My propane water heater gave up on me yesterday evening. I hastily put my details on a review site and the first to get back to me was a local plumbing service in Katy. It was an easy decision to go with them since they were proactive and promised to be at my place before midday, and indeed, they were. Jace and the helpful young lad, Shawn, accompanying him, were prompt to start diagnosing the problem. They presented four viable solutions, and I opted for them to remove the old unit, buy a new one, and install it. The service was swift, courteous, and professional, causing me no trouble at all. The pricing was fair, matching the current market rates. I was thrilled to have hot water again by the afternoon! They did an exceptional job.

In short, my previous experiences with other plumbing services were less than satisfactory due to poor communication and customer service. However, my interaction with this new plumbing service was a breath of fresh air. I scheduled an appointment to have my pressure tank replaced. Jace and William arrived promptly, replaced my tank, and even allowed me a 10% discount as a first-time customer before starting the job. They were professional and informative, which I greatly appreciated. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was extremely satisfied with their service. William did the plumbing work for my new restroom in Katy. Among all the estimates i got, his was the most reasonable. he not only did a stellar job on my bathroom, but also took care of the installation of my hot water tank and repaired my outdoor plumbing with new pipes and a shut-off valve. william was always quick to respond when i reached out to him, and if he didnt pick up, he made sure to get back to me within a day. a few years back, when i first needed a plumber, it was tough to find one i could rely on. however, william has always been straightforward and honest, which i really value.

We got a plumber to switch out our shower head and a deverter in our bathroom, but he botched it and wouldnt come back to sort it out. we looked for a plumber on the internet and came across shawn from Jalen & Sons Plumbing, who had really positive reviews. seeing as our sheetrock was open and the job needed to be done, we thought wed give him a shot. shawn showed up and redid all the pipes and now we can finally complete our bathroom! whenever we rang, shawn was quick to respond and squeezed us into his packed schedule. he really knows his stuff. we would definitely recommend him. cheers shawn. stanley darlea & yee wan darlea.

Clayton, Jace, Shawn, and two others from a well-respected plumbing company were fantastic. They showed up shortly after sunrise in a large, impressive vehicle. I had some concerns regarding the substantial upgrade and countless queries about how they would proceed with the repiping of my home. Clayton, the main installer, responded to all my inquiries, assuring me that his team handles such tasks almost daily. He reassured me that I had nothing to fear and put my mind at ease. They successfully accomplished the seemingly colossal task on my four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in approximately seven hours. I was relieved to have this significant enhancement to my Katy home completed. I am grateful to the plumbing service for assigning Clayton, Jace, Shawn, and the team to this project. It went off without a hitch.

William is a true savior. I faced a challenging situation with a burst water pipe in my home. The issue was between the street and the meter, but thankfully, it was in my basement - so it was above ground. My water supplier informed me that I needed a plumber and fortunately, I found a plumbing service online. I got in touch with william and despite his packed schedule, he managed to accommodate me. He resolved the issue within a quarter of an hour. It was a stroke of luck that he showed up while my water company was still around (they had to dig and install a new valve and pipe in my yard) and he was so quick with the repairs that we could immediately test the new fixed pipe and restore the water supply. If it wasnt for william and his adaptability, I would have been forced to go through the entire weekend without running water or heat. He was so kind and supportive and prioritized me, as a customer and individual, over just trying to extract money from me (which some other plumbing firms have tried to do). The difference in service and attitude is massive. william is the best and i will recommend him to everyone.

Recently moved into a new house and discovered a severe leak from the cold water valve of the washing machine. reached out to jalen & sons plumbing and an appointment was set up very promptly. the support team was friendly, and the two gentlemen, clayton and william, who came to fix the valves and seal off the gas line for the dryer (we brought in an electric dryer) were attentive, skilled, and courteous. they got here on time, explained the procedure before getting started, and updated me before they took off. the charge for their punctuality and proficiency was quite fair. well definitely call on their services again in katy!

Ive had the pleasure of calling upon this plumbing service twice now and im blown away! they are flexible and the young lady in charge of scheduling, is absolutely wonderful and professional. ive had the chance to meet 2 different plumbers, jace and oliver, and not only are they proficient, theyre speedy, transparent about the work, and just feel like genuinely nice guys. i may not know much about comparing plumber rates, but their charges seem quite fair to me. love the customer service! the company is under new management now and the exceptional service has remained consistent. keep doing the great work guys in katy.

Shawn expertly adjusted the drain pan and now the air conditioner is functioning flawlessly without any water leakage. He even patiently waited to ensure everything was working as it should. In a separate incident, when we first installed our water heater, it turned out that William accidentally installed a used unit instead of a new one. However, they promptly recognized the error and replaced it with a new water heater. They were transparent about the mix-up even though we hadnt noticed, which showed their integrity. When it came to removing the old water heater, there was a small mishap where they accidentally caused some damage to our stair area wall. It seemed like they tried to fix it with some caulking, but it was done hastily and ended up looking dirty. When we brought this to their attention, they promised us a complimentary service for our air conditioners the following year. Were eagerly awaiting their call to arrange this. Overall, their plumbing service was thorough and professional.

I give Jalen & Sons Plumbing a top rating of 5/5, mostly due to their steadfast dedication to their job regardless of unfavorable weather conditions, and the utmost professionalism they maintained. One day, I stepped out of my house and noticed water gushing out of my water meter box. It was a rather alarming sight, with gallons of water flowing down the street. As a result, I immediately contacted the Water Departments emergency line. Upon their inspection, they informed me that the leak was on my side of the pipe, making it my responsibility to have it fixed. The thought of a potential financial burden immediately crossed my mind. The Water Department assured me that the situation wasnt too dire, and the water supply could remain on, but repairs had to be carried out the following day. Despite it being the weekend, they advised against bringing in a plumber until the next day. The next morning, I started my search for a plumber online. Suddenly, I recalled a Jalen & Sons Plumbing TV commercial I had seen. After finding their website, I immediately called to schedule an appointment. At the time of booking, I was warned that the appointment may be delayed due to bad weather. On the day of the appointment, the weather, which had a 70% chance of rain, was far from ideal. By 2:00 pm, it had started to pour heavily. With each drop, I could almost see my money going down the drain. However, at around 2:15 pm, I received a call from Jalen & Sons Plumbing, who asked about the weather conditions. Despite the rain, they confirmed that their technicians, Clayton and William, would still come to assess the situation. When Clayton and William arrived, there was a respite from the rain, and the weather started to clear up. They were courteous and professional, going about their work quietly and efficiently. They took the time to explain the cause of the leak and how they planned to fix it. The cost of the repairs was reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise as I had been bracing myself for the worst. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Jalen & Sons Plumbing for any water leak repairs.

Just yesterday, we noticed a minor leak in our new water heater that was triggering the moisture alarm non-stop. We reached out to Oliver again, and he was able to process the warranty for the old heater and arranged for a new one to be delivered first thing in the morning. He arrived punctually for the installation and within 45 minutes, we were back to enjoying hot water. Ive called on Jalen & Sons Plumbing multiple times for various jobs, since my house is a bit on the older side. Each task was executed with precision and the plumbers, like Clayton and William, were a pleasure to work with. They were very good at explaining everything in a way that I could understand. Most recently, Jace did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations and ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction! I even had a conversation with the owner about the possibility of flushing my water heater. Instead of just taking my money, he explained the procedure to me, stating that I didnt necessarily need to hire them for the task. Their pricing for other services is quite competitive, and the quality of customer service they offer is exceptional. For any future plumbing needs, Jalen & Sons Plumbing will be my go-to!

I conducted thorough research on converting from oil to gas systems for plumbing. I stumbled upon a particular company online (they have a Youtube channel!) and was impressed by what I learned about them. I decided to request a quote and compare it with the local plumbers in Katy - Im glad I did. Shawn was prompt in responding to my request for a quote - he personally came to my home and explained the entire process in detail. If you appreciate interacting with genuinely nice and honest individuals - youll like Shawn. He was patient throughout and guided me through each step, always ready to answer questions. Dealing with the gas company to have a gas line installed and activated was a task, but Shawn was there, answering every query I had. He made the entire process much simpler. Clayton, who I believe is Shawns son, handled the actual installation/conversion. Hes just as pleasant to work with as Shawn. He set clear expectations, patiently answered every question I had in detail, and his work is neat. The layout of the new system is a masterpiece - its clear he takes pride in his work. As I write this, home heating oil prices have shot up to nearly $6 a gallon. Between rebates and fuel savings (gas vs oil), a significant portion of the installation/conversion cost will be recovered in the first year alone. My new gas burner is QUIET and MUCH more efficient. With my old oil burner, it sounded like a jet engine was running in my basement, consuming oil as if it was water. Plus, I no longer have to worry about oil deliveries (I had two instances where my oil tank ran out due to oil truck driver shortages, one of them during a major snowstorm). Im glad I switched to gas - Im glad I found Shawn and Clayton. Theyre wonderful people.

Late in the evening, my kid stepped out of the shower and mentioned that the water wouldnt stop running, and it was HOT! I had no choice but to shut off the water supply to the entire house. As daylight broke, I reached out to Jalen & Sons Plumbing, having been impressed with their reviews on Google. Shawn informed me that his schedule was packed with appointments, however, he promised to fit me in around lunchtime. I left my job a bit early to go home and meet him, hopped into my car, and it wouldnt kickstart! Just my luck, right? I gave shawn a ring to let him know that I wouldnt be able to make it home. He inquired about my location and then, to my surprise, offered to pick me up. I was flabbergasted! I told him he didnt have to go out of his way to do so. But he insisted that it was the only way he could get the job done that day. Believe it or not, he picked me up from my workplace, drove me to my house in Katy, fixed the shower issue, and then drove me back to my job! Who does that? shawn does! Let me tell you, this guy is a real hero! Thankfully, his charges werent exorbitant because I had to purchase a new battery for my car as well!

An absolutely tremendous plumbing company! my outdated water heater, which was over a decade old, gave out on a particularly chilly evening. fortunately, i was referred to them by a home improvement store. they gave me a quote and performed a same-day installation with remarkable efficiency. william, the plumber, was exceptional. he arrived promptly after my call, installed a new water heater, and took the old one away. i chose a rheem 40-gallon 6-year standard water heater, and it has exceeded my expectations. the water gets hot quickly, which is a marked improvement over my previous water heater. this plumbing service is top-notch. i reached out to other companies, but they required both time and a fee just to provide a quote, and none could offer same-day installation. this was a serious problem for me, given the chilly weather and my familys immediate need for hot water. but this company came through in a big way, meeting all of our hot water needs. their service was exceptional, their prices were fair, and they conducted themselves professionally. i would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. thanks to william, clayton, oliver, and the entire team!

I rang up late in the morning, a few days before the holiday season, to get a leaking water heater fixed (i had initially contacted two other plumbing services based on a local internet search, but they werent able to assist). the initial phone conversation was extremely courteous and professional. they promptly responded to my call and before i knew it, they were at my house in katy to provide a quote. i had earlier received an estimate from a contractor to replace the water heater even before it started leaking. this estimate was comparable. in no time after approving the quote online, they began their work. i had presumed that it would take at least a day for the work to commence, but to my surprise, within a few hours, everything was back to normal. the communication was excellent with no need for face-to-face interaction (as a mother of a toddler and a dog, that was a huge relief). the entire process was incredibly straightforward. they even provide payment plans if thats more convenient for you. jace and clayton certainly made my life easier.
