He invested in high tech gadgets that help identify the clogged line to the septic tank and he quickly solved the issue that could have given us headaches for days, and thousands the septic service company wanted for unnecessary project. Not quite a year ago Angelo replaced my hot water heater and I was pleased with his professionalism. So recently I replaced the garbage disposal. However once replaced the dishwasher was not cycling all the way through leaving water in the dishwasher. I called and instead of coming out he first asked me some questions and gave me a fix on the phone saving me a service call. I really appreciated him doing that when he easily could have come out and fix the problem and charged me. So there was no cost for his advice. I HIGHLY recommend Osceola Sewer and Drain Cleaning. My mother had a complete drain clog in the whole house and we didn’t realize this until a Sunday night. Made a call to Angelo and he had us set up Monday after two other appointments he had. Angelo actually started his day at 6:00 AM so my mom’s home could be repaired by noon. Angelo arrived by 9:30 and had the drain cleaned out and the issue repaired by 10:30. There are not many companies who truly care about their customers but Angelo and Osceola Sewer and Drain Cleaning make their customers a priority. THANK YOU ANGELO. I’m ecstatic to have found Angelo! We own a rental in Kissimmee but live in California so we were not present at the house when Angelo came. We needed the garbage disposal repaired and upon first talking to him on the phone, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was very honest about pricing when I first called and even offered to give me instructions over the phone rather than coming out and charging me exorbitant fees. This type of honesty is very rare and I truly appreciate it so much!Angelo was able to fix the problem within 15 minutes upon arrival. It turned out we had two really old beer bottles stuck in the garbage disposal. I’m pretty sure other plumbers would have charged me outrageous fees to have this fixed. Angelo’s prices were fair and he did not gouge prices like other vendors. He is now my go-to guy for plumbing services and I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend to call Osceola Sewer and drain cleaning. Angelo is a pro , knows exactly what to do. They clean and scope the line after cleaning. I called late morning when my drain from the cleanout to the main road was clogged. Angelo was there shortly after that same day and unclogged it within a half hour. Though the water back up was cleared Angelo took another step placing a camera in the drain which revealed a clog downstream on the utility company side. He informed to call them , I did, they came out that day to look at and confirm that they would take care on their end within a week or so

Angelo worked around my schedule, called me several times to make sure I knew he was coming and just as he said he showed up on Saturday morning, he came to Melbourne all the way from Kissimmee. If you ever get Angelo then consider yourself lucky. He took my emergency call at 10:30pm and accepted to watch the video I sent to his phone then immediately gave me directions to cut off the electricity to avoid a fire. He said Ill be at your house at 8am and he got here 15 minutes earlier also called me when he was on his way. When he got here I noticed he was driving a new clean Van customized for plumbing and he also was dressed liked a plumbing pro. We shared info and He did a visual inspection on my garage . He immediately knew where the problem was and got it done. He even followed up with me a few times after he was gone. I am highly appreciative and grateful I met Angelo. The guy is very friendly and he definitely knows what’s he is doing. I’d definitely recommend this company and to ask for Angelo.

I had a major backup on our lines over the weekend and had been trying for a couple of days to clear it, we ended up with no toilets, tubs or being able to use our bathrooms at all. I called Angelo at Osceola Sewer and Drain and he was able to come to our house within 20 mins, he was very professional and thorough...this gentleman knows his stuff! He cleared our lines in less than 10 mins and went above and beyond explaining to us the process and what we could do in the future to avoid costly repairs. I was very happy with the service he provided and the cost was more than reasonable for coming over on a Sunday morning and not charge us an extra emergency service fee. I definitely highly recommend his services!

I called Angelo around 11 this morning and explained my drains were backing up in my shower and toilet. He told me he would be over around 1 and he came at 12:30. He found my clean out and worked it from that end but still had to pull a toilet and go from the inside. Problem is solved in around 2 hours and everything is put back and cleaned like he wasnt even here. Very professional and went above and beyond the call. First off Hats off to Angelo who was very professional in knowing the business and not trying to rip off the customer. He was upfront in pricing and his pricing is 20-30 % less that other named services I used before. He came out on the time he specified and explained what needs to be done to unclog the sewer line. I was surprised that the service I used before ( Shamrock Plumbing) did not mention if the snake out line breaks from the roof it will be on my dime to remove. Angelo explained that to me and said he will not do it . He removed my toilet and used that to remove clogging and also did camera to identify the washout outside the house. It was a joke that these builders and orange county utilities do and approve plumbing. The wash out was covered by the pavers that was installed, Orange County approved it. Kudos for doing the job.Angelo found the washout helped me break the pavers so I could see the washout. I would like to give 10 stars for this professionalism if I had a chance.If anyone is reading this review in and out from hunters creek/ Orlando/ Osceola area please do hire him. He is very reasonable in pricing.

They cleared the clog, sent a camera up the pipe to ensure the work cleaned the pipe 100% to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and gave me preventive measures to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. We found Angelo via a Google search today. Because of the positive reviews we called him. Angelo answered and came the morning we had a problem. We described to him what the problem was and a few hours later he came over. He even texted me when he was on his way as he said he would. He advised us on his diagnosis (and he was correct), and what it would cost. The job was done promptly On a Saturday no less) and he was spot and his price was much less compared to others. This is an honest, fair, and good person that you should never EVER hesitate to call him. His Google reviews are spot on and accurate. I will never, ever, EVER use anyone but him again. If it was possible to give more stars I would.UPDATE: We had a small issue that the I (the owner of the house) caused. I texted Angelo at night after hours. He answered and tried to help over the phone and we could not fix over the phone. He asked to come over ASAP but this was not an emergency. He arrived at 8am sharp and fixed the problem I caused.
