We hired Greenovate to build our home in the Kansas City, Missouri area first because they shared our goal of creating an energy efficient home that starts with basics of home building. They also share an interest in revitalizing parts of Kansas City with fresh architecture and exciting designs.They are a father/daughter team and they work well together. Catalina mostly does the day to day management and Oscar is the general contractor/engineer who seems to be most comfortable on the job site.This was a good experience (outside of the normal headaches of homebuilding) front to back. It was concierge home building with each element of design and building able for customization.
