I am so grateful that our Home Warranty Company has such an amazing plumbing company for their customers. Aaron came out to help us after we had another plumbing company come out and do some questionable things and he took care of us immediately! He was knowledgeable, kind and very professional!! I highly recommend and appreciate this wonderful company that I am so glad…is veteran owned…which is an added bonus!! I first became familiar with Ferguson and Sons when I was shopping for DIY project parts at a local supply store. One of Fergusons employees saw me looking a little out of my element and provided me with some sound guidance. When my 18 year old water heater went out, I called them. Matt and his assistant did a great job in both bringing me up to code (with an expansion tank) and replacing the water heater. Being cost-conscious, I bought the replacement water heater myself AND Matt and I went through my system together to see which parts we could continue to use with the new heater (like the overflow pan, the ball valve I had installed for easy flushing, etc.). The work was done professionally and with minimal interruption to our household AND for exactly what the quoted price was.

I placed a work order with American Home Shield to have my toilet serviced. Ferguson and Sons was very prompt and kept a great line of communication. My service technician, Steve, was very professional and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. My toilet is currently working great and I am very satisfied. If I have any other plumbing issues in the future, I hope American Home Shield, assigns Ferguson and Sons.

We used AHS (home warranty) to get our water heater fixed/replaced. They use Ferguson and Sons for most of their plumbing requests. Justin came out both times (to assess and to install). He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my random questions quickly without any sense of condensing tone. Justin and his partner quickly replaced the busted water heater and made sure everything was good to go before leave. He offered that if anything isnt working right to call them and he will come back to make sure it was resolved.

Not only did he fix the problem, but he was also very informative about the cause and even gave us some advice on how to do some basic maintenance of our own. Ferguson and Sons came out after another plumbing business told my warranty company that they couldn’t find the part for my bathtub (my house was built in 1969) and therefore couldn’t handle my issue. Ferguson and Sons scheduled my appointment in a very timely manner and Aaron was professional and detail oriented. He managed to take apart my shower diverted and replace the O-ring and had everything working wonderfully in barely any time. Very grateful and reassuring to know that businesses like this still exist.

Crew was on time and quick to start assessing situation of leaking shower. Updated us with the work being done and throughout diagnosis. Crews cleaned up and discovered the issue and recommended best solution to the problem and work from there. Overall the issue was not something that they could address and was more an installers poor work but they provided guidance which was appreciated and highly recommend this company for any future work if needed for others in need.

Brandon was very nice, professional, and fast! We have a modular home, Brandon crawled under there without hesitation (braver than me) and had our leaky pipe fixed in no time. UPDATE: One year later our Water Heater stopped heating, and again Ferguson and Sons provided us with fast and professional service. I had a major flood in my house due to my “friend” hooking the hot and cold water lines under the sink in my bathroom incorrectly.After the water from the flood was cleaned up by a professional damage company I called Ferguson and Son’s to have them come out a redo the water lines to ensure they would not come loose again.The guys who came out were EXTREMELY NICE and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and very fair with their pricing.I am super impressed with this company and they will be my go to plumbers from now on.If you’re reading this trying to deciding if you should go with this company or another company, PLEASE GO WITH THESE GUYS.I PROMISE you will be treated fairly and great work will be done!Highly recommend!!!

As a small business owner myself, I was greatly pleased and impressed with Ferguson & Son. Though relatively new as a stand alone business, the 30+ years of experience showed. After a non accredited tile installer felt the need to install a new toilet collar, it was done shamefully with incorrect style and procedure. This 40 year old house used pvc and lead pipes, which was common in those days. The lead pipe had been so mangled, it was unusable to an experienced plumber. Ferguson & Sons took the time to remove the old lead pipe to reach the PVC 18inched below. They removed minimal concrete and no tiles and added the proper extension and collar. They left the bathroom clean and functional. The young men who performed the job were polite and professional. Because of the local ice storm, they had to call and reschedule and arrived as promised. Although they were referrer to us by Am Home Shield, they would not cover the repair. However, the price from Ferguson & Sons for installation was fair and reasonable. I couldnt recommend them enough. Great work guys! Much appreciated.

Gabriel and Nano were sent to my house last week to check my hot water tank because it was leaking. I was explained in detail what all needed to be done because the a new replacement would need modifications. The tank was not available but would be in a few days. As a customer after they left because modifications is modifying where the tank will be and I was worried about the drilling and adding. I thought why worry. They are professional. I was comfortable knowing any replacement has to be up to new code. When they arrived this morning I thought that Gabriel and Nano took their time to complete the installation of my water heater. Everything that was done for the modifications, were exactly as they explained to me. I am so happy and I appreciate their honesty trust&integrity. As of now I have hot water and doing my laundry. Thank you both for the awesome work you have done and for the trust and confidence in the modifications to make it happen. Ferguson and sons are a great company to work with. Booked thru AHS. It starts with the reception line where the ladies are very polite to get you scheduled as soon as possible. The appointments are blanketed 9-5 but they give a courtesy call and text when they are arriving and the ladies can give a best estimate to the nearest 2 hours or so. My initial plummer ran behind on time by 5pm and another set of plummers (Matthew and Gabe) picked up the call and arrived around 6pm, most likely working overtime. They were still very professional and kind and listened to my story on replacing a hot water valve to allow a new dishwasher installation. They made a proffesional judgment and problem solved to rectify the problem with a new valve. My wife is a big DIYer with some ongoing projects around the house and Matthew even spent a few extra minutes teaching her about removing sink stoppers!

They came out to unclog my laundry room drain. I didnt choose this company, they were assigned by my home warranty but I am very happy with their plumbers. They unclogged the drain quickly and did not leave a mess.The main plumber gave me suggestions to keep my drains unclogged and eliminate the odor. I would use them again.

We called Ferguson & Sons for support because 1) unclog our pipes as our kitchen sink would back up every time our washer/dishwasher ran and 2) fix our garbage disposal/pipes as it would leak water under our sink whenever our garbage disposal ran. They sent Brandon & Gabriel over and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Both were punctual (I got a notification when they were 20 minutes away and they arrived exactly when they were supposed to), respectful, and listened to me (try) to explain what (I thought) was wrong with our sink. They were able to both drain the clog and had the right parts to fix the garbage disposal.In addition, Brandon made a helpful recommendation to buy live enzymes to keep our pipes and drains in good health and recommended potentially getting a water softener installed to help keep hard minerals out of our pipes. Well still be researching the last recommendation but Brandon gave us an initial estimate and proposal which will help us make our decision.I have only two (minor issues) 1) we couldnt get them in until today (we initially contacted them on Sunday or Monday) but I guess that shows how busy/good these guys are, 2) the timeframe they gave us was 9 AM-5 PM. Fortunately I work from home but it made it tricky to schedule/reschedule meetings since I didnt have a more precise time to work around. Fortunately it wasnt a huge deal for us and since these guys were awesome, Id still 100% use them again (especially if we decide to get the water softener)!

The team arrived early in the appt window ready for anything. After repairing our pipe and replacing the water shutoff (most obvious source of problems), something was still leaking. They looked up our particular kitchen faucet assembly online for likely areas of concern. Their suspicions were confirmed, quickly located the problem within the faucet assembly itself, checked for a replacement part - no longer available/made. They assessed options with us, contacted our home insurance provider (American Home Shield) and came up with a better faucet option than we had. AHS approved, they found one in a store in area, picked it up and installed it, all within a few hours in one trip to our house. New faucet even nicer than or previous model, no extra charge to us since AHS approved that as the required repair. Great attitude, very polite, attentive to our questions and comments, looked for ways to satisfy us in our situation.
