Good clean install, caught an error from our builder on the dishwasher, and had a good idea for helping to remove even more sediment from the well.     Interesting talked with the owner, was routed to Brian, got an excellent offer, then O.B Bonilla came in done the installation within 2 hours, removed the old EOL Flock brand, put on the brand new Clack WS1, also showed me how to operate and demonstrated hardness dropped from 9 to 1. Overall an excellent experience!

Told me to call him directly for anything in the future. I told him Id update this review and he said it wasnt needed since being honest is important. I appreciate a business like his where the owner goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. So back to a five star review!!!Updated review 3/10/2024Had to change this to a four star because of the lack of communication from Daniel. After my install which I am still happy about, I was told by one of the installers that they ran out of insulation for the pipes in my garage and that someone would contact me to schedule and insulate the pipes. Waited a bit over a week before emailing and got no reply. Called and was told they would check on that and get back to me. Nothing.Even with that I recommended them to my neighbor and told them how happy I was and the pricing is very good. But I did tell her about the lack of communication with the insulation. When they did the walk through at my neighbors I was able to finally get an answer and they insulated my pipes in the garage when they installed my neighbors system. I was also promised a $100 credit for the referral and have not received anything or a reply to my email from about two weeks ago.Old reviewThe crew was super professional and answered all my questions.Explained in detail about the installation as well as how to use everything. If youre in the market for a softener or home filtration system I would definitely recommend.

    These guys came out to do a tune-up on my water softener and I am so impressed. The tech explained exactly what he was going to do, which was more than I have ever experienced, and then he did just that. He checked the quality of water in the tank, the safety valve, the heater element, and the anode. He showed my anode and a new anode side-by-side. The anode takes odors out of the water. Mine was at best a 1/4 in diameter with a lot of buildup. The new one was like 3/4 in diameter. At my request he changed it out. I paid him. I immediately received a receipt via email with pictures. I highly recommend them.

    Texas Water Softeners installs quality water treatment systems at a fair price, and they stand behind their equipment 100%. I reached out to Texas Water Softeners because I live in Fulshear and our water had a smelly odor. Further, we have moderate hardness that left white residue on the shower. I had to frequently clean the shower with harsh acids just to keep it looking nice. They installed a backwashing carbon filter and a softener. This immediately solved the smelly water problem. Instead of cleaning the shower every two weeks, now, I clean it every two months. The shower glass no longer gets that white buildup. Also, we cut our dish and laundry detergent consumption in half. We stopped buying fabric softener completely. Later on, we had TWS install a Proline EZ RO system. This is a great system and after a year, my TDS meter indicates that we are still getting 97% TDS reduction. I like the RO system because it takes economical, non-proprietary filters that you can buy online from anybody. If you are in the market for water treatment, stay away from the big rip-off national companies such as DuPure, Culligan, Ecowater/Costco, and Infinity, and call Texas Water Softeners. Do business with a local small business that truly cares about customer service.

    We purchased a new home and hadnt much idea of how terrible the water quality was. We purchased the home filtration system and immediately skin and scalp issues cleared up. We had a minor issue when it became really cold outside, and within 2-3 hours of calling TWS, they were out to fix the issue (which took less than 5 mins and was not due to the system but the user ☺️). The installers came on time, were very professional, and explained each step of the install and setup. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up any mess. They put all the right settings in the valve, did multiple water tests to make sure everything was working correctly, and explained any routine maintenance.     These guys installed a water softener & a whole house water treatment system for us. The price was very fair (less than we expected) and installation was quick and “neat.” It required some modifications to our current water supply input but that was done professionally. They gave me simple instructions on how to purge my system of the old contaminants & sediment. Aaagh. I ca’t believe that crap was in my pipes & my water heater. The water tastes better & I’m more confident in my home water supply. And, the system is very low maintenance. I give these guys only 5 stars because there aren’t 10 stars in the grading system.

    At this time I am only able to review their pre-inspection set-up at my home. They were timely, informative and professional. Ok, I have had the system installed. The work was done on time quickly and by knowledgeable individuals. The price was extremely competitive and the system seems to work wonderfully.Had a drainage problem with the water softener system that needed repairs. They arrived in a timely manner, quickly repaired the problem and ran tests to ensure everything worked properly.

    Texas Water Softener exceeded my expectations. Installation of our new water softener was fast, professional, reasonably priced and we didn’t have to get a high pressure sales job before moving forward on installation.     Best change l ever made was leaving who gave the world the impression they were the only compay and found Texas soft water who actually even services their eequipment. The other company never cleans the inside of tank of where you get the water you drink from. l had my tank since 1994 and it was alredy there. l changed in 2021 and changed my inside unit under the sink also.

    A great family owed business that believes in customer service and does not price gouge. Really reasonable rates. I called July 1st and spoke with Walter, the company owner. He sent Lalo, a very knowledgeable technician and David, his helper, out for an inspection the same day. Lalo tested my system and then gave me all the alternatives available at the various prices. No pressure, no the world will collapse if you didnt get the work done immediately, no you would be foolish to select the cheapest option. I chose my alternative and they came this morning, July 2 and removed the old system and installed the new. Ive found the soft water company I want to continue to use. Lalo and David were lovely to work with.

The team went above and beyond to help me address some issues that I had with a system installed by a different company. I rarely (and by rarely I mean almost never) leave a review, but Walter has earned it, and it is the least I could have done to thank him for the quality of customer service I received on a Saturday, where no other pluming store was open, and not even Amazon could have delivered the parts I needed on time!I will consider and recommend this family owned business for future needs.

    Pleasure so far dealing with TWS. Daniel was straight to the point (granted I asked for him to shoot me straight). Priced the system with some info. Scheduling was easy, installers showed up on time, and explained the system in an easy manner. My house was pre-plumbed, so I cant speak to TWS doing that portion of the work.For anyone looking at systems, dont fall for the hype of having to pay a crazy amount. The tanks are pretty generic and the media doesnt differ much. The main thing is the controls and of course the after support from your installer. Will update over time.

    Look no further. Texas Water Softeners is the company to work with for your softener system. Sadly, we didnt protect our softener system (located outside) well enough during the recent historically cold winter storm. We froze our system solid and split the column open on the side. When we called our supplier, a message answered their phone and then disconnected you with no ability to leave a message.We had no water to our house, we had been without electricity for an extended period and we needed help. What kind of company just completely blows off their customers in an emergency?In comes Texas Water Softeners to save the day. I called and they actually answered the phone. Walter was kind and understanding. I was a total stranger and not an existing customer and he offered me help without hesitation for no charge. He told me that he would give us PVC elbows and a piece of pipe to bypass our broken unit so we could get water back until a new system could be installed. My husband went right over and we had water that evening. They won me as a customer forever for that act of kindness! They just installed our new softener system less than one week after the weather event for a very competitive price. We are so impressed. He came and checked out all of the plumbing but then he said Im not qualified to test out the water softener, you need to call a specialist. I called the closest company and Walter was able to do the inspection right away. He just happen to be five minutes away finishing up another install and came as fast as he could.
