The company was very easy to book an appointment with. We were able to make an appointment within the week. When our technician Brian came out he sent a photo so we knew what he looked like before he got here. I very much appreciated that. They were all very nice, professional and respectful to our property. Brian explained everything and showed us pictures of our vents so we could see they were not in bad condition. They did not try to up sell any services that we did not need. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I had originally scheduled for the week prior, and was rescheduled due to a religious holiday. I understood and had no problem moving it to the next week. Then the next week I was called again to reschedule due to a religious holiday, when I explained that I had just been rescheduled the admin staff was very understanding and changed my technician so that I would not be rescheduled again.When the crew arrived they were very respectful, clearly explained what they would be doing and the cost associated along with higher levels of cleaning with absolutely no pressure to upgrade. No one hates that pushy sales man more than me, but it was nice to hear about services briefly that might suit me in the future.It should ask be said that I slept in and kept them waiting for over 15 minutes at the door and when I let them in it was if nothing had happened, very gracious.I got the basic package. They came in looked at the vents and worked quickly and quietly and showed me before and after pictures of the work provided.- Will definitely be using this company in the future as well.

Sean was incredible! First off, nobody really loves the idea of spending a bunch of money on a space you rarely see, if ever. What Envirosmart does well is to give you a sense of value for your investment. From the beginning I was provided with tons of pictures of my crawlspace so I could see exactly what the issues were. Being new to the crawlspace renovation world I contacted a few crawlspace companies to compare services & figures. EnviroSmart wasn’t the low bidder, but they were willing to meet a competitor’s bid to win the contract. During the actual work the crew lead kept me informed throughout the day giving me verbal progress updates as well as end-of-day photos to see not just the progress, but the quality of workmanship too. In a few cases they even went above and beyond to properly support unsupported plumbing supply lines as well as insulate them. All of the crew were respectful and worked from start to finish each day. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was performed from initial contact to project completion. Also, if you get placed on hold when calling them, you won’t mind it too much. Envirosmart, Boston, Alan, Ellie and others, job well done & thank you!

Got one of those valpak mailer coupons for an air duct vent cleaning and dryer vent clean. Joel and Adrian were prompt, professional, and thorough. They explained the process, took plenty of photos, were patient while I moved my kids stuff out of the way and navigated multiple pets.They provided recommendations about additional services i could consider, and were not pushy when i declined.Overall, very happy with the value and quality of the services they provided and would recommend them to anybody looking for an air duct cleaning company.

Sahara Galvan was amazing. He came and helped with so much. He cut and installed wood to block the ducting inside and outside even though he was here for vent cleaning which turned out great. Brian and Adrian took care of our intake and output vent cleaning, cleaned our dryer vent for free, and checked in on the furnace filter-which ended up needing replacement. They made recommendations that would extend the quality and life of our system as well as showed us what needed to be taken care of more frequently in the future, without trying to upsell on unnecessary options. They replaced everything better than they found it and were quick amd professional.

Sean and John came to my home to do an air duct cleaning around 3:10pm. Sean was polite and easy to talk to. He explained the whole process to me and let me ask questions. After that, he started taping the 14 vents (7 upstairs & 7 downstairs) and brought in a huge vacuum cleaner machine to suck the dirt and debris out. Sean then used a brush like a snake in plumbing to brush the air ducts upstairs. He took pictures and showed me the before and after inside the air ducts. He asked John to clean up each vent after he brushed it. John looked like a new hand and followed Seans instructions. Sean told me he was the supervisor and there were 5 people under him. Sean & John did a good job cleaning up and they spent more than 1.5 hours at my home.I strongly recommend Sean to John to anyone for their professionalism.

Xavier was quite the gentleman and very prompt in his timing for the set appointment. When he arrived, he introduced himself And had a great smile while doing so once I showed him the unit, he explained to me what he was going to do what it was going to improve and educated me more about how I should be getting my units serviced yearly. He did a great job cleaning up the pump and double-checking to make sure everything worked. Xavier, was very personable and professional while he serviced my pump. Would definitely ask for him again.

UPDATE:I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars!On Monday Jan 15, the manager reached out to me acknowledging the issue and apologizing. He moved some schedules and was able to free up technicians to do the maintenance the following day. Today, they cleaned and fixed my dryer vent issue!Appreciate the help, being open to feedback, and taking extra miles to address the customer concerns!Thank you!—————————————————————I had my air vent and dryer vent serviced on Tue Jan 9. The following day, our dryer stopped working saying that the air vent is 95% blocked. I reported the issue to them and the earliest time they said they can check it is on Jan 24 leaving us with broken dryer vent for 15 days!!!!! They said this is the best thing they can do with no consideration.So i tried to fix it myself and i was able to get more than half plastic bag of lint just by using a stick! This shows how poorly they serviced my place. I am also worried that they did not do a good job cleaning our air vent.Poor customer service, poor quality of work, definitely not worth the $470 price tag!

I had a pleasant experience with Envirosmart Solutions, the only reason I am not doing a full 5 star is because I used a Valpak coupon that said full house cleaning, but bathroom ones were not included and $100 each.The sale tactic on the coupon of $199 was a great way to get into my home, however the upsell of a better cleaning around $500 left me feeling a bit cheated. Overall great customer service, got the basic cleaning.

Everything was dusty and had some extra debri from the carpet and padding being replaced and some of it falling into the floor vents. I’m blown away with the customer service of this company. I left the following one star review earlier this week:Purchased a Mitsubishi Air Handler and Heat Pump in Spring 2023. Weather didn’t get too hot that summer but we did notice the heat pump has trouble keeping up with cooling the house on sunny days when the temp reached 80 degrees or higher. In the winter, the heat pump had trouble keeping up with keeping the house about 62 degrees when the temp dropped below freezing at night. This summer we are experiencing our first 90 degree day and the heat pump was only able to cool the house down to 81 degrees despite being on full blast all day. Is is now 69 degrees outside and 80 degrees in the house at 1130 at night and I’m left wondering how this is better than just opening the windows at night. Overall, it has more trouble keeping up with heating the house in the winter compared to our old gas furnace and is no more effective at cooling than opening windows at night. If Envirosmart can resolve this issue, I will update my review but for now, me and my 11 month old son are dissatisfied uncomfortable customers.After leaving this review, I was contacted by a member of the customer service team as well as the owner. They sent a technician to our house a day after the call and not surprisingly, I’m the idiot! Turns out that the filter was caked with dust because I hadn’t cleaned it since the system was installed. The technician cleaned it for me as well as double checking that the heat pump was working properly. It’s 92 degrees outside and when the technician came, the house was up to 76 degrees and rising. It was getting to 81 degrees before cleaning the filter. Within an hour of the technician leaving, the house cooled down to the set temp of 73 degrees while it was over 90 outside. I’m impressed that this company noticed my negative review and when out of their way to call me and resolve the issue. Honestly, this is one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had as a customer.

I had my Ducts/vents/dryer vent cleaned today with Envirosmart, and I am beyond pleased with the service they have provided. From the time of booking the service with Esther (professional, nice, friendly), she kept me informed, and communicated the entire process up to the time of the actual appointment, and assisted me with billing afterwords. The team, lead by Roy was very professional, timely, clean, and extremely efficient. Roy went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and educated me on all aspects of energy and costs saving. Once they were done with duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning, the improvement on the airflow through the house was noticeable immediately. Roy showed me the before and after pictures, and explained what they did. We needed a ductless heat pump serving three different zones. Envirosmart bid was just slightly more expensive than a competing bid, but they were offering Mitsubishi (slightly quieter than Daikin), they were ready to install a header unit almost flush with the ceiling (which other company couldn’t do or did not want to bother with), they were inventive in suggesting ways to hide the pipes for cooling & heating, and they were able to deal with our other requests: replace the main electrical panel, install car chargers, even improve lighting in our garage. And if something was not right the first time, they were ready to come as many times as needed to make it just right, perfect really. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and how easy it was to communicate with them. We highly recommend them.

I had 2 services done...Vent Cleaning:Neta was awesome and helped us find the right package for us within our budget. She also pointed out some issues we had with our ducts that we were not aware of.The ONLY issue we had was with the tech who was doing the actual cleaning. We told him to keep the bedroom doors closed so the cats didnt get out. He left them open and one almost got out through the front door thats left wide open for the cleaning. I put her back and asked him again to please keep the doors closed, then he left the door open again. Luckily I was watching at that point so I was able to close it quickly, but we almost lost our cat because he didnt follow directions.I told Neta and she was horrified and addressed the situation with him.Aside from the cat issue, it was a good experience and I would welcome Neta back to supervise cleaning our vents again.Furnace/ AC Inspection:Erik came out to inspect our furnace and AC. The furnace recently stopped heating up and the AC hasnt worked in years. I was expecting him to come out, poke around, figure out whats wrong, and come up with a few options to fix them. What he did was come look at the outside, did no actual inspection, just told us they are both old and need to be replaced. I told him were not planning on living here for more than another year or two so we just want to bandaid it if we can. He said that wasnt and option and gave me a quote for $14,000 to replace them. This is not even close to an option for us.In the end, we realized he is more of a salesman than a technician and the company does not provide repairs, just replacements for a crazy amount of money. To be fair, Erik was very nice and took the time to follow up with me and explain things the best he could, but in the end, we were looking for repair, not replacement, and this is apparently not the right company to do that.

**UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEWI am updating my original one star review to a four star review, to reflect some updates. After reading my Google review from last week (see below), Nathan from Envirosmart contacted me, listened attentively to my concerns and issued me a full refund via certified mail that arrived today. While I did have a poor initial experience, I highly admire a company that will take time to listen to customers and rectify concerns through direct contact. Thank you Nathan!**I would not recommend this company. The issues started with scheduling, and miscommunications from the company. That was nothing though compared to the subsequent issues. The service I requested and paid for was a regular heat pump servicing. I learned today through another more competent business (Pacific Heating & Cooling) that even though the Envirosmart technician said my heat pump looked great, there was actually a refrigerant issue with the unit, which is starting to drive up my energy bill. Envirosmart totally missed this.Another huge problem was with billing for my service. I was slightly overcharged and it took this company a few months to reimburse me. I was even at one point accused of owing payment (I was called at 6pm on a Saturday night for this), when this company in fact owed me. I would advise against giving this company your business, because I wasted $200 for a heat pump servicing that was ineffective and a terrible customer service.

Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Envirosmart! My heater wasnt working after the below-freezing weekend two weekends ago, and I needed to find a technician ASAP to help fix my only source of heat in the frigid temperatures. I called SO MANY companies on that Tuesday, hoping a technician would be able to come check out my furnace that day, but had no luck.I ended up calling Envirosmart, and had the pleasure to talk with Esther Loga. She told me their schedule was booked for the day, but would try to find someone to come out and would call me back later. To my surprise, she called me back that same day, and was able to find a technician to come out and assess the issue.The technician, Nathan Kadoch, was understanding and answered all my questions. Nathan was a nice tech, but thats the only plus to our interaction. For an arrival window from 1-3 (which they already rescheduled twice), they showed up nearly 40 mins late past 3pm.Neta, the other colleague with Nathan, lacked professionalism. As soon as I opened the door, she quickly mentioned they were there for the cleaning before diving into a barrage of questions and listing off packages to upsell us on. We only found out her name after we had talked to customer service on the phone. We dont know what Netas role was as Nathan did nearly all of the setup and cleaning with the shopvac. Neta made herself right at home sitting at our dining room table and scrolling on social media while Nathan walked around the house. When my wife came in and said hello, she just walked straight past my wife. We know its hot out and its probably been a long day, but theres a level of courtesy and professionalism to uphold when youre in someone elses home.We have an older split-level home from the 70s so we thought there would be a fair bit to clean. After they were done setting up, they were only in the home for about 20-25 minutes. After paying nearly $340 for less than half an hour of work, we could have easily walked around with a shopvac ourselves. During our initial inquiry with Environsmart, customer service mentioned that there would be a full camera inspection but we didnt even receive that.

I had an excellent experience with Envirosmart solution. They came to my house to do a whole house, duct deep-clean. They explained what they were going to do, and then quickly set off on doing it. I had complained about my dryer not drying as well as I thought it should. When the manager looked behind my dryer, he pointed out that the ducting was set up poorly with rigid vent ducting that shouldn’t have been used. He swapped it out, cleaned the dryer vents, and didn’t even charge me (despite not being part of the package I purchased). He just didn’t want me to have to keep suffering multiple dry cycles for the same load.They wore shoe coverings every-time they were in the house, vacuumed and cleaned up any areas where it got a little dirty, and were very friendly and careful around my cats. I was so happy, I asked them for quotes for redoing our 32 year old attic insulation.

Recently I had the opportunity to engage the services of this company to clean out the heating ducts in my home. And, I mean, I got the full treatment – not only the heating ducts, but the air returns, my dryer vent, and my kitchen vent. My service people were Sean and Charles, and they did a great job! I am glad I took the time to actually look through the ValPak advertisements I got in the mail last month. We bought our house two years ago and I very much doubt a thorough duct cleaning had ever been done. Living with two dogs, a cat, and six chickens (thankfully not inside the house!) we generate a lot of dust and hair. The joys of home ownership now include booking duct cleaning appointments. Neta and Antonio and their third associate (I apologize for not catching his name) were very engaging, professional, and thorough. Although originally slated for just a regular duct cleaning, I was happy to upgrade to their deep clean option with deodorizing and sanitation add ons. I also opted for a full furnace clean and power washing my exterior air conditioner filter. Despite the extra services they completed everything quickly and with little disturbance to my home. I appreciated them taking the time to inspect my HVAC system and take a look under my home at the condition of our ducting, insulation etc. Thanks to them we were able to catch that my dryer ducting wasnt code compliant, something I hadnt noticed previously despite being an architect. I can confidently say that I could instantly tell a difference in the air quality of my home and I have peace of mind knowing everything has been cleaned and sanitized. Although I spent a lot more than I had told my husband I was going to, I think overall still a fair price for the services they provided.

These guys were great to work with throughout the whole process. The sales manager Andrew was quick to answer questions and get us our quote. We got a few bids and these guys provided the best model at the lowest cost. Not only that amazing service, the crew who showed up was fantastic, huge shout out to Gabe, Amit and Dor for taking the time dismantling our gas furnace and hooking up the HVAC unit. We had some tricky duct work and a tight crawl space but these guys navigated it with ease. Their manager Alex even stopped by to go over questions we had. Overall fantastic company to work with and would work with again.

Just had the ducts and vents cleaned by this company. The communication was very good with texts and calls regarding arrival updates during the day of service. Neta and Vincent were our techs. Everyone was so amazing with this company. From calling to schedule an estimate, to Alex coming out and doing the walk through. He was able to answer EVERY question I had, which was a lot. I had 10 other companies come out before them and thought I had decided on a company, so glad I found their flyer in the Valupak coupons and gave them a call. They were all so amazing during the process, I had hoped insurance would help out with some of the cost of our project and had to rethink what all I wanted done when they wouldn’t. We ended up having the insulation removed and replaced in both attic and crawl space, vents repaired and replaced, mold taken care of and vapor barrier in crawl space taken care of. Even had to have a few extra vents on the roof added as well. They were able to handle everything with ease. Once they were done with the project, Eric came out and did a vent/duct cleaning, he was even able to device the furnace as well.I had some rodent issues before this and was working with a rodent company. The work Dan and his team did took care of it this problem. Even had the pest guy come out a couple extra times to be sure. He was even amazed at the work that was done and asked who had done it, because he always has customers asking for a good crawl space and attic company. Said he would definitely be passing on how great of a job Envirosmart did. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you so much you guys.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Envirosmart Solution. Brian and his crew member notified me ahead of time that they were running an hour late due to a previous job (no big deal and I appreciated the heads-up). They were able to set up and finish the job in less than 3 hours, as expected.My wife and I moved into our home a year ago, and it had been over a year since the previous homeowners had serviced our furnace. Furthermore, there were no records of the air ducts or dryer vent ever being cleaned. Brian was very helpful in helping me understand my furnace and air duct system of my home and the maintenance that it needed. Brian and his crew was extremely professional and courteous: they were careful not to get our carpets dirty and tidied up the areas they were working in. Brian showed me before and after pictures: I was amazed on the great job they did with cleaning out all the dirt that was in our air ducts and dryer vent all these years.The only reason I am deducting a star was the hefty cost of the permanent electrostatic air filter that they sold me: the one they ordered on my behalf cost me nearly 3x the price ($150+tax) buying from them when compared from ordering directly from the vendor (Air-Care Indoor Air Quality Specialists) or from the vendor on Amazon ($60+tax). I wish I did some research ahead of time...I really appreciate Envirosmart Solutions business and I will definitely use their maintenance and cleaning services in the future, but not for purchasing parts. I would advise others to do your research: understand your furnace system and the cost of replacement parts. You may be able to save some money that way.

Found these guys on Yelp, they had good reviews. Pricing was fair, scheduling was easy, a team of 2 came in time giving a call in advance. I knew my furnace was fine but it was not checked by professionals for a few years and I wanted to do some routing checking/cleaning. On site I was told that my furnace is in a good condition and I dont need any cleaning if I dont want to (even though the team of 2 were already dispatched and in my house) and that consultation was free. That is a surprisingly honest service! I decided to still do some cleaning since guys were already in my place and the cleaning wasnt that pricey. In the process I asked many questions and got answers to every and each of those. I do recommend this business and I will be contacting them myself for my future needs!

I cant recommend Envirosmart Solutions enough. We hired them to install a Mitsubishi Heat Pump and AC system in our home. They did an AMAZING job. Danny was wonderful and of all the people who came to give us quotes had the clearest sense of what would be best for our home. He wasnt wrong! The crew was incredibly kind, thorough, and thoughtful. And we are SO pleased with our new heat pump. The heat in our home is now even, its SO incredibly quiet (you can barely hear the fan inside and the outside unit makes NO noise), and we now have AC. Were so grateful to Matan, Danny, Eric, Reese, and the rest of their crew.
