During the freeze my well pipes burst. I had no water in the house and all the plumbers were busy, plus many won’t do wells or outside city limits. I called Monday,and they set an appointment for Friday, but they didn’t make it because their previous appointment at an apartment complex ran the whole day. To make up, they sent one of their guys, James, after hours to fix it. He arrived 6:30, assessed the work needed, then drove back to Killeen to get the extra parts needed for a well. He finished at midnight, even though I’d told him several times to go home and finish it the next day. I’ve never had a plumbing service go above and beyond like this.

Kelvin was amazing to work with! He worked with my schedule and really tried hard to make sure that the project worked for me. He was always on time and friendly. Will request him again if I need any more plumbing work done!

Kelvin was an awesome guy, very professional and friendly. Appreciate how hard he worked to replace my hot water heater. If I need any plumbing again I’d definitely want Kelvin to return.

I called another company to come by and see why I had a leak. They quoted me a high price and then rescheduled me TWO TIMES. So I called RotoRooter and they were out within 24 hrs, and did a CAMERA DIAGNOSTIC. To my relief we learned the house had all PVC pipes and there were no clogs or major issues. I just needed to cap the cleanout. All techs come with the camera and the diag fee can be applied to any work done. I felt it was a good value and very professional service! And it was a much more reasonable rate than the other place that cancelled on me.

Phenomenal customer service! I called about a minor plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and I expected to be told that the earliest appointment would be the following week. I was very surprised when I was asked if 3-5pm would be okay?! I was very surprised! Not only was Bill punctual, he came early and was very professional! Bill was very knowledgeable and we even had a good laugh! He quickly diagnosed and fixed my plumbing program! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter

The repairman that came out to my house were very professional on time they catered to my needs and help repair my drains that were backing up. I think they were in and out of my house in less than 45 minutes they cleaned up as they went. Truly a great experience I will absolutely call again for any future plumbing needs.

Ive used them on several occasions. Love that they came out same day as my leak in the wall. Theyve also done my new hot water heater. I can say that this company is not the cheapest out there but if you need it done fast and right, they can handle it. Very professional.

They have a great team that has helped with a couple water heaters and fixed the not so professional work that had bed. Done by others. I highly recommend them and their team. They’re happy to answer question and help you understand issues that could come up in other units they hadn’t serviced.

They sent Chad out to fix my loose toilet bowl, and this young man was, by far, my best repair experience since I have been in Killeen. I have several rentals in diff parts of the state, and it is such a pain finding reliable service, with a smile. This young man obviously rakes pride in his work, and believes in getting the job done right. Highly recommend Chad for your plumbing needs.
