The job went smoothly and we were kept in the loop as far as progress. We didn’t struggle at all during the different phases of the project.Payment:When it came time to finalize payment, we were provided with an easy and convenient link to pay our invoice.     It’s so hard to find good contractors these days, but Jerry is THE BEST.     Our bathroom faucet has been leaking for more than a few days so we were in dire need of a plumber. Jerry was an extremely professional and fair. He arrived promptly and got right to work.     Very nice father and son team. Right on time, even a little early. He did not charge me for coming out, even though I was 40 minutes away from his office. My contractor scheduled him by mistake. I needed an AC repair, not a plumber. But I will call on them for plumbing in the future. He seemed sincere, honest, and caring.

    Working with Lone Wolf plumbing has made a difficult process an absolute success. We decided after Hurricane Berl that we wanted to install the infamous Generac generator system. After reaching out to multiple Generac vendors with not much response, our only choice was to install with independent contractors. Jerry from Lone Wolf Plumbing was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He worked seamlessly with the electrician to make an arduous process more streamlined. To say that I would use them again would be an understate. Although our generator is still steps from being up and running, Jerry has provided peace of mind that his portion has been completed and their company stands by their professional standards. He came out the same day I called and we ended up needing a new system due to ours not being properly taken care of. The new one was installed very quickly a couple of days later.     Ive used Jerry several times this past year for my plumbing needs, most recently this week. He is always responsive and courteous. He does great work and leaves the job site in pristine condition. He was able to diagnose a wet Master Bedroom carpet that turns out was caused by the bathtub on the other side of the Master Bath 15 feet away. The bathtub drain leaked and the water flowed UNDER the tiles (the top of the tiles were completely dry) all the way across the bathroom to the other side and wet the carpet in the closet. Trust me, I will continue to call Jerry at Lone Wolf Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

    So we just moved to an older home, and it needed alot of Installation of New Faucets to every toilet bowl to snaking showers and whole new MB shower installation.And were still not done, with Water Softener and a Generac machine that will power the whole home.I have complete faith and without any hesitation and in good consciousness refer Jerry from Lonewolf Plumbing to do absolutely everything that involves Plumbing, they are extremely reasonable and dont charge a exorbitant amount of money for there very Professional work ethic.A family owned business with integrity and ethical, I cant say enough..

    Jerry and his son came over to my houst the other day to fix a problem I was having with two showers...Both of the showers would only flow hot water! No cold (well, room temperature) water from either of them. Not so bad in the cooler months, but if you live in Houston (or any other place that gets really hot in the summer), you know what a big deal this can be; you cant dry off for about an hour after a shower without situating yourself directly under an operating ceiling fan!Cartridges needed to be replaced! You may have replaced one before... not too difficult. But you might not have the right tools. You might not have time. You might not know which cartridge you need... all of these were my cases a couple of days ago.What I did have was a plumber Ive trusted for years. Jerry comes to my mind every time I have a plumbing issue, which is not all that often, and that makes it even more special to me. I met Jerry several years ago, when I needed some work done on another house. He set a custom tub for me.He plumbed a new bathroom for me. He set up all the plumbing in a kitchen I added. He had a team out to dig under my house so he could repair drain piping which had broken during foundation repair (and to connect new drain piping to the aforementioned new bathroom)... and more!Jerry solves problems. He knows his stuff! He has the tools. He does the research to figure out what you need, and he can find it for you. Did I mention, he drove all the way across town (about 25 miles!) to take care of my issue?If you need a knowledgable, courteous, prompt plumber that you can trust for years to come; someone about whom you can feel confident saying, I got a guy... you want Jerry and Lone Wolf Plumbing.Thank you, Jerry!

    Dont let the sorta scary name put you off.I called 7 plumbers to get an estimate over the phone. Jerrys was the most reasonable. He didnt tell me: plus travel or plus materials or plus credit card fees. Just a price, which he stuck to.
