I am very happy with the service I received from Ott Electric. I had a ballast go out on an old fluorescent fixture. John T advised me on my options and I decided that the more cost effective option was to update to an LED fixture. John T made two trips to my home, but only charged for the fixture installation, which was very reasonable. John T and Keith were friendly, courteous and professional. When they finished the job they left their work area spotless. I feel that I can count on Ott Electric to provide quality service at a reasonable cost.

I am extremely pleased with Ott Electrical Service. Ott upgraded my electrical service to 200 amp, installed a sub-panel, installed a 110 and a 220 EV charge outlet in the garage, added outdoor lighting, upgraded indoor recessed lighting, added many grounded outlets, and freshened up my 20th Century home for the 21st Century.Joe and his team are professional grade. They were on time every day, knowledgeable, and focused on the task at hand. Throughout the process, Ott confirmed my requirements and kept me apprised of the progress they made and any issues. And they made helpful suggestions on the placement of outlets.Ott handles curveballs well. Upon discovering home-handyman grade wiring in my basement, they replaced it with code compliant wiring. I threw a couple curves myself with additions and modifications to the original quote. Joe and his team handled the changes and completed the project on time.I recommend Ott for all home electrical needs.

He was able to come out and restore power to our well with next day service when many companies were scheduling multiple weeks out. John T and Keith came out to my home to work on 4 light fixtures. They are professional, courteous, thorough, on time and cleaned up after their work. While showing my 3 way switch in the kitchen, I mentioned my odd purple light in my garage that I hadn’t gotten around to changing and John T kindly changed it out for me. You don’t find service like that anymore.

John, one of their techs, throughly walked through our comments and questions, and gave honest helpful advice about our situation. I have been looking for an electrician for a while to help me out with some issues in my house built in 1950. April in the office was so nice with scheduling. The two electricians that came out were courteous, thorough, and helpful. I have dealt with so many contractors over the past year and they outperformed above so many others. They resolved my issue and its nice to have a working kitchen again. Ill be using Ott again for other electrical repairs coming up. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I hired Ott to replace the old electric service panel in my house that was rusty and becoming a safety hazard. They came and replaced the old, put in all new circuit breakers, and did it all in less than a day. All very neatly done, and I would definitely recommend.

Called a few places in the area to have entire main floor re-wired from un-grounded outlets to new 3 pronged, grounded outlets. Brian came out and quoted us a very fair and reasonable price. When the day came, I was impressed when I came home, and saw that they had little footie covers on their boots, and a drop cloth on the floor to prevent dirt/dust from being tracked onto the carpet. When the service was complete, all the details were communicated thoroughly, and to my surprise, they vacuumed up their mess in every room of the house. I couldnt tell that there were people in the house working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

I called yesterday looking for service on my meter. Long story short I needed quicker service. They were able to move around other appointments and squeeze me in next day at 11am. Both Brian and Mike were professional, quick and knowledgable. The estimation for completing the job was quick and perfect. Without OTT I would still be searching for an electrician and waiting for the electric company to call me back. OTT is a package deal with great prices and guarantees. If you need an electrician look into OTT.

Would highly recommend. They installed a new electric panel, ran new outlets, dryer outlet, basement lighting, bathroom fan lights, ran new electric to bedroom ceilings, and came back and installed lights and fans once order arrived. I had amy AC disconnect switch melt on Thursday and they answered their phone on Friday morning, when everyone else had recordings and schedules the following week! OTT Gave me an appointment the same morning, they called ahead, were professional, courteous, and affordable.
