    One of the toilets at my parents house started leaking over the holidays. That was fun. We called Met Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. Communication throughout the booking process and appointment were excellent. Travis Loehmann and his associate arrived on time, were very professional, and honest. He gave us several options and their related costs. We ultimately had them install a new Kohler toilet and the installation was fast, clean, and precise. Highly recommend Met and Travis!

    Shawn came out to give us an estimate and he found a few things wrong with our water heater leak. We went with them because of the price and his kindness. We had big box plumbers come out and their quotes were about double the price. We got a quality water heater with sensors to notify if any leaks should occur installed for 12 year warranty and the price was perfect. Big ups to Frank, who helped Shawn! I will definitely be using them as plumbers from now on.I highly recommend them due to the absolute high quality of work❗❗Id rate them 5 Stars+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Both times weve used MET plumbing have been great experiences. Andy was wonderful when he came out on a late Saturday afternoon to fix leaking water pipes in our ceiling in the kitchen. He was able take care of the situation quickly before we had any significant issues. He has such a positive & helpful attitude. Their phone service is always very professional as well.

    Travis of MET Plumbing was amazing. From the minute he arrived at the house to when the job was completed. He was very thorough in explaining EXACTLY what I could expect for pricing and services. He actually spent time at the dining room table to make sure that my wife and I had a good understanding of what was needed - without the BS sales pitch. Great demeanor and professional attitude.     Had a clogged drain line just a few feet from the city line. Jonathan came to assess, he found the issue and attempted to clear the blockage. It turned out that the problem was much more extensive than originally anticipated. Jonathan was very transparent and he was very detailed in explaining what he was finding and what my options were. When we made our decision for the next step, he made sure to come back out the next day to complete the repair knowing we needed a resolution quickly. I feel like Jonathan was honest and went above and beyond to help us out. I recommend MET Plumbing and Jonathan and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

    The service was great. Shawn Lewis was assigned to my request, he was very friendly and efficient. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was running late due to finishing up another service. He arrived to my location and put his shoe covers on, then walked in to the kitchen and inspected the sink. After inspecting the sink he grabbed the rest of his equipment and covered the area to avoid making a mess. Then started cleaning the pipes and once he was done he put everything back together. He make sure there were no leaks and left everything as he found it. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for servicing my house and for working 24/7.

    I was in a panic. Both my bathroom sinks were clogged, and nasty water was standing in the basins. I called one company who says they do 24/7 service. I couldnt get anyone to come until the next day. Since my housekeeper was coming at 3 and I wanted to get everything clean, I was at my wits end. I called MET around 12:30. Travis, their technician arrived at 2. I showed him the problem; he told me what caused it; repaired it within an hour. Travis was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I will recommend MET to my friends and anyone who needs emergency service.

Shawn, the plumber, called ahead of time to assess the situation and determine if it was an emergency. The company then scheduled an appointment and provided a time window. They sent a text with the technician’s bio and photo and called 20 minutes before arrival. Shawn arrived on time, listened attentively to the issue, and provided a detailed estimate without any pressure to proceed immediately. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use them to complete my project in the future.

    Great customer service from the people that scheduled the call and service to the plumber who came out to service the property! The plumber made sure to explain and show me everything in detail so that I could understand the function of each part and what he was doing. I strongly recommend this company and their plumbers!     We were very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and plumbers (Greg and Frank) who made our requested repairs. We have used MET plumbing services for several years now and have always received excellent service. On this occasion we decided to upgrade our garbage disposal, replace our water heaters and toilets. We must say that both Greg and Frank went above and beyond what was expected. They were very proficient and meticulous with the installations and were also very neat in the process. We were particularly impressed with their decision to reroute the water lines under our kitchen sink to make the shut off valves more accessible when they replaced our garbage disposal. They also upgraded the shut off valves to the kitchen sink and all the toilets. Lastly, they took the extra time to make sure the water heaters had a neat and aesthetically pleasing look to them (see attached pictures). The wrapping of the insulation on the feed lines indicates the care and time they took to get it right. Greg also added brackets to support the water supply lines and even touched up the paint on the base to offer a clean appearance.We could not have been more pleased. We will definitely be calling MET Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

    Very Professional from start to finish. I always have a good experience with them. Eddie the tech was fast and efficient and explained everything too me. Ive used them multiple times andI trust them completely. My only complaint on this visit was the cost. Seemed high for a stopped up drain. But I’ll most likely use them next time. 5 stars for the service and professionalism.

    Great job! Fast and excellent service. Our kitchen sink was totally clogged up. We had a lot of grease and sludge built up in the pipes. They took the extra time to break up the buildup and kept pushing it out to the main drain line. They even showed us the camera images to help us understand the issues we were having.     Shawn’s crew came out on time and finished in a day. They had to tunnel under the house to replace about 5 feet of plumbing that had been penetrated by roots. They successfully missed one marked gas line and another gas line that had not been marked by the gas company (no tracer wire) that was put in when they installed a pool heater years ago. They protected the existing grass while digging and distributed the remaining dirt when the job was done in low areas. Job well done! Thank you for allowing Shawn to stay out here for the day to ensure no gasoline interruptions.

    Honest, quality, clean and professional service. We called MET Plumbing this morning for a non-functional sink disposal, Shawn came to our home within a few hours. Note: this is on the same day we called! He was very professional and was able to repair the issue and check to make sure nothing else was wrong (faulty wire). I was pleased with the reasonable cost and the no pressure genuine service I received today and thought I would share my experience with others. I also had Shawn check our aging hot water tank of which he did as a courtesy. He provided options for preventative maintenance that no other company had provided before. Others only want to replace it or wait until you call when it breaks. We had used a previous company for several years and Ill just say we needed a change after the last few experiences. What a refreshing surprise to find this great company; quality, professional and HONEST. Look no further!

    Had the wonderful guys from Met Plumbing come over late January to install a new sewer pipe during the frigid weather. It was a spectacular feat how they dug and installed a new pipe all within the same day!On the day of the construction I did not meet up with the plumber which was quite a bummer. Although I got multiple text messages saying when he will arrive. I guess they dont need to go to the site as frequently once they got it situated with the working crew.I did end up talking with the city inspector as he inspected the site. The inspector noticed how they did an amazing job of what he had in mind but a lot better. He did mention that having 4 cleanouts is a tad-bit of an overkill but I think its an important feature.The pipe wasnt buried after the city inspector left. The following day at 5pm the pipes were still exposed and I was pondering if they were going to work in the dark with headlamps or in the rain as mud is easier to move than dirt.I dropped by after the storm and found the pipes were magically covered up and the pile of dirt was no longer visible.After calling their office a few times the box of pipe fittings that squatted next to the a/c fan for 3 days finally returned home, I think.Despite them doing a professional and splendid job initially and during, I really think their post construction needs some elbow grease.

    Our problem was no cold water was coming from our faucets. I know in Texas, where pipes run overhead, that you have to run the water until it cools down, but we couldn’t get ANY cold water. We called on Friday evening and Sean Fritz came out first thing the next morning. Turns out that some corrosion from our galvanized pipes had flaked off and clogged up a valve that directs the water traffic. Sean clearly explained what the problem was, showed us photos, and fixed the problem. Cold water is a luxury on these 100 degree days! Sean was very friendly and professional. Great job!

    I had water from my ac evaporater coil draing down into one of the 2 drains of my sink basins that was blocked and filling caused a clogging up of the main discharge line. Shawn Lewis had the problem resolved by doing a thorough clean out of the drain line. He said that between algae and tooth paste that had built up a residue, that was the reason for the clog and that since the bathroom wasnt being used regularly, it was just a matter of time before the problem would occur.Ill need to practice pouring a liquid algaecide down the sink basin that my drain line from my ac evaporator drains to, especially during high use of my air-conditioner.     The repair technician (Shawn Lewis) was respectful and honest. He arrived on time and he wore booties to protect the polished wood floors. 🙂He rebuild water pressure in the shower & installed a new cartridge. The repair cost were very reasonable. Hes AMAZING!     This is the second time MET Plumbing has providec expertise in plumbing repairs. Shawn and his young assistant did the installation of a garbage disposal in a proficient manner. Paul and Dorian were complete professionals; presenting all options for repairs and thoroughly explaining the process as I selected a new water heater and toilets.     I had a leak in a pipe inside my dining room wall. We were expecting 17 degree weather tonight so I needed it repaired ASAP. I was kept informed of when to expect someone. I was sent a photo of the service person to expect. He arrived and got right to work. He was careful to wear covers over his shoes while inside my house. It was necessary for him to go and get some parts that he needed. When he returned he worked until the repair was done. Then he left to get a bite to eat while the glue dried. After returning he tested the pipes and once he was assured there were no leaks he closed up the repair hole with sheetrock, cleaned up everything and prepared to leave. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing a professional plumber. He was professional and very polite. I give him high marks for all he did for me. Thanks to Met Plumbing and Andrew Rivera for a job well done.

    Incredibly professional and exceptional customer service. Greg was at my house hours after I made my initial phone call and was able to determine what I needed done. He and Dorian came out today and did excellent work. Both men were Incredibly professional, explained everything to me in a way I easily understood and took great care and effort with their work. They even offered to haul anything in or out of the attic that I may need that wasnt related to the job they were there to do. I highly recommend using MET plumbing.

    I had an upstairs double sink that went from slow drain to no drain. I tried to run a short snake through it, but no go. I had used MET Plumbing in the past on a water heater replacement and was impressed by the workers and the and the quality of work. I called at the end of the work day and A. Rivera was at my house in Katy prompt and early the next morning. They call about a half hour before show up so you have a heads up.He was efficient and professional in explaining the procedures he would do or may need to do and the cost of each. He was also very nice to my dogs and they liked him. Because of quality of people that MET Plumbing hire, like Mr. Rivera, for plumbing needs in the future (which I hope I dont need) I would not hesitate to call on MET Plumbing.

    We were thoroughly pleased with MET plumbing. Wes came out exactly at the time I had set up. He diagnosed our problem and explained what had happened and how he was going to fix it. He was very courteous and very neat, cleaning up everything completely. Later, we had the two pipes that had caused the original problem repaired. Matt and Andrew were right on time, worked very hard, explained things as they worked and cleaned up everything. They were friendly and courteous. I am extremely satisfied with MET plumbing.     Greg is truly an expert in his field. We had a reccurently leaking AC condensate drain which disabled our AC during 100 degree heat. Greg carefully diagnosed the issue, meticulously planned out a very complicated repipe of the drain and stayed well into the night to complete the project. Greg is dedicated and caring with excellent communication skills. He is highly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We are grateful Greg was there to resolve this issue for us.

    Overall I am pleased with the customer service. Once I made the appointment I got a confirmation email and the day of the appointment I got a call to let me know the technician was on his way. Greg was very helpful. He explained what was wrong and offered options to repair the issue.Took pictures before and after and showed me the old pipes that were replaced. Great customer service as well!

    Jonathan Gil and Dorian Finn gave excellent service. They worked efficiently, professionally, were able to get all the repairs completed and done well.
