Came right up the next day and took care of the problem. It was great to be able to have the same technician service the house who had come 3 years prior. He remembered details about the house and offered a solid maintenance recommendation.

Great service. Our person was very communicative and spent an hour plus doing his job. We were charged the standard rate of $250. However, our bill asked for a tip. Really? Pay your people more. For an average person and a non-profit, tips are not in our budget.

I am the happiest man in town tonight. I called these guys after being told I would have to rip up my septic line and that there was no other option. He drove over to Libby within hours and cut out all the roots in my septic line. To make sure he ran a camera down the entire line to the street and it looked great. He was not only on time, but texted to let me know he was on his way. I had a clogged gutter drain that went under the cement walkway. I didn’t know where the outlet was. He cleared the drain and also found the outlet for me. He made some good suggestions on how to maintain the drain and protect the outlet. He was upbeat and pleasant. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
