Tyce came out to do a tune up on our furnace. Super friendly and informative. Lots of good info and recommendations. Highly recommend!We also had Tim come and do a consolation with us for a new heat pump, he was highly informative and detailed. He took the time to take us through the various options, weigh up the pros and cons and didnt try push us on more expensive options. Highly recommend you talk to him for any quotes!

Additionally was able to answer questions relating to the furnace for an upcoming remodel and advise on cost saving & life extending practices, and took the time to fully answer; I never felt rushed by him in our communication. Arrived and left well within the 2 hour window.Scheduling clear & easy with non-annoying email reminder, and final bill also included the technicians measurements for my own records.First class experience even though I was paying promo prices. Would definitely hire again!

Type was very polite and professional.He kept me informed on what he was doing and what he found. He even went back to the truck to get his booties. He even remembered about my disabilities from a prior visit and offered to do things for me...turning off all the basement lights so I didnt have to go down the stairs and to lock the front door. Brandon come out to our place to clean out our dryer vent. He was great and did a fantastic job cleaning our vent, which has five elbow joints between the dryer and the outside. The louvers on the vent cap outside were barely moving before he came, but they were flapping wide open after he was done (see videos). My wife and I are very pleased with the work he did. Well be using World Class Services again!

Very good customer service from John and Sergiy. They did a great job of communicating with me and answering any/all questions I had during the project. The salesman, Bodie, also did a great job working with me on the initial request and ensuring the project was laid out well for when the technicians arrived. The Customer Service team also did great, working with me to coordinate specific arrival times around my job hours and ensuring I was informed of the steps for managing the project during the interim/set-up process.The only comment, which is not a reflection of the World Class Heating & Cooling team, is that the sub-contracted electricians were less professional overall. They did communicate well during the project and presented a somewhat casual/lacking of pride attitude during their time on the job site. Not to say their work was done adequate, but certainly room for improvement.

My spouse felt that he had done a thorough comprehensive study.

A+ would definitely recommend.Pricing: Reasonable compared to servicers in the area. WCS was upfront about pricing, whereas other companies either asked me to call them to discuss or did not respond. Initially we were going to go with Serenity, which is the company that installed our heat pump, but they were a lot more expensive for the same service and told us that we would need to keep up servicing with them to keep their warranty. We decided to break the 5-year warranty with Serenity and go with WCS. We wanted to find a company that we could use over the long run.Technician: Devan A.

Highly recommend! Exceptionally quick and professional service.We had a York-brand HVAC system that would turn off intermittently. A different company informed us we needed a new heat exchanger and quoted us at several thousand dollars.Instead, we found World Class Services as a certified dealer from the York website and performed a new diagnostic through them. Their technician found nothing wrong with the heat exchanger, but instead found a much simpler problem: the flame sensor just needed cleaning. He quickly cleaned it onsite and fixed our issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and also looked into other potential causes, such as a frozen drainage line.Weve admittedly been negligent on giving our furnace good maintenance, but we will be scheduling yearly maintenance through this company from now on.

We contracted with World Class Services to install a 2-stage heat pump. Jason the sales manager was very polite and informative about what we were looking for in a heat pump. Requested the new heat pump to be installed on the back side of our house so it would be our of sight. Yup... no problem, we just had to point where we wanted it.We decided to go with his company for the install on 03/16/23. Everything went great with the install. The installer showed up early in the morning and spent all day to complete the job. New heat pump installed with 2020 gas previous Furnace. The final installation looks great and should save us money on the heating and cooling bill. Oh.... and it is (Veteran) owned. I will always support our Vets.

Clearly the owner has an eye for talent, because every person Ive dealt with has been knowledgable, passionate, technical, and honest.Jason was fantastic. Most of these HVAC companies come across as used car salesmen trying to upcharge me. Jason was able to answer every question and was honest with me, even if it meant I didnt buy the most expensive unit.Devan is a very knowledgable and intelligent technician specialist. Not only did he tolerate my annoying questions but he enjoyed teaching me about various components of my system. I can tell he genuinely cares about optimizing my heating and cooling. He was prompt, responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgable. Him and Lester made a great team and I appreciate their hard work.Lester was the main installer and he really is a perfectionist. He takes pride in his work (as he should) and does not cut corners. Im so used to other HVAC companies cutting corners and doing poor work that I was amazed that Lester came up with install solutions that I didnt think about. And his solution was far better than my own. Very impressed.You can tell a company has good leadership when everyone involved is happy and passionate about their work. I originally had an estimate in September and looked at Lowes, Costco ultimately settling on World Class Services and the install was just this week (11/05/23). The install was extensive requiring a team of three persons for a full day. We added vents to an addition and put in central air-conditioning into our Renton Home.The install team was prompt and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.Im very satisfied and would recommend World Class Services.

Devan did a great job of diagnosing the cause of my lack of heat and resolving the issue. He took extra time to explain the components of my HVAC system in my recently purchased house and how they function together and what gaps in functionality exist that I can address manually. He also advised me on the longevity of my current (old) HVAC system and the timeline and priority for replacing it. Devan provided great service without any pushy upselling, but at the same time made sure I was aware of what services I should expect to need in the future and that World Class Services can provide those when the time is right.

I have only the best words for World Class Services. They are well named. I had them install a gas furnace. It was done just as they indicated it would be done. They were, actually, the best installer that Ive used in many years. From the initial bid to the final inspection, they tried their best to make the process understandable and easy. When it comes to dealing with the government and the City these days, that seems to be the norm. However, Cyndi from World Class Services was beyond excellent in her support and communication in making sure all the is were dotted and ts were crossed. She was exceptional. World Class Services is, in my humble opinion, an A+ Company.

I could tell you about how they respected my busy work from home schedule while they were here. And about them honoring their quote when a fraction of an inch difference between their initial measurements and reality meant they had to bring in a different heat pump worth a good chunk more (this was presented to me as the solution, not even requested by me). Or that their team was professional, enjoyable to chat with, and quick.And all of that is beyond important and very true. My electronic filter stopped working and I wasnt sure if it needed to be replaced or not, so I put out a yelp quote and decided to go with these guys. They came out and inspected everything and determined that the power head had shorted out, so I had them order me a whole new unit and install it. Turns out that the furnace was in need of some cleaning and maintenance as well, which they did as part of the job. Also taped up some gaps, which needed to be done. Whole thing cost me $1700 and change. The electronic air filters go for about $700. So, $1000 for around 4 or 5 man-hours of work, which a quick Google leads me to believe is reasonable, if a little on the high side. Definitely professional, on time and all that. Quality work, as far as I can tell. Nice guys, too.

At the end of winter 2020/21 our boiler went out. We reached out to two companies for new boiler systems quotes. Neither of those companies ever got back to us. We then reached out to two companies to get quotes for adding a traditional furnace system and/or a Mitsubishi mini-split system. World Class Services was one of those two companies. We decided to go with the mini split system but had unfortunately long delays due to Covid causing supply line issues. We went through most of winter 2021/22 without heat. World class services was really good about keeping us informed and installing any components as soon as they received them. They were very professional in getting our system installed and up and running. We now have heat and are very grateful. I would definitely recommend this company as they do a really good job, treat you right, and are not outrageously priced.

Today I had routine maintenance done on our tankless water heater and furnace. Everything from scheduling to completion was done with ease and satisfaction. After being so pleased with our initial experience with World Class Services last year, we have hired them repeatedly and also opted for their maintenance club for our rentals and our primary residence which includes annual maintenance. Another perk was that they would contact me to schedule the maintenance. I admit, I was a bit skeptical of this… but it actually happened! I received a text message (my preferred method of communication) from a real person and was able to schedule very easily! I received several reminder notifications and a phone call from the technician on the day of service with a more narrow arrival time than the already-short 2-hour window. This may not be important for everyone, but I find this level of service very helpful so I can plan my day rather than sit around waiting for something to happen. Ani, the technician, was very polite and professional. He worked quickly to conduct the maintenance both in the attic and the garage and was on his way. There was no attempt at “selling” anything, other than a simple-yet-clear offer to renew the maintenance plan. After I stated I would need to discuss with my husband, that was it. Zero pressure. Ani left with the same level of kindness and professionalism that he arrived. With multiple rental properties, we work with a lot of contractors. All of my comments in this review come from past experiences with other contractors that have led to somewhat negative expectations of what this type of service could be like. World Class Services stands out to me as a company with a different approach and values. Thank you!

My gas furnace was making a loud banging noise when the fan was running, and I couldnt figure out the cause. I asked World Class Services for help, and Quentin showed up. He did a fantastic job inspecting the furnace overall, and trying no less than 3 potential sources for the knocking (even though we couldnt reproduce it when he was there). He was super friendly and clear about pricing and what services he would provide. When he found the cause of the knocking (a loose screw and piece of metal next to the heat exchangers inside the duct), he came by to explain what the fix would be and pricing for that. He also did a great job explaining a few things we should watch out for with our furnace (for example some indications that cracks might form in the next year or two in the heat exchangers).

So impressed with this company! Our heater stopped working at 4am, my husband called them at 7am and they were here fixing the problem by 9am the same day! Will came to fix our thermostat problem and he was so kind and explained very clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done. So grateful for World Class Services!

It is such a nice and easy process to work with World Class Service. Stu called to check prior to his arrival and conducted the maintenance thoroughly. He even checked the AC for us for preventative care since there will be extremely hot days coming to the area. Such a nice team and I will recommend them to my friends.

My furnace started making strange sounds on Sunday. I messaged them late Sunday, hoping that they’d get back to me on Monday. Within 15 minutes of my message they’d already discussed the issue with me and given me an appointment time. Will arrived and turned out to be a total furnace geek (exactly who I want to be performing surgery on my important and sensitive equipment!). He quickly found the issue but also gave the entire furnace a health check. I feel very good about having WCS and Will look after my heating.

Will came out to check out our furnace when we had issues turning it on and found that it needed to be replaced. It was awful and dirty yet had just been serviced by another company less than a year ago and we hadnt used it since May. He was amazing and thourough in his explanation and showing us all the issues. He installed a new furnace and repaired some duct work with professionalism and a fun attitude. He clearly enjoys the work he does and we couldnt imagine a better experience around getting a whole new furnace system! Recommend 10 out of 10 times!!!

I’d like to give a huge shoutout and strong recommendation for anyone who is currently or may ever be in need of assistance with servicing, maintaining, or replacing their HVAC system.Yesterday, they came out for routine maintenance on mine and my parents A/C + furnace. They did a great job with my property and provided outstanding recommendations that I’ve yet to receive from any other companies. At my parents, they discovered that the previous folks that were servicing both of our properties were being incredibly careless. There have been a couple longstanding issues that were supposedly corrected w/ their furnace that were simply bandaged but never actually fixed.Long story, short: the furnace reached a level that became no longer safe to operate. It’s in the attic so we rarely check. Our expert problem solvers at World Class Services HVAC & Electrical really saved us and treated my parents as first priority. My parents are huge fans and are having them come right back out to replace their furnace. We are so thankful that we came across them. Moving forward, they will be my go-to recommendation for all of my clients, and we will be using them exclusively for all of my family’s HVAC needs.

The entire team is professional and knowledgable. I found World Class Services through Homeadvisor and didnt look any further. I purchased a heat pump with 2 ductless units and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There were unexpected delays outside of their control but they kept me informed at every step. This is the best money Ive spent in a very long time!

Had a great booking experience, the tech was polite and early which was great. Quick service and job complete.I gave 4 stars by mistake and then the tech called me to correct it. Politely pushing me to change it. (I’m not so sure that’s how reviews are meant to work) afterwards I looked for the review link and I had already deleted it unfortunately. So I continued with my chaotic night with a toddler and a house half packed. Plenty more important things to worry about. This morning I get a delightfully blunt text, passive aggressive reminder to log into google to fix it. Well I don’t use google too much so it look a while to find it, and now I get to write about a good experience turned slightly sour by employees pushing for reviews.I’ll keep 4 stars, and hope they be a little more understanding that people have other things to worry about. I would have recommended you to friends but not with such pushy tactics. Good luck, please stop texting me.

Was in need for some HVAC services and came across World Class Services. So glad I went with them! Armondo, who I believe is the owner, came to our house about a month ago to service our AC. He was super friendly and informative about the whole process. Our little doggie even followed him around everywhere, and he was kind enough to give him a little treat! Will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

World Class Services did an AMAZING JOB replacing my furnace! I’m renovating a 1965 Skyline Trailer and the furnace was ☠️They sent a technician out to talk about my options and solutions. He explained the pros and cons and actual price of every option! When we decided on a system he took measurements and booked me an install!!!Trailers are tricky! Everything is set up odd and it can be a challenge to replace broken appliances!THEY WERE 💯 UP FOR THE CHALLENGE!!!They walked into a nightmare situation with a too big furnace that the previous owner had BUILT IN!!! GAAAAAH! Wacky ductwork!!! YIKES!!!But they solved ALL my problems!!!The knowledge and expertise they bring to their work truly is WORLD CLASS!!!!THANK YOU so much guys!!!❤️❤️❤️HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great communication. Let me know when they were running late. Very informative. Takes the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. Wears shoe covers in the house. Gets in, handles business and gets out. Email receipt and photos of the job! No complaints. Used them for maintenance and repair.
