Clearwater Contracting LLC . This company performed and repaired a difficult sewer line problem for me. The work was completed in a very professional manner. Chris the owner and his assistants are experienced and knowledgeable craftsmen capable of identifying and determining the best solution for the problem then getting it done. The work is done with full confidence that the problem will be corrected. Chris kept me informed of the job status and always arrived on the job sight as promised. The equipment used is the state of the art and is well maintained. Additionally the company has a great inventory of many different pieces of equipment to accomplish the job in a satisfactory time. All I can say is Thank You so much to Chris and Marty, great people all the way around, we had no solution to our plumbing issues until Chris came. We tried other routes and it was a waste of money not to mention other contractors messed up my yard. Now my plumbing works and what a relief, the service given by Chris is worth the money. The deteriorating cast iron pipes under my foundation presented an extremely technical and challenging project. The line jetting by other contractors I had called, caused additional damage to the aged and delicate condition of the pipes. After receiving several extremely high estimates, CLEARWATER CONTRACTING, LLC was recommended. Chris Roberts, owner, answered his phone and was at my home within 24 hours. He submitted his detailed free estimate the very next day. To my delight, his estimate was half of another comparable estimate, covering many additional services. He presented past and current projects which clearly documented his expertise and abilities. Chris and Marty kept me informed of every step, including before and after photos. They clearly answered all my questions and provided a definite timeline. The final phase of this project was totally completed in a day. My home was without service approximately l-2 hours. CLEARWATER CONTRACTING, LLC is without a doubt many “steps above”. Chris and Marty are amazing!

Chris Roberts and his crew including technician Marty totally lined our 150 ft long 4 sewer line. Our sewer is 39 years old and a camera run showed some issues that if not remediated would likey result in more serious problems in the future. The CIPP internal liners they install cure to a tremendously strong and hard material. I could not be more happy and am grateful I was able to find Clearwater Contracting. The entire process was pleasant and I want to stress that these guys have incredible capability and leading edge technology. Thank you Clearwater Contracting!

Wow, is all I can say about Chris Roberts and Clearwater Contracting. We were having basement/groundwater issues in our older home. After calling 5-6 different service repair business and getting no responses or call backs we were uncertain who to call next. Chris Roberts had placed an Ad in The Daily Interlake. He was the person who answered his own business phone. He came to our home the very next day with service Tech Marty. He was able to identify an existing issue in our aging sewer line. He was so professional and friendly. His explanation and visualization of the problem with his exploration camera led to a very comprehensive estimate that he relayed to me within 24 hours. He further contacted an additional local contractor to repair issues related to the initial problem. That contractor came to our home 2 days after. He stated he had worked with Clearwater Contractors many times and he vouched for Chris Roberts knowledge and work ethic. We are so relieved to finally have some answers and solutions. We would give Chris Roberts the highest of recommendations for his swift response.We are so pleased we have found Clearwater Contracting.

I recently had Clearwater Contracting perform a trenchless sewer line repair at my propoerty in Bozeman, MT. Chris provided a detailed inspection of the line with multiple options to professionally repair. Chris was very helpful in communicating the issues and repairs needed and was always available to discuss any questions or concerns I had. Clearwater Contracting is very knowledable in trenchless repair technology and a trustworthy contractor who provides a high level of customer service.

I recently purchased an office building and have had problems with the sewer for several months. After finding no solution thru other contractors Chris was able to accurately diagnose that a contractor replacing a neighbors sewer hookup had inadvertently damaged my line. Chris went above and beyond and contacted (numerous times) the city sewer department inspector to help me resolve the issue. Chris provided photo documentation and an written assessment for the city inspector and the contractor who inadvertently damaged the line. All of this for a very reasonable price. Chris is the best trouble shooting contactor in the valley when it comes to plumbing and water waste issues!Chis helped trouble shoot a big plumbing problem on my duplex property during our remolding process. He was so fast and within 2 hours after my first conversation he made time on his calendar and was at the duplex. We had my contractor and two other local plumbing companies try to fix our issues. They all had the wrong solution and would have cost us $5k to $7k as per their estimates. Chris not only solved the problem but saved me thousands of dollars, by suggesting want needs to be done. He would not accept a payment or tip. He told me that he loves to trouble shoot and help people.
