The service time was efficient and fairly priced.Brandon was also kind enough to check my garbage disposal and clear it of debris. They found some plastic and hair in it. When they were finished all was in perfect working order and they left the work area spotless. I would like to say what an amazing experience I had with My Plumbing Company. Mike was very responsive to calls and texts, and was personable and professional. This company is truly phenominal! I called yesterday afternoon when my water heater blew out and he fit me in in-between his already busy schedule. Mike took the time to explain what happened with my water heater and my model options for a new one. He was extremely patient with my plethora of questions. He was able to immediately stop my leak and returned first thing this morning with a new water heater with a booster. He was very thorough again with explaining the new system, very personable, professional and very honest. He never tried to push any services on me. My water heater needed some fixing. Upon calling, Mike answered the phone so quick and informed me that he was booked up but that he will try to make it as soon as he can. And to my surprise, Mike, told me that he was able to come in today and help me get my hot water back up and running. Other than the great work he had done, he also had a great energy and was very professional about it. Mike and his worker were very knowledgeable and experienced. We try to support local businesses as often as possible and Mikes personal attention is exactly why. Our water heater had an issue and before coming to the house he recommended repair instead of replace. We couldnt repair it so it was replaced a few hours later and no one had to skip shower night waiting for the new one. Its easy to see why only one person has had an issue. Highly recommend.

Obviously youre looking for a good plumber that is reasonably priced. This is the 2nd time for me to use My Plumbing. Bought a new toilet on Saturday and needed it installed. Home Depot charges 169.00 to install. Contacted Mike at My Plumbing, even though they were closed, and scheduled an install time for Monday. Removed the old toilet, cleaned and checked everything before installing new toilet. Leveled it, had me sit on it to make sure there was no wobbles and that I was satisfied. Cleaned up all of the mess before he left. Came back the next day and put grout around the base of the toilet. Again the area was cleaned before he left. What can I say, Ill definitely use him again.

Plus a few little things on the side and it was still less than the price he quoted me. this review includes Michael and his crew. They were incredible. After being away on business for several weeks, I come home to a leaking toilet. The toilet was very old and needed to be replaced. I called Mike, and despite having a busy schedule, sent his tech to my house the same day. His tech was very professional and his work was exceptional. I love my new toilet. It flushes and fills back up in less than 5 seconds; whereas the old one took 30 seconds to refill. This is the second time Mike has helped with a plumbing need. The first time was replacing an old and leaking gas water heater. His work was exceptional with that project too, and his estimate was less than the plumbers I had called. I highly recommend My Plumbing Company.

Amazing, reliable, and honest. I noticed a wet muddy spot in my yard with standing water near by. I called to set-up an appointment for someone to come check for leaks. Michael came out the same day about an hour after I called. I described what I was experiencing and Michael put my nerves to rest. He explained that he treats all of his jobs as if he was doing them for a family member. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is superb. Ill definitely be using this company again.

I called Mike Young at My Plumbing Company to help me determine where my water leak was coming from. Mike was able to come to my house at no charge the same day and after some listening to the pipes at the different plumbing fixtures, he was positive that I had a hot water leak under my slab. He explained the options available and gave me a price quote for him to repair by re-routing the pipe with PEX piping through the attic to by-pass the slab leak. This my best option without jackhammering the foundation. Mike explained that he would still have to determine where the leak was by exposing the manifold in the wall that he suspected was behind the sheet rock in the HVAC closet. He explained the entire process and answered all our questions. I did some research online and called him to confirm the job. Mike and his partner Brandon came out on a Thursday morning and repaired hot side slab leak from main bathroom tub valve manifold to garage washer box manifold. They created a by-pass through attic and insulated it with foam insulation. They put the cut-out sheetrock back in place temporarily until I can get someone out fix it permanently. I was highly impressed with their work and how they explained what was going on every step of the way. I would highly recommend Mike and Brandon for your plumbing needs.

But this morning I called Mike at 8:05am and Brandon and another gentleman were at my house before 9am! They fixed the issue with our clogged pipe within the hour. They were very polite and professional. They are also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling them next time we need some plumbing assistance!

Mike, you are AMAZING!!! We called him at 9 this morning when we realized there was water coming up through our floor in the living room. We called 3 different places and Mike was the only one who said he would come out and assess the situation without charging us just to look. He gave us a time he would be here, called when he was running late, showed up with a great attitude and got right to work. He found the problem with the first guess and gave us great pricing on the solution that was so reasonable, we thought he was kidding. I was so stressed out over this problem and within 5 minutes of being in my house, Mike has completely put my mind at ease and I knew that the job would get done right. If you want a good contractor, someone you can trust, call Mike, you wont regret it.

We have not had any issues (finally) and intend on having him redo our entire older plumbing in the next few years. I am grateful and so thankful we were able to locate this company online. If you are double guessing, I would not.

I can’t say enough positive things. I contacted them Friday because I believed to have a slab leak. He explained that more than likely I did due to the signs and symptoms I was explaining. He told me he could come Monday to check it out first thing. He even told me if I was wanting to fix it same day he could do it. Him and his team arrived today (Monday) at the stated time despite being in the middle of a global pandemic. Wasted no time getting to work. They jumped right in and began testing and quickly confirmed it was in fact a slab leak on the hot side of the system. Was able to find everything he needed to without causing more than needed damage (knew ahead of time I was going to need drywall work after). Quickly repaired my leak. He also explained what was going on during the process, I know most repairmen do not like to be bothered during the repairs. He went out of his way to explain stuff. Also answered unrelated plumbing questions I had without hesitation. You can tell these guys are passionate and love doing what they do. It shows in their professionalism and customer service. Will not hesitate to call them again when I need plumbing work done! 11/10 recommend!

I have used My Plummer Company for the last three years. He has done my backflow testing. This year the backflow test failed on my sprinkler system. Mike was immediately able to do the repair and replace the unit that I had. Now I have a system that is up to date with the decorative rock and it looks good. If I could I would give Mike 10 stars!! Out of probably 10 plumbing companies I called Friday Mike was the only one who could come out and give me a second opinion. Mike called me back within 5 minutes of me texting him and he was right down the road and was at my house in 10 minutes. He was very thorough walked us through everything explained what the problem could be. He scheduled the repair for first thing Monday morning. He had us up and running in less time than the first plumber had quoted us and at half of the cost. Special note especially since we live in a military town and us wives tend to be home without our husbands a lot of the time. One week before Thanksgiving and a dinner for 20 people, my downstairs powder room toilet flooded the room. My EX plumbing company explained that they could send someone out to look at the problem and then put me on a schedule and that they were back up for days. I called My Plumbing Company, late at night and a real person answered the phone. I explained my problem. They pulled me off the ceiling and told me to turn off the water line and they would be there in the AM and they were and they were on TIME! Pleasant, and confident technician found my problem. Instead of a wax ring when installing the toilet, whomever, had used caulk and wooden shims NOT plastic. The toilet when flushed was dumping on my floor and on to the laundry in the basement. The flood, which had been happening for some time but not noticed rotted the wooden shims. The toilet rocked and the rotting caulk ripped and leaked. My Plumbing Company explained the problem, and fixed repaired it on the spot. The cost was more than reasonable, the technician was just the nicest guy and My Plumbing Company is now in my phone book to call for my next plumbing disaster. Thank you My Plumbing Company!

I had a leak coming from my hot water heater and the owner was prompt, professional, did the repair quickly, and even called me the day after to see if anything was showing up after the restoration company removed all the flooring, also to tell me happy birthday. He didn’t charge me anything for detecting the leak. This company deserves every 5 star review on here. I highly recommended using this company.

Late Friday night, our water heater starting pouring water out the top of it. Mike was the only plumber who answered and promptly came out Saturday. He took a look at the water heater (which was ancient and needed to be replaced), purchased a new one, installed it, and hauled the old one away. He was great and we really appreciated how prompt he was in helping us. A few weeks later, we had to call him back because the new water heater kept tripping. He was very helpful and figured out what the problem was so we could call an electrician. If we have plumbing issues in the future, well definitely use My Plumbing Company again.

February the 8th the City Inspector informed us our commercial facility would not pass inspection to open until we installed RPZ Valves in 2 units at our facility. We immediately contacted several plumbers for quotes including Michael at My Plumbing who was contacted last on Sunday night the 11th (Yes, Sunday Night and Michael answered the phone). Michael was the first plumber to come out right away Monday morning to give us a quote. Not only was Michael very nice, informative and knowledgeable he installed our RPZ Valves right away. Michaels price was very fair and we really appreciate everything he did to help us meet city code and open our facility! We will be referring Michael to everyone who needs a plumber! Thanks Michael!
