    Just got an emergency water heater replacement done by Mr. Kelvin. Super nice gentleman with professional grade installation. As a bonus, he also gave me some great maintenance advise to maintain my new water heater, which works great by the way. I appreciate how he communicated the progression of the job.The water heater provided hot water right after installations. My old rheem water heater took a minute to even warm up. A great product with an awesome professional plumber was at my home today.

    Tyler was great! He located the issue almost immediately and gave me my pricing upfront. He was able to finish the job quickly and confirmed that the toilets and tub were running properly before he left. He was even able to confirm where the clog came from.     We had a pipe burst in our side yard. It was so bad it ran like a river down our whole street! Mari from the office was very helpful, personable, and understanding of our urgency. They have financial institutions that they work with if you cannot pay in full.Mr. Kelvin was diligent and respectful, and worked very hard all day to find the root of the problem. Unbeknownst to us, we have oddly set up pipes. He and his team still worked all day and we’ll pay the evening to figure out where our pipes connected. He’s a very kind and funny guy! Will definitely call them again for future plumbing work if needed.Thank you Mr. Kelvin, Mari, and all of Mr. Rooter’s! 10/10 work and customer service.

He did the required work on our backflow valve setup, but then went one step further and did some troubleshooting that revealed the potential source for our backflow woes. He suggested and implemented a fix same-day. Please send Kelvin by any time we have plumbing problems!! Only negative (nothing to do with Kelvin) is that the work was STUNNINGLY expensive. I knew the price up front, but it was still a nasty bit of news.
