    Our business has used Capital Plumbing twice and we highly recommend them! Stephen’s quality of service was impeccable, and we could not be happier with his service work. He spent hours on a weekend to snake & jet our plumbing, plus run a camera to ensure the lines were clear. He worked quickly, professionally and left the area clean in great repair. We received a 30 day work warranty, plus it was very affordable.Extremely pleased for a 10pm service emergency call.     Jared and Shelby came out to replace a leaky/busted ceiling pipe. It was old galvanized steel (50 years old). They were professional, timely and upfront about the cost. I felt the cost was reasonable, considering how difficult the pipe was to access. They showed me everything they were doing. I would highly recommend CCP.

    We can always count on Jared at Capital Care Plumbing. This time, he helped replace a very old garbage disposal that suddenly leaked water all over our kitchen floor. Jared and his helper came the same day I called -- the Friday after Thanksgiving -- and they brought all items needed to replace the disposal (and upgrade to a better, quieter one!) and three corroded valves beneath the sink which were original to the house. In the process, Jared determined we had another leak that may have been there awhile, so we will follow his advice and have the floor of the cabinet checked and treated for potential mold. We thank Jared for his good humor, his quick work, his professionalism, and his concern in doing the work for us cost effectively. He has helped us with several plumbing issues through the years, and I highly recommend him and Capital Care Plumbing.

    Our drain line was clogged (5months after having it snaked) causing our AC not to work. Capital Care fit us in their busy schedule and made sure to do a thorough job and even put in chemicals to keep it from happening again.     I had a clogged drain for my washing machine and contacted James at Capital Care plumbing at 7:45am and he was out to my house by 9am the same day.     Steven came out tonight and was amazing! As new home owners we were unsure of who to call and where to start when we discovered plumbing issues today.     We are a very satisfied costumer of Capital Care Plumbing. Thanks to Jared and Cisco who never gave up on removing the trim kit even though it is almost impossible to pull it out. And took time to look for a part to change our shower faucet. You guys are the best and so professional! This company is highly recommended with their professionalism, promptness, highly standard quality service and has a very reasonable price. At least we are never charged 3000 dollars(which was first estimated by another company), and thank God our tiles were never removed (as recommended by the other company which they say was the only option to replace the trim kit). Thanks to James,the owner, who is always responding to my husbands call and giving us options so we could minimize expenses. You guys deserve five stars.

    Another great experience with Capital Care plumbers in unclogging a bathroom pipe. Plumbers (Stephen & Frank) were professional, on-time and knowledgeable. They were also able to provide us a permanent solution to re-route a drain pipe to exterior of the home to prevent re-occurrence of this issue too. Our family has used Capital Care for over 10 years for a variety of plumbing needs, and they have always done great, honest work for us.

    Had a garden hose stuck on a hose bib. Needed to cover it before the upcoming freeze (Feb 3rd, 2022)......... Tried to remove the hose with Channel Locks and had the hose bib explode and start spewing water all over. To make things more interesting. The hose bib was also in line with the main water line feeding into the house. (A horrible design idea by the way!) James and Zee with Capital Care Plumbing ended up working out in the cold that night but did a great job replacing/repairng the line. If you need a plumber for an emergency or non-emergency, these are the guys to call!

Jared and Cisco did high quality work and were very honest and upfront about all of our options and the most cost effective solutions.     Jared and Sisco were phenomenal. I was able to get next day service for an issue I was avoiding with my garbage disposal. Thankfully I called Capital Care Plubming vs. a handy man to save money. There were more issues than just the plumbing. Jared and Sisco were professional, efficient, and got the job done even though I was the last call of the day and they got done after 5pm. They did a courtesy check on my water heater after I asked them to look at my bathroom faucets, and called back to remind me that they forgot to move the valve to my dishwasher back.     Had a hall tub faucet that went out (lever just spun around). Jacob came out analyzed part (Grohe cartridge(mixing valve) so expensive) and suggested I could order it to save some money. It meant capping off everything which Jacob did for the same price. Jacob took a lot of time to cap off properly. They installed next week as soon the part came. This was a big project and not only was it done perfectly but they were very professional. Every step of the process was explained before it happened and I was regularly updated on their progress.     We found a pool of water on the front lawn of our property. After finding Capital care plumbing on the “Next Door” App. I called to make an appointment. They showed up on time, had to excavate approximately 3 feet to access the line and found that a cracked PVC joint on our domestic water line was leaking. As it was getting dark, I fully expected them to return the following day, but they worked for 3 1/2 hours until 8:30 p.m. to make the repair.The cost of the repair was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would definitely recommend Capital Care Plumbing to anyone who has similar issues and really appreciate the work that Zee and Eric did for us at such short notice.

    I had a emergency here at my house. Another contractor broke a pipe and I was in a bad situation. I got Roses number and called her she had Megan immediately call me back and then Megan had Billy immediately call me. Everyone that I dealt with at Capitol Care Plumbing was on their game. Billy arrived in about 30-40 minutes, maybe sooner. Billy was in, done and out in 30 minutes. Water back on an hour from then. What a great experience in the middle of a bad situation.     FAST GREAT SERVICE!!! EVEN AFTER HOURS!We had a plumbing emergency after hours. 9:00 PM. My husband had attempted to fix our water inlet valves under our kitchen sink after I discovered they were leaking when our old faucet started to leak and was going to install a new one. I have terminal cancer and am undergoing chemo. I am very weak. i was once this strong little handy girl that can do home repairs, build rooms, sheds, decks, patio covers, plumbing electrical, landscaping, etc. Now can hardly walk.I turned off the water main and took out our old faucet. That wore me out. It took me 2 hours. RESTED. Another 2 hours to put in the new faucet except for the water lines. Had my husband pick up 2 new water inlet valves and he said he would do it. Mind you this man has never done a home repair in his life. I got under there showed him how to do it. He said I can do that. I left the room came back and he was doing it wrong and had got the compression rings messed up. He said it was ok. I said it is going to leak, then what ever he turns on the water main....FLOOD CITY.I called Capital Care Plumbing. Very nice quick Answering Service. They sent Aaron Reinhard, A Master Plumber. He called and asked my husband to take a picture to see if he had what he needed on his truck. He was here in less than 30 minutes. We live in Katy. He had the job all done in less than 30 minutes and even put in our new soap dispenser and hose weight that came with our new faucet. Great fellow. BEST PLUMBER EVER! I will recommend him to all my neighbors and friend. I asked for some of his cards. He even gave me magnets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    These guys are amazing! Definitely not the first time we have used them. They changed my parents water heater same day a few years back and yesterday was a nightmare for us… Found out ours was out and pan full of water called at 5:45 pm and Zee came out within the hour, it needed to be replaced and they replaced it al in the same evening.. They got it replaced by 10 pm and finally got water! Would definitely recommend!! Great customer service!

    Several months ago I called Capital Care Plumbing because of a leaking hot water heater. Stephen came out, accessed the issue, and repaired the problem. He could have easily said I needed a new heater, and I would have been none the wiser. Fast forward, the water heater was popping, and making all sorts of noise. Due to Stephens honesty, I contacted Capital Care, requesting Stephen. Stephen came out, and after a discussion regarding the noise the heater was making, and the age of the heater it was decided it was time to replace it. Stephen had a new water heater installed, and heating up in no time. If you ever need an honest opinion, and quality work, contact Capital Care Plumbing, and ask for Stephen.     Jake and Jose were awesome! Our house was suddenly without hot water one night and after two nights of trying to fix it ourselves, we decided to call Capital Care Plumbing. Jake and Jose came out first thing in the morning and took a look. Jake was very patient with us. My husband was at work and I could only communicate with him via text and at times it took a good couple of minutes to get a reply from my husband. Jake answered all of our questions and helped us weigh our options. Once we told him our decision to change out our water heater he brought Jose and they got to work in no time changing out our water heater. They were in and out in about an hour.     One does not necessarily learn the quality of a company when everything goes right. In my case I experienced Capital Plumbings excellent customer service when something went wrong.I had Capital come out to snake our clogged kitchen sink drain. During the process the snake broke. Four days later I noticed water under the kitchen cabinets. The broken snake had damaged the PVC drain pipe and the leaking water had gotten into the drywall and the foot plate of the of the cabinet.I called Capital and explained the situation. They had a plumber come out immediately and fixed the broken pipe. Capital took full responsibility for the water damage and immediately began the process, using a reputable water damage company, of fixing the water damage, with all that entailed. James, the owner of Capital, was in daily communication with me asking me how things were going.In the end everything was fixed as good as new. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service attention I received. Mistakes happen. It is how a company handles a mistake that illuminates the true quality of a company and Capital shined in that aspect.I am now looking to replace my two water heaters and I am having Capital come out to make that assessment. I highly recommend them. Five stars!

    Jared and (Cisco?) came out to check on a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom. They made quick work on diagnosing the issue and giving quotes. Jared seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced.     I cannot praise this company enough for the Outstanding service I received today. Capital Care Plumbing is Top Notch! Today we had an emergency plumbing issue, but their schedule was full. Megan, the receptionist, was very polite in explaining this. I underscored the circumstances and she had me hold for a moment, contacted a plumber in the area that was slightly ahead of schedule and fit us in without breaching other confirmed time windows for their other customers. Megan is my Tuesday Hero! So often people just want to do the bare minimum and settle for doing their job. Megan went over and above, listened, cared and helped. That, sadly, is rare to find.
