    I had to have a garbage disposal replaced. And the guy that came out and did it was very professional got the job done and left no mess. He was very knowledgeable about his work very polite. I highly recommend this plumbing company and would give them a 10 plus. The receptionist at the office was very kind and helpful and understanding.     They arrived earlier than expected, which was great. They seem to be more knowledgeable than the previous plumbers I had in the past. They explained in detail, exactly what was being done, what to expect, and what other damages could arise from different scenarios. They were friendly and respectful of my property, which in itself is hard to find. I would definitely recommend them.

    I Always get amazing service!! Water heater replaced and kitchen faucet. Though it was a necessity I was not in a rush for repair due to the holidays.. I knew there could potentially be a wait, but I was seen quickly and the repairs were done just as quickly.

    Mr Blassingame came right out- on a holiday. Found the pipe that was cracked. Marked it. Showed me how to turn the water off or on at the main. Excellent job! Fast, professional, efficient!!     The person whom initially set up the appointment was very very great. Worked with me and my schedule to get the appointment set up. They sent the first tech and he was pretty great young guy who knew his stuff. They had to return to complete work and sent 2 techs one was a newbie so I expected his knowledge to be lacking but the older guy who was supposed to be so experienced was only experienced in rudeness. He didn’t listen to my explanation and then kept trying to talk over me. Ended up calling a friend who explained what the problem was and how to fix it. Glad I am not responsible for paying this bill because we would definitely be in court.

    Highly recommend Blassingame Plumbing, weve had multiple issues with Plumbing with our rental and they came out and fixed the issues right away. The office has been wonderful with status updates and the plumbers were so kind and explained what was going on.     Thanks for replacing the kitchen fawcet. Solved that issue.Not sure about the flush and float mechanism in the toilet tank. Ill give it some time and see if it still loses water and refills. All looks great so far.Now today and the water leak upstairs. Handled so quick and professionally. I dont think there was any damage at all.Great Job. Nice to meet you Kim.I did say Id brag on yall.     The entire team from Blassingame has been amazing! It started with a faulty hot water heater that was a no - standard size and Brynner managed to get a standard one to fit and then when the water pressure on the hot side failed Josh just would not stop until the problem was solved, as of today I have non-smelling hot water with more water pressure than before they started working on it!

    I was extremely upset at Lone Star Realty for being extremely rude,cheap,and never fix anything that i focused my last review on them and not Blassinggame but the contractor that came out is very professional and gets the job done.I had to use the restroom while he was working but he was very understanding and patient.This is definitely a professional company they jus assist sorry companies like Lone Star Realty but maybe with their help Lone Star will be better

    My water treatment in my garage had burst when my grandson had arrived from school around 330pm. A neighbor had him FaceTime me and asked would be ok to look at it. It was gushing out and he asked if could turn off ? I agreed and proceeded to call my water company knowing that we had just had a major freeze and I explained what had happened the clerk was very rude and told me to contact my realtor. Which I did at about 345pm I was told he would contact a plumber and offered to come shut it off. By about 2 mins after I received a call from the plumber company. Who was very pleasant and explained they were called to come out and I would receive a text telling me they received the text to do the job and what time the person would be on their way. Right away less than minutes I hit the texts ! The plumber whose name was Brandon looked 18 but knew his stuff he was 23 very professional guy! Told me step by step what happened what he was doing kept letting me know what was going on. I don’t know plumbers but if I had to hire one I would definitely choose them speed polite reliable and most of all knowledgeable!! I appreciate them and will tell all my friends who hire plumbers to choose them. I am thankful fir them and glad that I have water .

    I had a plumbing emergency Dec 23 with the Polar vortex. Water allover the bathroom, hallway. No plumber had time or wanted to come help.     The first time I used their service, they saved me a lot of money. Fixed a simple problem with the water heater. They did not charge me a lot like other plumbers would. They saved me from buying a new water heater. I will be calling these guys next time I have any plumber issues. Thanks guys. Just use them again a few years after the first time. This time it was replacing the plumbing under the kitchen sink and fixing the bathtub. Great work. Friendly. Fast. Great tips on a few other issues. Best plumber service ever. Best part is that I usually get antsy when strangers are in the house. Not with their plumber, Christopher Daniel. Very nice and polite. He was even great with my cats checking him out.

I received a confirmation text of the appointment with the assigned plumbers name, James. I received a notification text of the plumber being en-route about 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. James and his assistant arrived a few minutes early and presented themselves in a professional manner. They determined the issue, carefully removed the broken valve and replaced it. James answered any questions in a positive and polite manner. Once they were complete with the repairs, they cleaned up and headed on their way.
