    New electrical panel installed by the Rock Electric team today. I had a ton of questions, and both Jeff and Brad took extra time before, and during, the process to explain what services we were needing to resolve the long standing issues we were having. They also helped me to make the correct decisions as to what we needed versus assumptions we were making as homeowners. The entire team, which included 2 additional members, both named Chris, got right down to work and had my home back in order in one day. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, so we felt confident in our purchase and their expertise. Would absolutely recommend.

    I hired Rock Electric to bring power to a new construction covered patio project. I was introduced to Rock Electric by their sister company - Timberline Patio Covers. Although I did not use Timberline the project consultant (Dave Hull) helped me coordinate with the electrical side. Dave was very accommodating and even helped me work on the electrical scope to bring the project in line with my budget.I was able to schedule Rock to coincide with my contractors work progress. They were responsive to myschedule.The team they sent out was top notch. Led by journeyman Don. With apprentices Seth and Ace. They arrived on time and got to work. They were sure to coordinate with me on the conduit routing and helped me make other decisions on location of the heater and outlets. (The scope included outlet for TV, another outlet, power for and assembly ceiling fan and heater).The team worked efficiently and diligently. I watched them out my office window all day. They all had wonderful attitudes and work ethics and clearly take their work seriously and were true professionals.They worked until after sunset to wrap up the job in one day which I appreciated.Top notch company and top notch trio. I would highly recommend them.

    I wanted to use an portable gas generator to power the house during outages. Rock Electric helped walk me through the process, come up with the simplest and most cost effective solution - a manual interlock and generator outlet. They even helped me select the generator and made sure it would generate enough power for my needs. Their sales and dispatch were in constant communication and when their team showed up they were very friendly and professional. After the installation they walked me through the process of starting the generator and switching over to it. Afterwards when I had questions their tech Facetimed me and we walked through the set up again. Great service all around!

    First and foremost, Rock Electric came highly recommended as a preferred hot tub installation contractor...not just electrical. That made the entire experience much more manageable from the get go.Hot tub delivered yesterday afternoon, Rock Electrics team of Jeff, Chris H. and Chris K. came the day before they planned to work to ensure they were prepared for installation today by making a plan. They had all of the routes coordinated and communicated to us, and all material. Jeff, Chris H, and Chris K. were at the house at 8am as planned, performed the project with clean conduit routing and set up the entire hot tub by filling, testing, chemicals, and especially wiring the hot tub to our preferred settings. Cleaned up after and got the electrical inspection in the same day.Great work and appreciate the communication all the way through.

    Monday September 30, 2024we have nothing but great things to say about Rock Electric. Our experience with Brad Wood and Chris today was super. They finished our bathroom wiring and installed all the fixtures very efficiently and expertly.     Ace and Don were TERRIFIC! We had water loss to the entire firat floor of our home. There were many different contractors in and out of our home. Of all the contractors, these 2 were the most professional and efficient that visited our home. If we ever need more electrical work, I will call Rock Electric and specifically request Ace and Don.

    Jeff and Chris arrived as scheduled and after a project walk through and a few decisions on approach to the project they went right to work. The outdoor patio lights were installed - no easy task having to fish wire through walls to tie into existing power. The work was excellent and the work site was left clean. We would have them back again for any future electrial work.

    Ive used Rock Electric for a few projects. Theyre professional start to finish, know what theyre doing, I never have to worry about whether theyll do things right. Im sure theyre not the cheapest electricians around, but theyre reliable and I plan to use them again.Edit: Knocking off a star because of the endless calls and emails Ive been getting from them about leaving a review on Google. I already have, and I pressed the button that said I had already left one, but its been a few months now. Ill put the review back at 5 stars if theyll quit calling and emailing me.

    Aaron at Rock Electric is the best! We had a great experience with him and his team installing two recessed outdoor heaters on our covered patio. We complicated matters by asking them to run the install through our living room ceiling instead of outside the house, and they did a meticulous job of moving and covering all our furniture, and drilling conservative holes in the ceiling to run it through. Aaron was kind, communicative, and trustworthy. Were about to have them back to swap out our chandelier and other light fixtures. If I ever need an electrician again, Ill be calling him.

    March 12, 2024:Donald/Don stopped by with another Electrician checking a previously installed 4 ac outside under fuse box & near small front porch. A cold snap required me to connect 3 Hummingbird feeder heaters. The 4 connections were dead. I checked fuse box and connected known good cords with working items to each outlet. I contacted Ben Hale their Supervisor and he sent them out when in my area. Rock Electric LLC is my go to company for quality, safe electrical work. Since 2021, they have installed a Level 2 EV Charger, new larger fuse box with more circuits, undercounter Philips Hue smart LED strips, LED Can lights throughout the house, circuits in/between backyard sheds, around detached garage, & numerous outdoor boxes. I believe you cannot have too many light options. I feed some feral Cats & need numerous outdoor outlets for heating pads & cat shelters. They encouraged me to use Smart lighting everywhere managed through my mobile phone. I recommend Rock Electric LLC for all your electrical needs. I’m involved in every step and ask lots of questions which they always patiently explain. Barbara

    After getting bids from 3 other electricians for my EV charger install, I finally found Rock Electric and they were the perfect choice. Other vendors weren’t as creative (I had a challenging install to a detached garage, in the city, spanning concrete, etc) and quoted me twice as much to do what I’m sure would have been inferior work.Cary was a straight shooter who first met with me to bid the job (showed up right on time!) and he was very nice to deal with and did a thorough job of what I could expect. He then connects to their professional electrician and they collaborated for 10 min on the spot to then give me a fair bid.Three days later the install crew showed up at *exactly* 8 am just as they promised (what is happening?! 😳), and they were done in 2 1/2 hours.They then also scheduled the city inspector to come at a time of my choosing! Inspector showed up, took him may 15 min and he confirmed that the whole job was done very well.It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with any type of contractor who was prompt, professional and efficient in their work, and did it all at what I considered a fair price (and far less than other quotes).Easily a 5 star rating from me, the experience from ROCK ELECTRIC was quality from A to Z, thank you

    I had Rock Electric install a level 2 EV charger in my garage. Reached out to several electrical contractors for proposals and was impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism and expertise on this application. They had a sales representative out within a day or two to provide a detailed consultation that included a couple of options after looking at our home and the capacity of the electrical service and panel. I really liked one of the solutions they proposed and they were great about responding to all of my technical questions. Scheduling the install was easy. The electricians were on time (early in fact) and did a great job with the install. Passed inspection. Very happy with how it looked and is working.

    Everything about our experience was wonderful! We called Rock Electric because we had an outlet and a light switch that stopped working. Patrick came out to assess the problem on a Sunday afternoon. He was informative and told us what to expect after being scheduled. We were scheduled later that week on a Thursday. We paid for half of the bill on Sunday and the other half after work was completed. Don and Ace were the electricians that came out and they were both very respectful, quick and professional.     Rock Electric ROCKS!! From start to finish, the whole Rock team was there to make my whole house standby generator install come off without a hitch. My project was not the typical install and they worked together to devise a safe and cost effective install to meet all governing regulations and successfully get through the county and state inspections. The other bids I got didn’t even know they were going to need to alter their cookie cutter install process. Ironically, a week after the install, my power went out for an extended period and the generator had us back and comfortable within seconds.

    Ace and the other electrician were informative, knew what to look for and had my furnace working in less than an hour. It just needed a new switch, but they checked all the wiring to the furnace to sure everything was safe and working. They also resolved a wiring problem with some decorative lights quickly.     We had a great experience with Rock Electric for installation of 2 outdoor ceiling heaters. The estimator Patrick was thorough and knowledgeable. We had put off installing them for several years because we didn’t quite know how or where to attach the heaters to our acrylic patio cover. Patrick had great suggestions and said they could make us custom brackets. Hooray! The installation was done by Teegen and Chris over 2 of the hottest days of the year. They were fantastic. They told us exactly when they would arrive, worked hard and did such a clean installation. The city inspector was impressed too.

    Rock Electric re-wired my entire 1940s house which still had knob/tube electric in places and added new ceiling lights. I was thrown off at the beginning - as they have an official sales rep (not an actual electrician) come out first and walk through the work you want scoped. I was presented with an official sales-ish type PowerPoint that walked through the company, cost, payment options, etc. It did feel very pitch-like -- but they backed up everything they promised in that consultation. I had already received 4 quotes from other companies - many of which quoted me double the price and refused to break down the price of all the work.Rock Electric not only broke down the exact cost for all of the work, they adjusted the costs as the electricians were going through the home - it turns out not all of the house is knob/tube, so my cost was actually lower! My house re-wiring turned out to be half the cost of what I was quoted by several other major electrical companies in the Seattle area (who were just blanket-quoting without understanding all of the work entailed).My electricians were Eli and Seth. They were very personable/professional, honest, and worked hard. They let me ask questions as they were going through work and gave me alternatives during the work as needed. Its obvious that they are very passionate about their work.

    I live in a home with so many lights, none of which can be categorized as “normal.” I had about 12 that I had NO IDEA how to get apart to change the bulbs. I decided to break down and hire this company to do it for me. Cary White came to provide an estimate. When he understood that the job was mostly just changing light bulbs, he was amazed that I would hire a certified electrician to do that. He said that he would do it for me out of the goodness of his heart! We went through the house, and he changed bulbs, admitting that some of them were so weird that he was learning a few things himself. We also discovered that there were, in fact, some electrical issues, and he wrote me an estimate, and that will be taken care of in a separate appointment. I was so completely amazed by his compassion and help! Rarely is this seen in customer service these days and I was truly overwhelmed.Follow-up:Jeff P came as a follow-up to Cary and performed all the work. He was so very pleasant to work with and extremely efficient. Went above and beyond by driving to Lynnwood to get the only remaining specific transformer in the state and came back the next morning to install it and finish the job. Could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely use Rock as my “go to” in the future. Thank you, Jeff!

    We used Rock Electric a few years ago for installing electricity to a new Swim Spa. The team that came out was knowledgeable, professional and even help put the 2500+ lb SpaIn place. Fast forward to our Bathroom remodel now and we decided to contact them again because of our excellent experience.Eli and Seth were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They installed a new split light fixture, moved location and installed a fan/light, installed a new outlet for our vanity and wired installed the thermostat for our radiant heat floors.Even when there was an issue weeks later with the breaker tripping, they came back out, found the reason for the issue and fixed it quickly!The process with Rock Electric was very educational and one that I know will make me contact them again in the future.     Aaron and Chris did a wonderful job adding outlets to my upper deck and downstairs patio. They added 4 can lights and a ceiling fan for my new undercover deck ceiling.     We have used Rocket Electric twice and both times received excellent service. A few years ago we replaced an old hot tub with a newer one. The old tub wiring was not up to code. They replaced the old wiring, updated the electric panel, installed an outside safety switch. The electrician was personable and professional. Everything has worked flawlessly since. Today Patrick came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired our 240 electric car charger. He was spot on time - extremely nice - and clearly skilled at his job.     We had a rather complicated project at our home that we needed help with. Our home has no garage or driveway but wanted to install an outlet for EV charging in the front of our home. Our goal was to lay the cable underground as we were doing simultaneous work to repave the side and front of our home. We were also trying to lay the electric wiring to our AC units as part of the project. Lastly, we had to replace our existing panel because we had run out of slots. As I said, a lot going on :).Rock Electric was phenomenal all the way from the quote, through planning, and final implementation. Without a doubt I will go with Rock Electric for any future electrical work, big or small.During the quoting process, we reached out to five local companies and Rock Electric was the most transparent and attentive. Rock Electric did a bunch of leg work for us with the city to make sure we get the solution would pass inspection but would still meet all our requirements. They kept us up to date and patiently brainstormed ideas with us. Their quote was also very competitive!Once we moved to the planning and implementation, the team (Jeff, Aaron, Angel, Chris, and Chris) couldnt have been more professional, competent, and courteous. They were super organized, giving us clear timelines and keeping us informed about progress of the project. They give us a daily update at the end of the day and made sure to clean up before leaving. Whenever there was any obstacle, they would walk us through the problem, tell us what our options were, and how they were going to resolve the problem. Everyone on the team was extremely courteous and friendly during every interaction. As mentioned, our project was rather complex, but they managed to pull it off beautifully!!     This 5 star rating is both for a new outlet installation and follow up as part of a Heat Pump installation yesterday. The lines Eli and Seth laid out were clean, nice looking, and they cleaned up after their work. They walked me through what they did (minus the crawl space portion, thankfully). After they left, while using some powerful equipment, my HVAC folks overpowered the new outlet and tripped my tankless hot water heater outlet. Not knowing that’s the reason, I suspected something was wrong with the outlet install, I called them after hours and left a message. The office called me back before the start of their stated office hour and a couple hours later Eli called. He was able to give me simple instructions to test my outlets and explained to me what happened and also provided his personal number to call in case I have future questions. Definitely recommend their service and responsiveness.

    The most frustrating part of trying to hire electrician is just getting them to pick up the phone and schedule us. So let me say this:Rock Electric has someone who picks up the phone.That was the number one reason we hired them, but Ill add - they were also prompt, affordable, and did a great job.I called around and did the whole Yelp request thing and I would get a lot of responses from other electricians in spurts and then no response for a day. I called Rock Electric - and they had a representative ready to take my information down. I did have to put down a deposit before scheduling which was a little sketchy for me, but turned out to be a minor quibble. By the time other electricians reached back out to me, it turned out to be about the same price.Within a few days, they had two technicians come out to diagnose a lighting and electrical problem that spanned a few rooms and outside, and they were able to get the job done within a couple hours, explained exactly what was going on, and had the system fixed with no unexpected costs.All in all, I would highly recommend Rock Electric, and will definitely go to them next time I have an electrical project.

    I had a great experience using Rock Electric. I spoke Katie who was so helpful in arranging service as soon as possible. Cary came out and looked at the issue, corresponded with Seth the electrician. Seth came out and got the issue fixed which was breakers in the circuit board. Seth identified others and replaced and tightened everything that could be a issue later on. What a get team and they really are professional and explained the process and prices before starting. Highly recommend this company and already have.

Teegen especially handled all of my questions and random projects I threw at them in the middle of working on my main panel and sauna hookup. They installed outlets, had innovative ideas to avoid long trenches, and were overly awesome at everything.Ill definitely be calling them again for electrical work whenever needed. Everything was by the book, licensed, and permitted as well. Never felt out of good hands with them all.
