Id like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Rooter plumbing for a job well done! From Wyatt Milliron and the office staff for getting a crew out the next day after my request, to John Murdock and Cameron Clarke actually out doing the ‘hands on’.A special ‘double thumbs up’ to Cameron Clarke. A very pleasant young man that always had a smile on his face and a positive and professional attitude. There were certainly a few aspects on this particular job that were, to say the least, unpleasant. All the way through he had a positive demeanor and a ‘can-do’ approach.I’d definitely recommend and re-hire Mr Rooter.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was FANTASTIC!!! They were professional, prompt, thorough, and did exceptional work. And when I say prompt…? I mean PROMPT!!! I called and they had someone out to assess the same day (like within 2 hrs), identified the issue, and provided me with a clear explanation if the issue and a transparent estimate to fix it. We gave the green light, and it was fixed the same day as well! I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone! We will definitely be repeat customers in the future.

I called with a clogged drain that I could not get cleared. The techs were out that afternoon and were able to clear the drain very well despite it being a very old fashioned drain. Pricing was very clear and they went over options before hand so I knew exactly what the prices and plan was. Both techs were very courteous and did a great job. However, the technician was very professional and the company gave us a 25% discount, which brought the cost down to about what we’d expected.)

I called several plumbers this morning and no one could come out for days. When I called Mr. Rooter a pleasant woman answered and said she could send a technician out early this afternoon. She then called back and said he could be here in 30min which was great since my kitchen sink had been clogged for days and it was a friday. Technician Eric showed up. Was very professional and got the drain working in 45min. Price was reasonable and problem solved w/in 2hrs of my initial phone call. I rarely write reviews but this company deserves it. I will definately use them again and refer to them.

Another great experience with the work done by Jon and his team. Our main sewer line was badly damaged just where it hits the city main line. Badly damaged is an understatement after seeing what Jon found and showed on camera. Was thinking I would have to pay for a full excavation of site but knew of a newer technology that effectively can reline an interior of a pipe or run. Jon has this system and is specifically trained for the install- its quite remarkable. They took a very dire looking situation and made it right again after completion of the procedure. The camera view showed the integrity of the line had been restored remarkably well. Jon Murdoch and Mr. Rooter is the only company I will use for the more complex issues. The techs are always so professional and from top to bottom the communication, ethics, and pride of work are proudly evident... and great guys as well.--This company is my go to whenever we have a plumbing issue. Jake came out and snaked our main line and found the issue that had been causing headaches for some time. He located the exact spot where the main had broken from the city on their connection which was not viewable previously. Cant thank enough as this helps to prove the City is responsible for the major repair. Always a very responsive company (within hours of call today to front door) and all their techs are extremely professional and very capable of communicating exactly what they see so can grasp the problem and solution.We just had our 2nd great experience with this business. From scheduling, updates and communication, utmost professionalism from owners throughout the organization, and breadth of knowledge resulting in incredible value for the buck, cant say I’ve ever been so impressed as a long time home owner. Jon installed a clean out off our main line which was five-six feet under ground level just after passing foundation. His expertise is truly amazing as he saw potential hurdles before digging, clearly explained and after much work the T clean out was installed without the planter bed even showing it had been disturbed. They take great pride and truly enjoy their trade which is hard to find. Jon explained so much after the installation and camera view that I now can visualize with confidence how our system was built before buried. I highly recommend this ethical business.

Our water heater was in need of repair due to a leak. The water had caused the element panels to be covered in water and we good smell the sent of something burning. We were able to turn off all the power. Unfortunately the leak got worse. I contacted Mr. Rooter at 7:45 Monday morning and by 11:30 we were back in order. Jake did an amazing job as well as helping us solve a couple other issues. This is the second trip to our house within a year and they have been wonderful.

They found three critical pieces not working or not working properly. Very impressed with Mr. Rooter. They helped me out with an emergency situation with a collapsed sewer line in one of my rental houses. There were a lot of moving parts between the property manager, city, excavation crew, equipment rental company, and lastly them as the plumber. They worked excellently with each other and coordinated to get it done. There were even some curve balls as there are with many of these old projects. Re-reviewing. We were glad that they were able to get us on their schedule so quickly considering how difficult it is to find service people in the valley. Did have replacement fixtures on truck which was convenient. But did not have what we thought should be standard repair parts on hand. Of course that is our opinion. As it is right now with any service company in this era of high inflation and supply shortages, be prepared to pay a lot. But they got it fixed quickly and were very professional.

I cant say enough about how pleasant my experience was with this company. Robin, who took my initial call, was an absolute delight. I explained my situation, and she booked me for an appointment ASAP, which was the following day. I confirmed the booking, and then received a call from Robin about 30 minutes later to let me know she had spoken to one of their plumbers who was in my area, and could actually fit me in that same afternoon! Follow up and customer attention of that caliber is rare these days, and I greatly appreciated it. I had to go down to Polson for a meeting, and wouldnt be home later that afternoon, so we kept the original appointment the following day.Mike, the technician who came out to perform the diagnostic, was extremely punctual, and also incredibly friendly. He inspected the situation, and found that the problem was actually with the septic tanks, not the internal plumbing. Mike wasnt able to perform a septic flush, but he made a call to Ready Freddy right on the spot, helping me secure an appointment with them for first thing the following morning. Apparently the situation was quite serious - something we didnt expect from a simple problem with the toilet flushing slowly. Had everyone at Mr. Rooter not been so accommodating, prompt, and professional, theres a good chance we would have had a flooding situation on our hands - and not the kind that involves simple water coming up, if you catch my drift. Mike also took extra time out of his day to walk me through some questions I had, and even provided some pro tips! (Cant share the tips here, theyre on a need to know basis - sorry :)All of this to say, I recommend Mr. Rooter emphatically for any/all plumbing issues or questions. They know their stuff, and I love supporting local businesses, especially when they give every customer the white glove treatment. Well done, guys!
