    Having stone foundation settling is a pretty daunting problem. Jim at King Piers made the experience incredibly manageable and left me with great results. I honestly don’t believe I could have possibly gotten the results I did without Jim’s expertise and his King Pier system. Walls are now level, cracks were sealed up and the brick facade now sits back flush with the house. On top of that, they were able to do a porch extension that I’m already getting to enjoy. The crew is hard working, experienced and polite and it shows in their work. Very happy customer here! Thanks Jim and crew.

    My foundation was sinking on the right side of my house. I called Jim at King Piers and he was there that day to look at it. He gave me a more than reasonable quote and told me what day they could start. They were there on the date and time he said they would be and were in and out in 1 day. The guys he had out doing the work were great also. Cleaned up after themselves. Left no trash or extra pieces or scrap pieces of anything in my yard. You could really tell they take pride in the quality of work they do. I won’t call anybody else for foundation issues and I will recommend King Piers to everyone I know. An added bonus when doing business with King Piers is the 25 year warranty on their work. And if you sell your house the warranty transfers to the new owner. That was also a main reason we went with them.

    I really cant say enough positive things about my experience with King Piers. Water was constantly seeping into our unfinished basement and any time there was a big rain, we were in danger of it flooding. Jim showed up for the assessment and quote. As we walked through the basement and around the house he told me how I could fix the problem myself if I wanted. He wasnt trying to sell me on anything. In the end, I wanted it done by professionals. He provided me with the quote (which was extremely reasonable) and I hired King Piers for the job.I worked primarily with Matt from that point forward although Jim came out with the crew the day they completed the job (only took one day). Matt came back out one more time after completion to reinspect the work and touch base with me one final time. They were on time or 5 minutes early to every appointment and very professional. Also received promises from both Jim and Matt that if we have any problems with the work that they completed that they will be back out in a heart beat to take care of us (which based on their character, I truly believe).A fantastic experience and I will be a repeat customer for any foundation/basement work in the future.     All along the way I was never worried about the level of service I was getting. I received an honest and super reasonable quote. They had options for financing if needed. My project moved forward very fast and efficient. We were never inconvenienced despite the large scope of our project. They went above and beyond any chance they could. They cleaned up their work area better than it was before they got there. The work that was done was professional and they stand by their work and follow up if you have an issue or questions.     I am a contractor and have worked with three foundation companies in the past and wouldn’t hire anyone else for now on except for King Piers. I had a sinking porch and a sinking laundry room. Jim and his team installed 3 piers. They lifted the porch about 4 inches to level, it also helped straighten the brick facade next to it. Jim’s Piers are built better then the piers other companies were selling and made to last. I am confident that his system will hold the test of time. Also Enrique his team lead is a great guy and always does his best for you and your request during the project.

    We noticed wet carpet in our finished basement after some heavy rain. I called a few companies to get estimates, King Piers answered my weekend call and thankfully they were the first company to come out. Jim was able to quickly assess our situation and explained to us how we could clean and seal the foundation seam where the water was seeping in, and do the work ourselves. He also spent some time educating us on foundations. We are truly thankful for King Piers’ responsiveness, and above all, grateful for Jim’s honesty. I thought we would have had to sink thousands of dollars into a foundation repair, and we may have if we would have used another company.     King Piers is a family owned company giving honest recommendations. We spent a lot of time getting around five different quotes for a crack in our foundations, coming back with numbers between $1500-$11,000, and everyone saying something different. In the end we went with King Piers because they gave reasonable explanations and quotes for our problem, not just trying to sell us something we didn’t need. They were on time, we didn’t have to wait weeks for the quote, and the end project was finished quickly and well done.

    Jim laid out exactly what was to be done, explained fully how the King Pier system works. The amazing thing was, how little of the area where the work was being done was disturbed, almost like a surgical procedure and after the pier had been installed, they cleaned up the work area and you could hardly tell that anything had been done. It has been several years since I had two piers done, they are still holding solid. Happy customer.

    I had a French drain installed approximately 99ft long in my backyard. After completion, heavy and continuous rain had created issues by washing away the fresh dirt put down. Jim had to come back more than once to make adjustments. He returned my calls, answered every question, and addressed the issues until I was completely satisfied. He kept his word and did whatever to make it right and give me customer satisfaction. I would recommend him. Also, his crew were very knowledgable and professional.

    We needed some foundation repairs on our house, and after some fairly extensive research, we decided to hire King Piers to do the work.Jim, the owner, came out a couple of times to answer all the questions we had and gave us the straight forward responses we needed, along with a fair price.We dealt with Matt, Jims older son, trying to get all of our schedules lined up and, again, received straight answers, no runaround.Matt and the crew showed up on the day agreed upon and got to work immediately.I got to meet Mike, the younger son, on the day the concrete was being poured. He was very nice and a pleasure to visit with. You could see the pride he has for the company and the people that work there.I cant give Enrique, the foreman, enough praise. He doesnt know the word quit. He and Miguel (I didnt get the name of the third crew member) did a fantastic job digging the access holes (all by hand in nearly 100 degree heat), setting the piers and leveling the house.He repaired all the cracks in the sheet rock inside the house after the outside work was finished, taking great care not to track dirt inside. He even sealed all the cracks in the rest of the foundation (even those that should have been sealed by another company we had used on a previous job).They did such a great job of cleaning up afterwards, you could barely tell they had been there at all.I am so glad I took the time to check into this company and these people. I know from now on, I wont have to do that anymore, Ill just give them a call and know that Im going to get the job done right.Ive told several of my friends and family members about my experience already, and will continue to do so.Thank you so much, King Piers crew, for doing a great job!

    I had an amazing experience today with King Piers LLC. We have had so much rain in my town and many basements are flooded and leaking. No other company would return my calls or said they were too busy to come out for 3 weeks. I was desperate as I am almost ready to close on my house, and the inspection showed a tiny 6crack in the foundation, which had to be fixed before closing in a week. Matt not only returned the call but came out that next morning between calls. He injected the crack and was finished in 15 minutes. Today he is my hero and I am sure he did not inconvience any of his customers by fitting this 15 minutes in between his calls. Not often do you meet a man or a company with this kind of heart and integrity. The price was more than fair. Use this company and you wont be disappointed.

    I live in Texas and have been slowly been renovating my Sisters home in Kansas City over the past several years. During that time I have used King Piers on two separate occasions for two separate issues. I doubt that I will ever require foundation services in Kansas City again, but if I did I would only contact King Piers.     Great product! As advertised....it will lift structures, truly amazing. We had used Olshan previously, on just a portion of the house, only to have their system fail. Our project was very large and scheduled in between other large projects. (Along with weather, that never seems to cooperate)This caused some schedule conflicts with other efforts we had planned for our home. Jim acknowledged the situation, we talked through it, and together we came up with a solution. He brought in the Blomquist brothers to meticulously repair the inside cracks, which looked fabulous. He also had them replace wood on porch and hand railings on front steps. At his expense for the inconvenience the schedule conflicts produced. That looked fabulous as well. As I was remodeling the downstairs I noticed a “depression and crack” on a wall/floor joint in between two piers. Jim came over looked at it and said “cracked footing “, we will be back to put a KIng Pier 2 in there. It took about 2-3 weeks to get his schedule to open up on a Saturday but Jim and a New employee returned and fixed it. No cost to us other than the time. We had some backfill/grading issues to work through (equipment failures being the main) but again with some patients and perseverance it was addressed!

    I have two rentals in Hiawatha KS. One company came out and said they’d out support beams in prevent a bowed wall from bowing further, but no room to put the staircase back (furnace and water heater in basement ... sort of hard to get to without a staircase). The second house he said would cave in within a year and they didn’t.do rock foundationsI called King Piers and met with Jim.Thank God. Jim’s crews came out, tore down one block wall and completely rebuilt it and put the staircase back! Second house they found an additional issue, fixed it, along with the two rock walls that were; according to the first company, unfixable.Jim, Mark and Enrique are exceptional and have excellent work ethics and knowledge.Repairs were done the first week of March, 2021. They actually saved my houses.

    They did an awesome job!! Just got off to a slow start (new crew) so took a little longer then expected. Was very happy with the finished product! Would recommend to anyone needing foundation work.

    Matt has been our here 5 times! Waiting for a spot to dry to finish the job. He is quick, polite and works fast! They were able to get me in within a day of signing the contract. It’s no short drive to our house, but they’ve been duediligant in getting the job done correctly.They’re very responsive as it pertains to communication. Hopefully we won’t see them again, but should we need to, I’ll be using them again!
