Make sure and maintain your generator. I have a good one that is 13 years old and going strong that saved our bacon, literally. We were able to run our refrigerator, lights, fans and even a small portable room A/C unit that kept us from being roasted alive in the sweltering summer heat for four days. Also, make sure and have fire extinguishers handy. I immediately replaced mine and added a small one to the garage.

Emmanuel was professional, did a nice job of explaining what he was doing. I wanted a house surge protector and an additional outside outlet. He gave a good description of the surge protector, what it would do, and how my house is protected. ACE has always sent quite service techs who are thorough, work clean, and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend ACE. They stay in contact with customers from setting up the service call appointment through to the service call completion. This is a company that understands how to do business in 2024.

He was on time, professional, courteous and well equipped with the right tools. Thank you Jay and ACE!February 3,2023: Luis diagnosed a problem with my AC air handler drip pan. He was professional, on time and quickly determined what the issue was. I highly recommend Ace Solves it All and their technician, Luis. Thank you very much!December 7, 2022: Luis performed annual maintenance on my two AC units and air handlers. Luis was very professional and courteous. Further, Luis cleaned my main AC drip line in a fashion I’ve not seen before. This cleaning removed a lot of gunk that had never been cleaned as he used the drip pan and a solvent that removed gunk from the connection at the drip pan. Also, Luis cleaned and shined the air handlers and outside units once all maintenance was completed. I am extremely happy with Luis’ work and continue to trust ACE Solves It All. Thanks! On Thanksgiving Day during the height of cooking our in sink disposal unit failed and began leaking. We were limited to using the opposite side of the sink for the remainder of the day. I called ACE first thing Friday morning. They were already booked but found a way to work me into the schedule. Mark showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue as a complete broken disposal unit. It had to be replaced. He had everything needed in his company truck and quickly went to work. He was done within an hour. As a family value plan member we received our discount and are very happy to have our sink disposal unit working again. Mark was very professional and pleasant like all ACE technicians.
