We had a leak at our well and needed a 6ft deep hole so our well guy could access the leak. A1 was able to come out right away and hydro vac a nice clean hole for the repairman. Leak fixed! Highly recommend these guys

I had a crawl space area inside my 1 car garage (basically part of the basement) that needed to be excavated. It would have taken me a month to dig this by hand. Dustin was able to get his mini excavator under the garage door and dig out the dirt in the stairwell to the basement. When we hauled the dirt away, the estimate was about 10 tons. Took the guy 3 loads with his dump trailer. Dustin is an expert operator as he only had an inch or two of clearance from the outer garage wall. Never touched the wall or ceiling with the machine. Had to work the bucket in just the width of a stairwell. Outstanding job Dustin. He was also very efficient with his time and showing up when stated. I highly recommend A1 Sanitation.Dave Duford

Dave came out to pump my septic tank. He was friendly and professional. He shared his experience and made recommendations that I could do to make maintaining my tank easier and cheaper in the future. He noticed that my tank has a second chamber, which I was unaware of, and knew exactly where the second lid was. A-1 Sanitation had the best price and provided a discount because my neighbors had coordinated for service on the same day. The value, the knowledge, and the service will have me coming back to A-1 Sanitation every time.

My wife called and spoke with Toby to schedule an appointment. Toby was polite and extremely accommodating given how busy they have been. We are repeat customers and have used A-1 since building the house in 2009. Toby scheduled us within a weeks time. Dave showed up on the day promised. He was very personable. We told him about an odor we have sensed occasionally. He probed us with more questions, pondered for a moment and offered some practical solutions.Dave displayed professional pumping skills, made sure the scene was safe and was quite organized with the proper equipment. He was thorough in vacuuming out each of the three septic tanks and also sprayed the side walls of each tank with a high pressure water hose nozzle. Dave noticed in the pump tank the power cord for the pump was wrapped around the float ball preventing the on/off switch from turning on at a predetermined waste water level. In other words too much stagnant waste water was remaining in the the tank. This may be the culprit to the smell weve experienced. He coiled and ty-wrapped the excess power cord away from the float ball. This freed up the float so it now operates the way it was designed to turn on at a predetermined depth of waste water and to turn off when the waste water tank is pumped out to the drain field.Thank you Dave for your insight, knowledge and concern.Kudos to you Toby for the work you do behind the scene.You are a top notch organization and go the extra mile!Keep Up The Good Work!Rob Tracy & Kathryn Berg

Unbelievable service! We called this morning because our septic was overflowing. The lady I spoke with said the tech would call when he was on his way. We are about 40 minutes south of Kalispell, so I was very surprised they were able to get to us today. Because it was an emergency, they made it happen. 3 hours later he was here. I wouldnt call anyone else. Two other services said they wouldnt make it until sometime next week.... Use A-1, you will be happy you made the call! Hreat Service with reasonable rates!

We had been nonchalantly aiming to have our septic pumped a little further down the road, but Googling some strange toilet behavior made it obvious we needed it pumped sooner, not later. I was afraid of the price and afraid of availability, but two fellas were at our house lickety-split (i.e. within a few hours). They were amiable, informative, and efficient, and the price wasnt fit to break many banks. Ill gladly add to the positive reviews that made me call them in the first place.
