    I cannot say enough great things about Modern Plumbing! Amy in the office is amazing, friendly, and worked to fit me in quickly in a jam! Victor came out and was so incredibly honest & knowledgeable!!! He will be coming back out in July to complete more plumbing projects for us!     We utilized Modern Plumbing and Heating when we replaced our kitchen island countertop. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Their personnel were very respectful of our house, keeping the area clean and the parts organized once disassembled. They came back two days later to reassemble the faucet and garbage disposal and again did an excellent job. We will definitely use their services again for any of our future plumbing needs.

    I was replacing an old electric hot water heater with a new heat pump hot water heater. They had me send photos of my environment ahead of time so that they brought the right parts. They even helped accommodate my schedule as I had a large number of visitors arriving soon. Travis was the master plumber assigned to my project and he was fantastic. He replumbed and wired in the new hot water heater, making a few necessary modifications and everything works and looks perfect.

    Our shower faucet broke, we had to turn the water off in our whole house to stop the faucet from running. I was stressed! Amy was so kind and helpful on the phone.     Amy the receptionist at modern plumbing was very gracious as I called their company several times trying to figure out if they could accommodate my schedule.     When I initially called to set up a date to have work done, Amy was very friendly and understood our situation. We had our family cabin de-winterized for the upcoming summer. Since I live in Georgia, it was impossible for me to be there. However, my brother-in-law was there the whole time and cant give enough praise to the professional manner Modern Plumbing handled each and every issue that arose. What started out as a small project, ended up taking most of the day. With the passing of our dad 2 yrs ago, who always handled these issues, we felt we were unable to deal with any leaking pipes, etc, so I called Modern Plumbing. Walls had to be torn out, they had to crawl under the house in a very small area to fix leaks, updates made, etc. They were eager to get the job done!

    Modern plumbing is the most integrity-filled plumber I have ever worked with! I had an issue with leaking in my crawl space and Ron came out the next day to check it out. He was clean, courtesies, smart, and knowledgeable. When he discovered that my problem wasn’t a plumbing problem, he didn’t even charge me for the time to come out and assess! Then I had him do some drain de-clogging and he was fast, clean, and thorough. Their customer service gal, Amy, was courteous and clear and followed up right away with an appointment reminder. She even followed up afterward to make sure my experience was good. I trust this company while-heartedly and will use them every time from now on.

    Would highly recommend Modern Plumbing! They came out for a home warranty repair service of a leaking pipe and were amazing. The home warranty company was so frustrating to work with, but Amy at Modern Plumbings was so helpful with answering questions that I couldnt get answered through the warranty company. I had such a good experience, I called them right after for an appointment to get my dishwasher hookups put in. My old home that didnt have any previous dishwasher and they were not only able to fit me in 2 weeks sooner than my appointment due to a cancellation but the communication was excellent! They were professional, easy to work with, fair prices (they charge per hour which I think is awesome!) and the quality of the work was amazing. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The guy named, Max, had arrived on time, as stated by Amie, whom was very good at letting you know all the terms, from start to finish, of the entire job.     Modern Plumbing replaced our water heater. They also upgraded the system to meet current building codes and protect the new water heater from excessive water pressure and thermal expansion problems. They were very responsive and went above and beyond expectations to get our hot water back in service as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.     Ron at Modern Plumbing did a fantastic job of running a new gas line from a propane tank through our house to our new gas stove and then connecting the stove. Additionally, they converted the stove to propane from gas and tuned the stove top flame levels for all 6 burners and grill.     We hired Modern Plumbing and Heating because our water heater was old and after 12 years of hard water we’ve finally switched to a softener system so the heater desperately needed changing out. I was so impressed that they estimated and 3 hour install time but managed to get that down to under 2 hours. They also managed to set the water heater farther back against the wall than the last one so it opened up our space. Administratively they were on point with every reminder call, email, and text as well as the fact that they fit me into a very busy schedule. All around I’m so happy with their business!

    Excellent communication, customer service, and work! We had our water heater go out recently. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and had our water heater replaced that same day. We received a confirmation email and text which let us know they considered our time important. The morning of the appointment there was a small delay, but rather than just show up later than scheduled, we received a call to inform us of the issue and let us know when they would be coming. We didnt mind the short delay and so apprecieated the good communication. Also while the guys were here they noticed a faucet that wasnt working quite right and fixed it for the cost of the part only. Would highly recommend Modern Plumbing!

    Modern plumbing did my entire new construction home. They are phenomenal! They communicated often and ahead of time on planning and scheduling items. They showed up when they said they would. This is rare in the construction industry during normal times let alone in the age of covid when contractors are swamped and usually won’t even return a call. Modern Plumbing is a breath of fresh air and were one of the easiest subs I dealt with while acting as the general contractor on my build. I won’t use anybody but them on any future projects.

    The office staff was professional, helpful, and sincerely concerned a quality hard to come by. Also, upfront about costs and fees. Provided reminder calls and also a satisfaction check in. The plumber was fantastic. He introduced himself and immediately let me know that he was here to relieve our plumbing frustrations. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and why, in our case he was able to repair the pipe right away. (Yay!!) He then showed me a snap shot of the damaged pipe before and after. I was so happy. I seriously could have started a happy dance right there but he might have thought I was a little nuts. I started to thank him and he said I am not finished. Then he proceeded to vacuum and clean the entire area where he went up into the attic access. Perhaps some leave a mess, ours really hadnt but now its perfect! What a great experience! Happy, professional, down to earth, honest, upfront, quality work you can see, and care!

    WELL WATER PRESSURE TANK. My well water pressure tank was breaking down and the piping to the tank had been run incorrectly when the house was built. Water pressure was fluctuating constantly. Modern Plumbing came out and inspected the tank and proposed a new methodology for reinstalling pipes and changing the tank and whole house filter location. I received and approved a written quote on the same day. A few days later, their technician, Nik, came out and worked for several hours. He did a terrific job and simplified the entire setup. Before he left, he educated me on options that I might consider in the future should my filter require changes too frequently. Everything about this install was handled in a professional and expedient manner. This is a first class company. You wont find better!

I called for an appointment and had the nicest receptionist I think ever. She was able to get me an appointment the next day. She followed up and gave me an estimated time of arrival.     I was able to speak to Ron about an issue I was having with my water heater; he was very accomodating and able to come out with really short notice to get it looked at. He looked at it for about 5 seconds and immediately figured out what the problem was and was very accomodating to get someone out there to fix it! Cost was about $235 once it was repaired, and its been running smoothly ever since! Paying my bill over the phone was very easy, and I appreciate the responsiveness when the issue was first happening. Thank you guys so much for the great work!     Ive used Modern Plumbing twice--once to fix the issues by a previous plumber with another company who I didnt want to call back, and once to replace a faucet in a built in tub. The tub job was one of those convoluted, cut into the frame, use soldering and PEX fittings and lie on your back kind of projects. It was done neatly, efficiently, rapidly at reasonable cost and it doesnt leak. (No complaining either, which I would have used). Great job. Highly recommended. Too bad we cant clone the ethics and skill of Modern Plumbing for other businesses.

    This isnt the first time Ron at Modern Plumbing has come to our rescue.He is unbelievable. The first time we used Ron it was Thanksgiving week and of course one of our rentals was having kitchen sink back up, Ron came out the night before Thanksgiving leaving his own family to come out and clean out our kitchen drain.Ron came to our rescue again with a toilet issue on a rental we have with children in the household.     We have had Modern Plumbing come to our home twice. The first time, we had an issue with our tankless water heater. The problem turned out to be minor. It was on a weekend and they had told us their rates would be time and a half. Fair enough. But because Ron was only at our home for about 10 minutes, he charged us the regular rate. That was classy!A couple weeks later, we noticed water seeping out from a wall in our basement bathroom. We assumed it was a broken pipe. Instead, water was leaking in through a hole (behind the sheetrock) that was there with an electrical line running through it. This technically was not a plumbing problem, but Nick addressed it anyway and stopped the leak with silicone. First, however, he had to find the hole on the outside of our home that was about a foot underground along the foundation. He did some measuring above and below and was spot on when he dug down.We had shut off the water before Nick arrived. When he turned the valve to turn the water back on, nothing came out. Now we had another issue. After not immediately discerning the problem, Nick consulted with Ron back at headquarters and then Ron consulted with Triple J Well and Pump (weve had them out and they are great also!). It took awhile, but the boys solved the problem. Nick was at our home beyond 8 p.m. -- he stayed for three hours. He told us he wasnt going to leave until we had water. He also didnt charge us for the time he was on the phone. These guys are competent, reasonably priced, punctual and good guys. Highly recommend!

    I needed someone to re-plumb the piping that fed an old water softener. I made numerous calls to local plumbers, so returning my call straightaway while others didnt bother to call me.     My wife and I just purchased a West Glacier home last fall and did not properly winterized the home (we moved from CA and did realized all the ins and outs of winterizing).     I was sharing a plumbing story with Stacy at Faucets n Fixtures when she suggested I seek a second opinion with Raun. The other plumbing company told me they would have to access the problem by cutting out sheet rock from an adjacent bedroom. The estimate was over $1250.00.Raun found the problem quite simple to resolve. There was no cutting of sheet rock. My bill from Modern was $300! What a savings of $$! What a savings of time I would have spent repairing my sheet rock! Ok- I wouldnt know how to repair sheeet rock!
