I have ordered from Hollywood Lights multiple times over the past 8 years and have had a positive experience every time. They are always very responsive, patient, and helpful. This most recent time, I had placed one order and then found out last minute that I needed one more gobo for a client. I contacted Michelle and she was able to get it taken care of within 24 hours and with an arrival before my event. I highly recommend Hollywood Lights for their exceptional customer service!

They took great care of me and my needs. i needed two very specific custom steel gobo lenses and they got it done for me swiftly. then get this... there was so much traffic that i wouldnt be able to get from Tacoma to their location in kent before they closed. One of the employees lived in tacoma, so she met me and handed off in tacoma. wonderful customer service!

Few years ago I lost 2 very expensive pizza ovens ( because of Hollywood Lights ). When I know I have festival with ordering power from them, I star worried... Was at Mill Creek Saturday and Sunday. The guy from Hollywood Lights BEST OF THE BEST!!!Steven Randolph!!! I wish you would have taken care of my previous festivals .Thank you very much for your help. I dont know what I would have done without your help. Wish you the Best.
