Sunday December 8, 2024, before 12 noon, Mr. M. Salinas, was sent to repair a water leak, location, restroom sink. He entered my home well prepared with plastic shoe baggies, neat appearance, friendly smile, professional and well spoken. His level of customer service was impeccable. He spoke to me by guiding me with details first by assessing what needed to be done, and secondly by giving an estimate for the services to be done. Mr. Salinas took his time and with dedication and focus, he successfully completed the work with perfection in a timely manner. He seemed to be very compassionate about his skill as a plumber. I did a spot check on everything that was done, and I must add I was extremely pleased with his advanced level of expertise. There were zero leaks, and he left everything exceptionally clean. I am thankful for the services Mr. Salinas provided. Mr. Salinas, continue being the best at what you do. You brought smiles to many faces in our family home. Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Michael arrived promptly, identified himself, asked if he could come in, put on his shoe covers, and proceeded to the kitchen where he examined the area, had me fill out paper work and then solved the problem. He explained the process, shared the outcome (and the pickle fork that had helped clog the drain), had me sign off the paperwork, accepted payment, thanked us for calling Roto Rooter and was on his way. As always, a pleasure to deal with the folks from Roto Rooter!

The service I recieved was spectacular. Cesar is a terrific technician who came out on a Saturday and worked till after sundown to finish the job...so why the only 4 stars you ask? The reason for only 4 stars is the appointment process. While the ladies in the office were friendly I didnt care for the text message only notification. I recieved a text at 11am saying a plumber was available, then 40 minutes later another saying they were behind schedule. At the end of my appointment window I called to see if they had any idea as to when someone might be available as I was waiting at home all day. I was told soon. I then got a text immediately saying thanks for letting us know you are now available for your appointment. Im assuming that since I missed the first text saying someone was available that I was then pushed back.As I mentioned the technician was fantastic and the ladies were so nice I just wish that the notification system was a little different.

Had issues with the water pressure in my kitchen sink. Scheduled online and the techs came out on time and took care of the problem and made suggestions for future repairs to address underlying issues. Replaced valves, then came back out the next day after I bought a new faucet and installed. I bought the faucet on my lunch break at work and was able to get someone out a few hours later at 5 to do the work. Both techs were polite and informative.

I did fill a survey already but here is my feedback again:The Technician did an excellent job, showed up on time, and tested the free flow through the repaired sink before leaving …..The price of $482/- for less than 30 mins work is outrageous…. It wasn’t an open heart surgery to open a blocked arteries…but it was a good job.

Juan Ojeda was on time and provided water restoration field supervisor inspection. He will be coming back with equipment and dryers to take care of the water damage. He was able to get a plumber on site and a few hours after him. Erik (plumber) was very professional and took care of things in a timely manner for us. We are hoping our water leak has been fixed and we will continue with the same company for drying and get a referral for reconstruction. Christian was here for a week, drying and checking for moisture, cleaning, tearing out damaged floor boards and dry wall, etc.. Professional, communicative, prompt, and super hard working guy. His attention to details and clean ups was exemplary. I truly appreciate all his efforts. Thankful for his prompt responses and excellent communication throughout the process. Demo and reconstruction yet to come. Will update this review accordingly.

Roto-Rooter arrived onsite and on-time the morning after I requested an appointment. I was hoping my poor water heater just needed a few parts to get back up and running but the wonderful technician, Kyle C., walked me through all the issues, explained the pros and cons of repairing vs. replacing and kindly gave me all the various pricing options. After deciding on replacement, he was able to remove and replace the heater immediately, finishing within a few hours even though my heater is in a terribly difficult location. He even called out another technician, Mike, who arrived quickly to help him move the heater without damaging any ductwork. I highly recommend these guys! Wonderful experience, very kind and respectful of property.

Imagine a Winter Freeze about to occur and you have a gas leak that is connected to your fireplace. Erik and Joe from Roto-Rooter came right away to fix the problem. Erik explained the process completely before starting any work. Erik went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Joe explained in a way that I could understand more of what the issue and answered my questions. They were extremely courteous and Joe is very knowledgeable. I will call Roto-Rooter in the future because of the outstanding service I received today from Erik and Joe.

It is an awesome experience with your service guys. They present me with the fact and use camera to diag the correct cause of my drain line clog issue. It is caused by the great buildup. And the hydro jetting method you guys used solved the clog issue in a timely manner. The only suggestion I have to roto rooter is to use this equipment more widely in the residential market with more affordable price. I bet you will bring in more business and profits.

Had the main sewer line clog . Had sewer back up overflowing under the house. Had to call roto rooter at 8 PM. The technician ran a snake thing into the line. Unclogging the line..took about an hour. Everything was cool. Kind of expensive 405 dollars to clear a line..but Lewis did a effective job. Working in the cold and the dark. And got the line working again .

I had a clogged drain on my bathroom sinks. Normally I could clear the clogged drain when it’s a single sink but this is a double sink setup. Victor C. from Roto Rooter came out and did a fine job. He explained what was going on and said it’s not easy trying to fish into the clogged hole of a double sink. I spent hours trying to clear it and Victor did it in less than 10 minutes. Service was hands down perfectly executed. Professional, courteous, accommodating, thorough and the comfort level was extremely refreshing. I was able to voice my concerns, necessities, and get several options to move forward from the details they acquired just through taking the time to have a same day solution attitude and paying close attention to the details provided. The work done went above and beyond my expectations and am looking forward to the outcome of the repairs done following the water damage from the defective and structurally compromised water heater that they replaced. The level of communication between parties during this process has been a breath of fresh air quite literally, as most processes like this have become very impersonal and lack the compassion and sincerity for those experiencing the frustrations on both ends of this process. I will be using them for any future projects for this reason. Such a great experience!

His name was Victor Campos, he was very professional and explained the problem in detail. He was able to resolve the plumbing issue and fixed it properly.
