    Aaron G of JR did an excellent job of assessing my situation. He recommended going forward with a claim against my insurance company. He met numerous times with inspectors and adjuster s . He was professional at all times. The installation went well. On time. Cleaned up well. I have a new roof and it looks great.

    This company wants the job.Im the type to obtain lots of quotes for home projects and that takes a while. After the quote they followed up a bit too much, but I have to admire the perseverance.After several quotes from several 4+ star roofing companies, I chose JR & Co because they didnt try to upsell me and their quote was very reasonable.I give them only 4 stars because they installed the wrong color shingles. I caught the error after the fact. I was offered a replacement roof but that seemed like too much work for everyone. I feel I should have been offered a credit.Even though I think my house would look better with the roof shingles I chose, it still does look good.PS: Their crew work their butts off. Check your order, but definitely hire these guys!

    JR Roofing did a great job with our roof! They sent someone to take a look at our roof, took pictures and let us know what our options were. They were very friendly and professional. Once all the roofing pieces came in, they were able to finish the job in about 2 days. Their crew did a good job with the installation and cleaned up after they were done. Their manager came to check the roof after they were done to ensure that the work was done according to their standards.Thanks JR Roofing!

    On April 16th 2024 Mauro from JR & Co meet with my insurance adjuster on some hail damage to my roof they assessed the damage and processed my claim the same day. I had all the paperwork sign the next day and by April 24th I had a new roof. They team that installed started at 7am they finished by 8pm that evening. Cleaned up very thoroughly. Looks a total new house. I am very satisfied with JR & Co. Mauro stop by about 5pm to check up on the crew. Everything was going well.

    JR roofing Residential Sales Executive Keith Vanderpool is such a positive representative of a local home town roofing company. Keith didnt make it about trying to sell me a roof that I dont / didnt need. He wanted to investigate the issues that contributed to water seepage into my ceiling. He started by going into the attic parts of my home from the inside. Once he checked out the area he whipped out his ladder and climb on top of the roof thoroughly investigating all areas from E to W and N to S noting and taking photos of any potential damaged areas, or areas of concern. I was Happy to hear from Keiths report that the damage is superficial and minor from the 2-spots he noted from his inspection of the roof. Because of the type of roof that I have the 2- hail damaged spots were minimal. Keith even took the time to hammer down a couple of nails he noticed during his inspection that had pulled away around flashing that secure a pipe coming up through the roof. Keith took the time to dab a bit of silicone around on the minor spots that had minor hail damage. But gave a green light and all clear on the condition of the existing roof without trying to sell me a new roof. JR Roofing is about Going the extra mile in its treatment of all customers. This I must say is great impressive customer service from a Home Town Team!! I would recommend JR Roofing and would definitely refer to them and Keith Vanderpool for your roofing needs.

    J&R roofing is a well run caring and dedicated company. They came to our business during a wind storm. Secured the roof, and began a year long process of repair, eventual replacement of our roof.     We had a leak spring up during one of the recent storms in the area. We called JR &Co. because we knew them to be trustworthy business. They sent Allen out to look at our roof and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and within a couple of days the repair was done! We were very happy with the speedy service and we felt that the repair was fairly priced. Highly recommend!

    As a busy business owner, I cant be more satisfied with JR & CO. I used them for commercial roofing, residential roofing and repairs. Competitive pricing, great customer service, superior craftmanship and they completed the work on time. They also kept the jobsite clean which is really important to me.     The roof job was done nicely however everything was just thrown beneath my roof and for some reason and at least four plants right below my house died. Im not sure if it was from chemicals that they were using or what happened. They did clean up the mess but my plants did not make it after the roof job was complete. Then later I had a mechanics lein put on my house due to products that they had used when I had paid them in full. They did take care of the lien though and during the payment process they worked out a payment plan for me since I was in the hospital having my twins. Overall I was pretty happy with their customer service and the job that they did on the roof we just hit quite a few bumps in the road.

    We needed to have our roof replaced after Hurricane Ian. Barry Lewis worked with us from the beginning- explaining the various roofing materials- through the end - working with the installation crew. He kept us updated throughout the project and was always available when we had questions. He even made a special trip to our home on a Sunday to move a work trailer that was blocking access for some furniture movers. There have been a couple other situations where Barry has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Barry and his colleagues.

    Last year we had a roof leak inside our home so we called JR & CO Roofing to take a look and advise us about what was needed. When they examined the roof, they discovered hail damage. So we filed a claim with our insurance company and JR & CO did a great job of replacing our roof.We also own a commercial building in the Northland which began having leaks inside as well so once again we called JR & CO to come take a look. They found that the roof on our business also had hail damage and needed to be completely replaced. The claim turned out to be $500,000 so of course the insurance company didn’t want to pay. They denied the claim completely! That’s when our sales rep from JR & CO went to work on our behalf. It took a few months but Nathan’s efforts paid off and now our business has a completely new roof, all paid for by our insurance provider.I can’t say enough about how great this company is! From the sales people to the workmen, all are first class in their work and communications with the client! And Jonathan, the owner, is a great guy, too! He sets the standard for all the good work his people do!If you choose JR & CO for your roofing project, you won’t be disappointed!

    I wish to express our sincere appreciation to the two gentlemen you sent to do the repairs. Andrew and Daniel are top shelf! Their professionalism was one your company can be proud of. They responded quickly to the call I placed to you. They were patient as they listened to us lament the situation. (Not only were we dealing with numerous leaks, a flooded room, falling tiles, and having to move stock and heavy fixtures, but we also had a power outage which meant no air conditioning and no lights.) Andrew and Daniel listened intently without judgement, accessed the interior situation, and moved to the roof to determine the cause. And then they communicated back about the situation. Not once did I see an eye roll or excuses from these two gentlemen. Rather, they demonstrated patience and a willingness to resolve the issue. In our opinion, their customer service went above and beyond anything we could have expected.JR&Company has an outstanding reputation in our community. That reputation is dependent solely on the personnel who represent your company to the clients.     Steve Wheeler and his co-worker drove 1.5 hours one way on two consecutive days to quote and repair my roof. Not only was they professional, but they quickly answered any questions I had and their work was very efficient. Before they left, they happily drug a hose up on the roof and tested the repair. I cannot say enough about how this put my mind at ease. Would refer or hire again for any roofing needs.

    Great company Great service Great price, I had a different roofing company in my driveway four years in a row giving me bids on my old wood shake shingle roof and none of them gave me a decent bid and two of them did work in my area over the years. This summer I tried JR and company for the first time and the salesman,(jason) was straight forward and courteous about the project and the materials enough for me to finally get a new roof. Job was done on time and during 100 degree days no less, even had rain during job and the crew scrambled to get exposed roof areas covered with tarps to avoid any damage to my very expensive home. I have had roofing done on other homes in the past and can easily say this was the best experience with a roofing company I have ever had. No leaks No mess and did not tear up any of my extensive landscaping around the house. If your looking for a company to use I recommend JR and company and would ask for Jason personally. His crew also installed my new gutters to my satisfaction making the job complete. I plan on using them on a rental property next and I wouldnt be doing that if I wasnt happy with their work.

    It has been a number of years since J&R replaced my roof. I am still very satisfied with the work. I asked for a copy of their insurance certificate and workmans compensation certificated. I later learned they hire subcontractors to perform the work which is really no different than siding Contractors. I would recommend them and the crew that they hired. I have not had a single call back since the work was completed.

    I called JR Roofing in the middle of a rainstorm with a leaky roof - they quickly sent out a couple of guys who climbed up and put a stop-leak solution to prevent further leaking.     April 6, 2024... My wife, Connie and I contracted JR. Roofing to replace our roof, due to hail. Mauro, a representative of JR. Roofing came out and analyzed the roof, as he also surveyed the roof with the insurance adjuster to help us with our claim, which worked out very well. As Mauro assisted us greatly throughout the whole process. The roof was replaced very recently being April 6th, and the crew did amazing work, and the clean up was just as well. As my wife and I went out after, the roof looked perfect! The clean up from the work crew was greatly appreciated, there wasnt one spot left to clean up, great work all around from beginning to end!
