    Nikolas and David were fantastic, this is my second time using Ek plumbing and would still highly recommend. They submitted for an upgraded gas meter through northwestern energy and installed a gas line to the stove location from the main arranging it all to be done the on the same day to limit any inconvenience. A bit pricey in my opinion but they are worth it as I am confident my house won’t explode, a price worth paying!

    Excellent experience for house call to trouble shoot our Navien On Demand water heater unit. Service person Jake was knowledgeable, honest and professional. Spared me a lots of anxiety and expenses educating me about the unit works and care. Ended up being the installer glitch of having above roof vent pipe too short for our big snow fall, and me trying to fix loss of pressure myself not noticing gasket riding up in drain cap causing slow water leak.

    Nicholas did an exceptional job of dialing in our system and EK plumbing Was completely accommodating during our struggle and miscommunication issues that we had going on with another plumbing contractor who did service on our water heater and altered EK’s settings.100% recommend! 2 thumbs up!

    I called EK Plumbing because I had a dead water heater....no hot water. I expected that I probably would have to wait at least a week for someone to come out, but they got me in that very same day. Joes been out to my home before and did a great job fixing leaky faucets and a shower drain pipe that became unattached. He is a great technician! He explains in detail what the problem was with my water heater. He gave 3 repair options from the lowest cost to the highest cost. If you want an excellent plumbing company that offers great service, EK Plumbing is the best.

    Joe is such a delight. He is always kind and thoughtful. He explains everything in laymens terms. He worked late into the evening to fix our issue with a great attitude and communicated with me the whole time.

    I contacted EK plumbing after we had an issue with a poorly installed tankless heater by a local Kalispell handyman (Nate Vincent - A notch above llc. Jake arrived and assessed the problem immediately. He explained how he would replace the heater with proper venting and was professional and kind. It took most of the day and he was able to get it working again the same day. The owner, Eric, stopped by to check on the work and he was also very nice and offered his help in any way. We are very happy with all the work and timetable for completion. EK will be always highly recommended by us.

    Jake & EK are 5 stars, a bit over priced- scope for an investment SFR: Install 3 toilets, 3 shower heads, 1 bath tub diverter, re-set water softener and 1 new RO.My only thought of positive reinforcement is next time (outside Jake’s control): a little faster with the booking dates for the work when we do additional work like the auto-flush commercial toilets.Thank you!

    Dealing with EK was excellent, which isnt always the case when dealing with various contractors. From scheduling an estimate, to quoting, to handling a 2-phased job. I had a job that required other contractors and timing was critical. EK was flexible and very understanding when a date had to be changed because of an issue with one of the other contractors. Jake was very well versed and appeared extremely competent in handling the plumbing work.Additionally, one of the fixtures we ordered and that was installed by EK wasnt to our liking. It was our fault, and I called EK to set up another appointment to have them come and change it out. Jake, again, was our installer. He changed the fixture in no time and said there was no charge. Thats a way to please a customer!! Great job EK.

    I couldnt be happier with this company and the guys that work there. We have been without hot water for over a week and these guys really went the extra mile to make sure things were fixed. If you need a plumbing service in the Flathead Valley I couldnt recommend them enough. Great guys!

Always put on booties when walking thorough my house, and even went so far as to take photos of the work he did in the basement so I wouldn’t have to go down there after I told him I’m allergic to dust and the kicked up a bunch. Very kind and smart guy.

    Nickolas was great! He found some free time in his schedule and came to help me right away. I would say the same about the woman who answered the phone when I called. She did her best to get someone to my house quickly. I had a bad leak in my faucet that would have been disastrous if not fixed the same day but I didn’t think anyone would come immediately. Nickolas was diligent and quick. And he gave me extra information to help prevent the problem in the future. He knew what he was doing and he was very personable. In the future I will use no other plumber than Ek Plumbing.

    Matthew with EK Plumbing did an outstanding job with the installation of our new kitchen faucet. Matthew communicated well, he called before he arrived and asked if it would be OK if he arrived a bit early, he estimated the work and completed it as per the estimation. The work was done professionally and at a very reasonable price, the faucet works flawlessly and Matthew left our kitchen in great shape. Matthew was also very friendly and we had a great conversation!One more thing: I called EK Plumbing on a Monday and my appointment was set for Thursday of the same week so I’m very pleased with the quick response!I would definitely recommend Matthew and EK Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again in the future should the need arise.     I am beyond impressed with Jake, Nik, Joe, and Matthew at EK plumbing. They were in my store working on a project for an upstairs business and were very thoughful as to not inconvience me and my business. Jake made sure to let me know exactly what they would be doing. While here they worked quietly and efficiently. My business is books and they took extra care to remove books so any water that may of leaked would not damage them. I think I was most impressed when I walked in this morning and found everything cleaned and put back together including the books which were placed exactly they way they were removed. Thank you
