    I have had two positive experiences with MasterCraft. Both times Ian was my plumber... going forward i will ask for him because he is great. First time was related to my tankless water heater... turns out nothing was wrong. I paid the service fee, which was reasonable and fair. The next time I had a main water line that I cut, Ian was out super quick and got it done fast. I appreciated that the office took $50 off my bill because I dug the hole myself. Like this family owned business that only focuses on plumbing!

    This company was super easy to work with and schedule. I needed them to come do an inspection for a leak because our water bill was running high. They gave me several options for dates/times for coming to my house, they communicated via text and email, and they even called to see if they could come early. The problem (2 leaky toilets) was diagnosed as causing the issue, but the plumber (Taylor) checked quite a few other things just to make sure. The service call cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

    We woke to a disaster , called Master Craft Plumbing and they said they couldn’t get there till 4 , they were so busy. Ok, I realize I’m not the only one with a plumbing issues.They sent someone to turn off the water and saw the extent of the issue. So they promptly returned to take care of the leaking, gooey mess of a broken water heater. ( it had been for many days unknown to us … it was in a back closet!!)They, Ronald and Austin were very professional and thorough! Quickly handled the issues and left in only a few hours; leaving behind a clean area but also a very nice water heater!!!! I highly recommend them. For efficiency, thoroughness, and professional manners. And their being able to address our disaster so quickly! Price is more than fair in exchange for such a great job!! Thanks guys!!

    Called in the afternoon for service and they were out the next morning, a Thursday. Tuesday morning they were out to repair the break under my driveway. Ran a new waterline from the meter to the house, under the driveway and slab in the garage.Very good job, do what they say and show up when they day they will, unlike the plumber I called first, that I had used before.Highly recommend, the only one I will call in the future.

    We called them on a Sunday for a problem with our water heater. They were here in 2 hours done in an hour. They made an appointment and they stuck to their time. The plumber who came to fix the water heater was knowledgeable. Professional really nice.     This was my third time calling on MasterCraft Plumbing. In the past, theyve replaced a leaking toilet and clean out our sewer line. This week they came to our aid regarding a leak at our foundation. The challenge was that the water line ran under our front porch and a concrete pad. Taylor was incredibly impressive with his ability to diagnosis the leak and plan a solution to reroute the line to another side of our basement. Then he showed up 2 days later and did an amazing job, by himself I might add, to install the new line. MasterCraft is top notch and my first call when issues arise. Reasonably priced too.

    Great service diagnosing and fixing our Hot Water Heater. Might be a bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Came back the next day to reset the thermostat to provide hotter water. Highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbing.

    We needed several minor items addressed at our home so I called MasterCraft to request a quote. The plumber, Eian, came out the next day, walked the house with me and before the end of the day I had a complete quote. I then requested an adjusted scope and was given an updated quote the next day. Upon approval, I was told there was an opening the following day so we got it scheduled. Eian showed up on time and with everything he needed and got everything done that he was supposed to. He and the office staff were all extremely professional, the work was done right and the pricing was reasonable. If anyone asks me for a plumber reference (I am a contractor) I tell them to call MasterCraft.

    My husband and I had an issue with our sewage pump. As first time home owners who are new to the area we didn’t know what to expect. (In fact, originally when I called I told them I thought it was an RV hook up that was leaking… whoops). The owners themselves came out the next morning to take a look. The technician that came out explained everything he did to complete the work and even showed us how the pump worked.     We needed our water line from curb to house replaced. MasterCraft Plumbing worked with us as we went through the insurance approval process. They planned and completed the project as scheduled.     I called MasterCraft when an old pipe split and water was going everywhere. They came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan with us on how to best repair it for the lowest cost. Ean worked overtime to make sure that there were no leaks and that the water pressure was back to where it was supposed to be. He advised us that the reason for the pipe split was that the pressure regulator was no longer working, thus the water pressure going through the pipe was about double the norm, causing the pipe to split. We will definitely use MasterCraft in the future for our plumbing needs!

    We had a leak under the kitchen sink and I was dreading a call to a plumber. I found MasterCraft Plumbing on Google with high ratings, so I went with it. They were able to come out that day 8/19 to take a look. Lee and Spencer came out and easily found the leak. We needed a new faucet. We were scheduled to get new countertops within a couple of weeks and had a new faucet on hand for that. Lee and Spencer figured as long as we didnt pull the sprayer out (leak was in the sprayer hose that would shoot out if pulled on if not pulled on it only dripped very little), we could keep a bucket underneath to catch any drips that way we wouldnt have to install our new faucet twice. Our countertops were installed that Friday 8/21 (not weeks later like we thought)! Lee was able to come back out that Monday 8/24 and installed my new faucet and hooked up the sink. He did a thorough job and was professional. Price didnt break the bank. Communication with the company was excellent. Emails and texts. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbing!

Gregg explained during the initial visit that they had a way of pulling a new line through the old one that would save the cost of boring if successful. The pull was successful and they installed a shutoff so if it happens in the future Id be able to shut off the water supply without even calling the city.     There technicians were very young which was a bit off putting at first as I am a man of a certain age. They were very prompt and courteous however and seemed to know what they were doing which is the most important. John and Spencer were both great. They installed to sink faucets and drains in Master bath but could not do my tub as it required an adaption kit by Moen to complete. They were kind enough to not charge until I got the correct part to make the tub faucet I purchased compatible. We did develop a leak under one of the sinks which they promptly came out and repaired. Following that there was a leak under the second sink which turned out to be a faulty part I had ordered. They advised I order two more drains of better quality and replace both. When they arrived they came out and installed new pop up drains and finished tub faucet for original agreed upon price.

    CRAZY FAST response time!!!!!Eian was professional and set reasonable expectations concerning price and estimated time before starting any work. The location for the leak was quite close to my irrigation system and he thoroughly explained what would need to be done if it turned out to be related to my irrigation versus my water lines. He advised removing a small section of sod and dirt to see where the leak was coming from. Within a few minutes he had discovered the issue was a crack in my main water line. He took time to explain how the water lines were routed and what-is-what around my meter and shut off valves.     We used this company for a basement bathroom install. Greg and his crew are good people. He gave me a fair and reasonable estimate, walked me through the process, and showed up on time when scheduled. His workers were also solid and fun to talk to. Definitely will recommend them to other people looking for good plumbers.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. I discovered a water line break coming into our home early in the morning. I contacted them and a very nice lady took my information and informed me that my issue was a high priority for them and that they would be to my home in 45 minutes. The fellas showed up sooner than that! They went right to work and fixed the break in a very clean an professional way. The price they charged was very fair and the service and response was excellent! I will be using MasterCraft Plumbing for any plumbing needs moving forward!
