    I have used Texas Strong multiple times now. They are good with communication and scheduling. I needed to replace 2 aging hot water heaters, one of which had begun to leak. Travis came out and confirmed the situation, provided estimates for 2 new hot water tanks or replacement with a tankless system. We opted for the tankless water heater and were able to have installation in the same week. Up and running with no issues!

    Once again Travis comes through to save the day. Not only was he prompt, he was EARLY (the office even gave me a courtesy phone call asking for my OK to come earlier than anticipated).     We had an issue with the drain pump for our outdoor sink. Someone was out to diagnose the issue quickly, did some investigating on parts, gave us our options and were back out to do the repair in just a few days.     I have finally found a plumber! I have been living in Katy for 30 years and just recently moved to Fulshear. In all those decades, Texas Strong Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure of using. Rick the owner along with Peggy in the office to Travis, the plumber that did the work, were knowledgeable and professional. Travis installed a whole house Moen flo water monitor, and a whole house recirculation pump in my house. The installation and workmanship was above and beyond. My brother is a Master Plumber in New Jersey for 50+ years and he was very impressed with Travis workmanship. See the attached photos. Lastly, Texas Strong Plumbing is very reasonable and competitive with their prices. Thank you Texas Strong Plumbing!

    Texas Strong Plumbing was great. Travis and his helper whose name escapes me spent hours digging under a large oak to find a bad water leak. The ground was full of large and small roots and the labor was intensive and extremely muddy. However, in the end they got the leak repaired and the soil replaced and they had a pleasant attitude throughout.

    I contacted Texas Strong and two days later they were on site working to repair some commercial toilets and other miscellaneous items. I found them to be very prompt and responsive from the time of inquiry to completion of the job. Travis kept me up to date on repairs and other issues that came up the job progressed.     We had a frozen pipe in the garage. Texas Strong was able to service us the next day after we capped the line ourselves and had water to the house. The job wasn’t as easy since the builder located the hose bib at a stud. We have a new bib and pex to replace what was in the wall. We will use them again for other jobs.

    I called so many other companies for help over the past three weeks for my gas fireplace repair but couldnt get help. Texas Strong was a prayer answered! Their scheduler Becky was responsive, sympathetic and helpful to answer my questions. Technician Travis Daniel came out the same day--within 3 hours--and he got the fireplace working right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and answered my questions. We will certainly recommend Texas Strong to others.

    We scheduled this company to come fix our unfortunate frozen/burst-pipe issue we had on 12/23 after I looked through the top rated plumbing companies in our area, and I immediately settled on Texas Strong when I saw that they have almost exclusively 5 star reviews. After having them here today, I definitely agree. Rick was very thorough, even finding other leaks connected to the burst that we didn’t know we had. He took the time to explain to us every rationale and step in the repair. Very appreciative of the customer service and care we received.

    I had a sewer line that was not draining - I started with Roto-Rooter who told me that they could not clear the drain because they had encountered a broken pipe and that I would need to have them tunnel under the house to repair it, costing $15,000 or more. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Texas Strong for a 2nd opinion. Travis and Johnny came out same day and I told them what Roto-Rooter had said. They said let us try and clear it and go from there.. Within an hour, they had found the blockage, cleared it, and never encountered anything indicating a pipe break. These Texas Strong guys are honest, fairly priced, trustworthy, and did an outstanding job. They even noticed a slight leak on my toilet tanks and repaired it quickly with no extra charge. Id recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their plumbing.

    I had a pipe freeze and break. I was not able to turn off the water. Texas Strong came right away shut off the water and capped the broken pipe so they could turn water back on to my house.     Excellent service by Travis and Christian. Spent time trying to assess the problem and took the effort to describe the issue. Waited for City of Bellaire to show up and explain to them and waited till they started to attempt to resolve the issue. After Bellaire assessed it was not in their domain under the street, Texas Strong Plumbing came back on the weekend and worked on the problem and after digging up and confirming the issue was indeed with city of Bellaire, they waited almost an hour till a Bellaire staff could come over on the weekend with their equipment and explained the issue again to them till they were able to clear the clog with the City lines. Travis and Christian then fixed what they had dug up. Felt they went above and beyond the service expected as did the City of Bellare responding after hours and on weekend. Kudos to the excellent team at Texas String Plumbing. You are awesome !

    I called because I saw all five star ratings. Then I personally experienced what the five star service was supposed to be. I was going to install a Control Valve to shut off the water line to my house. Shane, the plumber came to my house, and walked around and told me I had one already, he demonstrated the way to turn it on and off, surprisingly, even waived the trip charge!! Wow, unbelievable! This company will be my plumbing needs for the rest of my life!

    Two trips and a replacement part later, the issue was not resolved. However, Travis stayed with it and through technical support he got advice on what the issue might be. Sure enough, those darn pesky wasps and other bugs had flown down the vent pipe and messed up the Ignition system. We can shower again. Hooray!

    We started using Texas Strong Plumbing when our water heater went out. Rick not only removed the old and installed the new, they moved it from the attic and put it in the garage. They did all this at a very reasonable price.Now they are changing out ALL our old sink, toilets, laundry room, out side, and main valves.     I recommend Texas Strong Plumbing, LLC Rick Cotton is the owner. He is honest and I fully trust him. I was effected by Hurricane Harvey an lost everything. We had to remove all sheetrock an we contacted Rick Cotton with Texas Strong Plumbing he suggested we repipe the entire house he gave us a 25 yr. Manufactory Warranty. He gave us a break on cost due to losing everything. I recommend Texas Strong Plumbing to everyone.

They were also kind enough to turn on my sprinkler system and checked the brass fitting for any potential cracks. I appreciate their willingness to share maintenance tips, as I am big on preventative actions!Both were very knowledgeable, respectful and very professional. It was a relatively simple repair to fix a poorly installed (not their work) exhaust conduit from my tankless water heater that was collecting water. It was handled professionally and expeditiously.
