Prince was able to provide an initial same day service call on a gas leak. After checking the property, they scheduled the full repair for the following day, pulled City permits, and updated my office throughout the process! The tenants are happy, property management is happy and the owner will be thrilled once they discover the cost was less than the first company we contacted!!

My sewage line was clogged which left my bathroom unusable. I called Prince Plumbing to inquire about cleaning my line and much to my surprise the guy showed up an hour later! He was polite, informative and professional. He had the blockage cleared quickly and efficiently. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating also. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that won’t take advantage of you in an urgent situation and moves fast to help people at a reasonable price call Prince Plumbing…you won’t regret it!

Called them at 8 am, live in Killeen, they were at my house at 830 and immediately started working. They quoted me a price over the phone to fix a major leak by my meter and stuck to it. Even with having to dig to get to the pipe it only took an hour and a half. Prompt service, extremely reasonable on prices, and excellent customer service. They are the only business Ill be calling in the future for my plumbing needs. Mr Jerry will definitely square you away.

This review is a couple of weeks late but it needed to be done. Had an emergency situation after the snow storm, called to see when and if someone could make it to the house. The person that answered was extremely helpful and did everything that they could to see when they could get there. The appointment was made for the next day but they called and said we can get you in later the same day. Was very appreciative and thankful. Shelby did an amazing job. Very helpful, explained what she was doing and made sure that everything was fixed and working before she left. Will use them again in the future if service is needed.

Cant say enough about these guys. We manage rental properties and they have saved us multiple times. My favorite story? We had a big box plumber inspect a sewer line and tell us they would need to charge $250 to get a camera and find the problem. Prince came on site and found it was completely disconnected... fixed it in 2 minutes and did so for a price that was less than a trip fee. If you are looking for an honest and competent tradesperson, look no further.
