The best there is. Very professional and very honest!I thank my lucky stars I was referred to them. After 5 plumbers, this company arrived, inspected the situation and then performed the job and they did it the right way. They kept me involved and informed throughout. I wasn’t told “to go inside until they were done.” If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

All I can say is this company was amazing! I called and they came right out and fixed my leak. Little did we know there was actually another leak but they fixed everything for me! They were very professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you again for helping in such a short notice!

My sewer line was clogged and I had another plumbing company come out , They were unable to unclog it and told me there was a break in the line. I got an estimate but it was over $3000. so I called A Pro Touch for an estimate. They called and said they wanted to to try to unclog it before giving me an estimate because they did not want to just go off of someone else’s work. They were able to unclog the line and only charged me $100. I am so happy with these guys. They were very polite and professional and I will call them any time I need assistance with the plumbing in my home.

Had to get a back flow test for the city. My sprinkler system has been broken since the freeze last year. My dad has been trying to fix it with no luck. They were able to get it fix today and get my back flow test done. Very polite and quick!

I appreciate them so much! The day after my wife called they came out, showed up on time, and went right to work. The job was supposed to be a quick and easy kitchen sink replacement. Turned out the hole was too small and the sink I bought was not a typical drop-in type. The job took way longer than any of us expected but they persisted and finished. They didnt rush though it and did a fantastic install. They even took the time to clean out the pipes. Definitely glad a friend of ours recommended them. Now we will do the same.

The owner was very prompt on arrival and very professional. We discussed the work that needed to be done on my 25 year old house and he was very friendly and responsive. He then straight went right to work. I am extremely satisfied working with Donny. I will use this company for many future projects.

These guys do not mess around. I contacted 2 other plumbers and one came unprepared and the other required scheduling days later for the job. Not gonna lie, being new to the area it kinda sucked getting the runaround by other companies especially when it affects my familys living conditions. But these guys showed up and more than ready to get the job done asap! The very next morning they were able to repair the sewer line to my house and they didnt damage any concrete that the other plumbers said they had to break to fix the sewer. You want something done right and urgent contact these professionals. Strongly recommend!

As a business owner, Mike offered me his services to subcontract for me. I never had any problems from or with A Protouch Plumbing. My landlord, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Handcock contracted his services. They both told me he had excellent prices and performed excellent work. When I hired A Protouch Plumbing for personal work on my home, my problem was fixed at a reasonable price and I havent had a problem since.
