    Living in the rural areas of the country can & does have it challenges.We want to thank Plumb Rite for over coming this issue.We were out of hot water in the onset of winter. After several try’s we found Plumb Rite would come to our aid.Each step we were advised in writing what fees should be, and never exceeded those quotes.Garry , our Tech spent hours with the factory trouble shooting our on demand water heater.He found a faulty part, which would be shipped the next day from the factory . He went the extra steps & found a way to make a temp repair & get us hot water thru the holidays. Outstanding professional service from this company, highly recommend them.     Our Water Heater had stopped functioning and Gary from Plumb-Rite came and took the time to review the options with us and replace it the same day.     I contacted Plumb-Rite to restore my hot water heater when it stopped producing hot water. Plumb-Rite dispatched Joey to fix the problem which he was able to do in a few minutes. It turned out while I was out of town something, perhaps a power outage, tripped the heater causing it to shut off. The heater is working now and the service price was totally reasonable. Further, Joey took the time to explain what had happened orally and in writing and to write quotes for a new heater and to replace the heating element in case of further problems. I would definitely use Plumb-Rite again.

    Explained everything, friendly, professional … deserves a raise!for the 2nd visit:Joe did an amazing job on my water heater.The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked for a small (16 height) toilet and received an 18. I am needing to now add something under my feet to make it fit.

    I recently had a fantastic experience with Plumb-Rite when a technician named Javonte came to service our fireplace. From start to finish, Javonte was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to explain every part of the process, ensuring we understood what was going on. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue, but he also checked everything multiple times to make sure it was in perfect working order.     My experience with my septic line collapsing on a Monday morning was overwhelming to say the least. I called Plumb Rite, first thing and they had Joe arrive and he immediately dove into investigation mode as to the problem with my septic system. The service that was provided was quick, efficient and done with care. Joe soon had a crew here working for 4 days this week and they found the problem, were fair with their estimates on pricing and were some of the hardest working men Ive seen in a while. The digging and trench work with the jack hammer was insane. Thank you goes out to Joe, Joey, Brandon and Cody. The management even showed up multiple times to advise and speak with me personally face to face about updates and further items found needing repair. I really lucked out having such a hard working and caring crew here on my property this week. I will shout from the mountain tops about my wonderful customer service experience in the future. I appreciated the effort and the attitude of everyone! I would highly recommend calling here first.

    So Steve Bopray, Plumb-Rites qualified plumber came to our aid earlier than the time we expected! Did an amazing job, on a very difficult job of a completely plugged kitchen sink drain that my husband and I tried to unclog ourselfs at no avail.He was so professional and very sure at what needed to be done from the start.Also , he was very mindful of not making or leaving a mess!     Our regular plumber was not available and our neighbor gave us Plumb-Rite as a recommendation for a back up for our leak! Our experience was great from beginning to end. Not only did we get a prompt appointment, but we got in a day early from a cancellation. Our experience with Aaron was great. He worked with my brother, since I was out of town and my brother was extremely happy with his service.     I called 5 plumbing companies in the valley to request estimates/service and this is the only one that bothered to call me back. They have super friendly and accommodating phone staff. It was whiteout conditions, and negative 50 degrees outside and they still showed up on time, as scheduled. My appt was not an emergency, it was just a normal regular hot water heater replacement, so nothing urgent and they still came out instead of canceling it and they had every right too for safety reasons. Joe and Steve were just great. Very approachable professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions adequately and address my concerns. They educated me on this new generation of smart water heaters and even suggested a few things without pressuring. me in to an upsell. They gave me a complimentary inspection of the plumbing in my laundry, kitchen and bathrooms as well. They were very pleasant and honest despite the conditions outside. Nothing about the service seemed or felt rushed. They took the time to clean thoroughly after the work was completed. Great customer service from a locally owned company. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.. Highly reccomended.

    We had a problem with a float in a sewer lift system. They came out the next day (a Saturday no less) and totally fixed the issue. Jason Wigginton did the work and he did a great job. Friendly, efficient with the work, and upfront about what needed to be done.     Josh helped me with a broken faucet in my conversion van. Even though they don’t typically work on vehicles they got me in the day after I called and fixed several problems with my plumbing. The service was exceptional, the cost reasonable and I couldn’t be happier with Plumb-Rite!

    We had an issue with our sewer pump on Monday morning, I called Plumb-Rite and Michelle got right on it, had Josh out to us right away and found the problem, fixed it and it was under warranty so cost us nothing! Gerry, who installed the sewer pump in January even called to check on us! The guys (and Michelle) at Plumb-rite are the BEST! We would never think of using another plumber! Thank you again!!!

    Everything was amazing! The customer service on the phone when I first called, the reminder texts, the email/text with a link to the website page about the specific tech who would be coming into my home, phone calls advising when the tech would arrive, the speed and thoroughness of the job, the clean-up afterward (and before - he even wore booties to cover his shoes upon entering!), the information and professionalism offered, ease of payment, and the follow-through. I would rate 6 stars out of 5!!!

    I called Plumb-Rite on Friday morning after Kohler recommended them to fix our thermostatic shower valve (that quit working a year after being installed!). Initially, they gave me an appointment on Monday morning which was fantastic since we had already been 3 weeks without our master shower. But to make it even better, we got a call back that there was a cancellation and they could fit us in that day. Jake showed up on time and did an excellent job getting our shower working again. On top of that, he did an inspection of all of our plumbing and adjusted the temperature on our guest shower. The whole process was very professional! !     The mid-January deep freeze followed by deep snow in the Flathead caused a rush on plumbing services. Plumb-Rite was going to be the quickest at responding so the appointment was made with them. Im glad that was the case because the team was responsive and flexible with the circumstances we we dealing with, which included personal family illnesses that forced us to be unavailable at the time the service was scheduled. While arrangements were made for Tristan, the technician, to enter the home without anyone present, at the last minute a family member was able to be on site during the inspection and service. Not only was the main sewer line problem resolved, but the line was inspected and a thorough report of the condition of the line and location of the backup was provided. From the moment of the first contact through to the resolution of the problem six days later, the entire staff was communicative, friendly, and responsive, not to mention effective at resolving the problem.     We had a slow draining issue that was getting noticeably worse over the past few weeks. Last weekend, the flow slowed enough to force my husband to pull out the dreaded drain snake and crawl under the sink to remedy the situation. After his heroic actions failed to fix the problem, we called Plumb-Rite, because of their 4.9 star rating, and within an hour of our phone call, Plumber Steve Bopray was at our house. Steves thorough scoping of our drain showed that, in addition to being unique in size, design, and configuration, it was coated with about 30 years of sludge. Steve had the just right equipment to safely and efficiently clean the drain, and the before/after scoping of the drain was evidence of that. I was impressed with the quality of Steves work, as well as his patience and determination to do the job right. I would not hesitate to reuse and recommend Plumb-Rite Plumbing and Steve Bopray!

    Garry was so good at his job. I dont remember any plumber doing a walk around the house and checking plumbing inside & out. Because of this checking, a major water leak was found off in a corner of the crawl space and he fixed it. He repaired toilets that were installed poorly just 6 months ago during a remodel.     I am so pleased with the service I just received from Plumb Rite. Specifically Garry Grantham. So professional and friendly. I had a few different issues going on in our house. He completely explained the problems in terminology that I could understand. He also gave different options for fixing them. Gary Grantham will be the only plumber I use from here on out. I will definitely refer him to all my friends, family and clients. Couldn’t be happier with his service!!

    When we found a leak in one of our water lines, Plumb-rite was able to schedule us an appointment eight days later. Garry G. was the plumber that was sent to our home. He was very courteous to us. We had asked for him to wait 15 minutes so that I could be home with my wife when he arrived.Garry put shoe covers on his feet before entering our home each time he came in. It was appreciated that he was taking care not to dirty our floors. He examined the problem and came back with a quote that was much lower than we had dreaded.We agreed to the work, and all costs for the work were handled up front. Garry had our plumbing fixed up in no time.

    We have used Plumb-Rite in the past and they are a very well-run business. We have always been impressed with their communications and professionalism. The latest project we had them move an outdoor spigot from one end of the house to another, and install a backflow valve. They answered the phone, showed up when scheduled and did great work. Highly recommend.

    I had a leak under my kitchen sink and had called another company the day before. They gave me a 4 hour window in the afternoon for the next day. Unfortunately, after waiting time passed and he came late. By that time, I had already called Plumb Rite and was given a confirmation time for 9 AM.Garry came assessed the situation and didnt waste any time. He was knowledgeable, very professional, wore shoe coverings, answered all my questions and was done in no time. I asked him his opinion on another plumbing project and he took a look at it. Needless to say, If you dont want to fool around and need a job done right and good value, call Plumb Rite!

    This plumbing Team of Jake and Mike were absolutely the Best, I had a very complex project with many obstacles and unknowns. Their pricing was right on, they had all the tools and equipment and parts.     Had another great experience with Plumb-Rite. They installed a new kitchen faucet for us in June 2021. The cartridge started rattling in February 2022. I called Plumb-Rite and they were able to send Jake to fix it the same day. Thank you for standing behind your work.While Jake was here, I asked him to look at a dripping faucet on the hot water return system. He was able to repair that while he was here.

    I have used Plumb-Rite for a number of the issues found in the new home I purchased. Every time I have used their service they have been on time, break down the issues in a way that is understandable to those outside of the practice, and are fast to get things fixed. Our most recent representative, Tristan, was all of these things and more. I couldnt be more thankful to know he is on the team when I call in for assistance.
