    I highly recommend Patriot HVAC services. I called the office and they sent a crew within 2hrs. Ken and Aaron were thorough in diagnosis and the total of the bill to replace the core. The next day Aaron and Joey came out and repaired my central HVAC. They were patient, they cleaned up behind themselves and I am very happy with the work performed and very impressed with their professionalism. Absolute gentlemen.     Happy to have chosen Patriot to install a new Mitsubishi ductless mini split system for our basement. Ken and Justin were able to come out promptly to inspect to provide their estimates (which I received very quickly). From there, Kasey and Tina coordinated schedules to have the job done. They were always super polite, quick to respond, and even sent pictures of the individuals coming to our home!Aaron, Joey, and Justin did such a fantastic job at installing and setting everything up. They arrived on time and made sure all my questions were answered once the job was complete. I can’t recommend this awesome team enough and look forward to using them again in the future!

    I had Patriot Heating and Cooling install a new air handler in the attic and a new condenser unit outside because the old units were totally shot. Aaron and Joey arrived today to take out the old and install the new and I could not be happier. These two knew exactly what they were doing and instantly got busy doing it. Both units are now installed and working wonderfully. If you are needing a/c work, I highly recommend you calling Patriot Heating and cooling located in Jefferson, GA. I included a picture of the outdoor unit. Patriot is a top notch contractor.

    Cory came out after hours when temps were over 90 and our AC went out. He ran around and got it fixed up quickly! He was nice and shared lots of tips on how to keep our system running properly. We will definitely be using Patriot heating and air again for basic maintenance and repairs.

    Update: We had an issue where the AC wasnt working on the Sunday before Labor Day. We called. They were nice enough to put us on that days schedule. The nice guy ended up showing up at 9:20 PM & was very professional. He had us up & running within an hour. Turned out to be a blown fuse.He said to let them know if it happens again so they could look deeper into a probable cause. For right now, he believes that it was caused by storms with lightning in the area. Totally recommend this company for your heating & cooling needs!They are the best! They installed in the rain, God bless them. New AC & heat pump. They even had to do breaker work. They were very quick & very professional. I highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service and repair of my furnace on a 28 degree Saturday morning after failed service visits 3 days in a row from another company! Tina answered my call and promptly scheduled a technician. I am changing my maintenance contract to Patriot, and highly recommend Corey, who worked 2.5 hours finding and fixing my problem!     Finally the air is back on!!!! I highly recommend Joey and Aaron and Patriot heating and air as a whole. They worked tirelessly all day to install our unit. I work from home and was able to complete my day as if they were not even here. They excellent work all day. We had a couple of short wonderful conversations because I can’t help but talk. All in all it was a fantastic experience and man it feels great to be cool again.

    Excellent communication and service! Ken quickly evaluated our AC unit and located the problem. He had us up and running in no time until we were able to get the new unit ordered and installed. Less than a week later, Aaron and Joey came to install the new unit. Both were very knowledgeable and personable. They made quick work of removing the old unit and replacing with the new one.     Patriot has saved our day 2 twice in a month. Tina got us in the schedule quickly. Ken and Cory did a great work getting us back online.Cory diagnosed the issue quickly on his visit for our downstairs unit. Explained to me what needed to be fixed and completed the work timely.Ken came out a week later because our other unit broke down. Diagnosed the issue and got us back up and going. We felt the pricing was fair for the work completed and they were not out to sell me a new unit but here to keep ours running.

    I cant say enough great things about the team that replaced our HVAC unit!! Our system went out during freezing temperatures, and Patriot went above and beyond to help. They immediately provided us with a temporary heating and cooling system through our window, which was a lifesaver during this weather. Joey and Aaron worked tirelessly for two full work days without taking a break to get everything fixed. They were incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. Despite working in the rain, they took great care of our home and left it cleaner than when they arrived! No mud or anything was tracked through our home and they even swept up any debris that fell from the attic when they were working. Highly recommend their services—exceptional customer care and dedication to getting the job done right!

    Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical off of S. Apple Valley Road in Jefferson, GA is absolutely wonderful to deal with. They even answered my call on a Sunday and set up to come out the very next day. Lance Miller, the plumbing technician, even called me prior to the appointment time on Monday and asked if he could come a little early since he finished with the previous customer. I said sure. Lance was so nice to deal with and expertly assessed my leak situation. It was an underground water pipe. He then promptly went to work and fixed the problem. I was pleased with both his work as well as how friendly and personable he was in resolving the leak problem. In closing, I highly recommend this Jefferson company and Lance Miller. I will ask for him personally to come out and address any of my future plumbing needs.

    Ken Edge came to our house to help us decide on the perfect system to fit our home and our budget. He even loaned us a portable AC unit until the day of our install. Aaron Hammond and Tyler Horton did a fabulous job replacing our HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, and very professional.     I had an in slab leak pop up early this week. We had another company out, however they couldn’t do the work until next Friday. I cold called Patriot hoping to get my water on earlier than 7 days out. They not only came out earlier than anticipated but ended up doing the repair and new water heater all the same day!! Fantastic experience, Kyle and Cole answered all my questions and was able to address another issue that had been bothering me for a number of years.     I can not say enough good things about Ken and Patriot. We had lots of bad experiences with home repairs and upgrades, but this was exactly the opposite. They replaced one of our three units and serviced another. Lots of companies would have tried to exploit our situation, but they went out of their was to give us a great deal, and even gave me a military discount. I recommend them to anyone, and I personally won’t ever call another company for A/C, heating, or plumbing.THANKS KEN!

    We were concerned about the condition of our HVAC vents, after checking them replacing them was unnecessary but they suggested vent cleaning would save us a lot of money. When Aaron and Joey arrived they were courteous and polite.     For Water / Plumbing issue -My brother in law found water bubbling up in our front yard with a huge marshy area around it when he was cutting the grass. He actually stuck his finger in and I saw the water bubbling out. I called the water department who was out here in no time. We were losing 1 gallon of water per min!!! They turned off the water and said it was our responsibility to fix and to call a plumber. After finally after going through 3 plumbers, found one (Patriot Heating Cooling & Plumbing) that could respond immediately!! This house was apparently built with water lines using polybutylene piping. These pipes are no longer used and stopped being used in most homes built after 1995 because of the pipes becoming so brittle and cracking. Patriot has installed a new water line but has also made me aware of future problems with this piping and the pipes at the hot water heater which will be a future problem if not addressed soon! ! Noah arrived at appointment as scheduled, was very responsive to our problem and also professional. I met the owner, Chris once Noah made the call & they started the work! Both great guys!! Had 5 or 6 guys out here working (maybe more) and they all worked like a well oiled machine! Very impressed and left our front yard looking great!!

    Our neighborhood has been having issues with flooding because of cheap toilets. So to get ahead of the problem we called Patriot to come out and replace the old ones. Lance came out on a Tuesday and on Thursday just short of two hours the toilets in our home had been replaced. He was on time each visit to the house and answered all of our questions.     Friday after 5 in the afternoon my A/C quit cooling. I called Patriot and they were able to send someone out to diagnose the issue. Turns out it was the compressor capacitor which was was an easy fix and they had one on the truck. Replaced it and the A/C was cooling again.

    This is Fireball Wings and Philly in Commerce. I’ve worked with other major HVAC companies and both couldn’t fix our 90 degree summer problem. Ken’s team is the best in town.     We needed a leaking toilet repaired to stop damage to the flooring. We had the entire bathroom redone a few years before this happened. The technician called to see if he could come earlier than the set time. He was awesome! In the end, the cost was 50% less than he predicted. He was very nice and extremely professional. We now have a new preferred plumbing company.

    Im a disabled vet so when our houses original AC decided to quit working hardly at all I was dreading the whole ordeal. I try to support other vets so when I saw Patriot I thought thats a vet.     After having questionable service from another HVAC company and receiving an extremely expensive estimate for “repairs” on an almost new unit, we called Patriot in hopes for a second opinion. Tina answered on the first ring, was very genuine in her concern for our situation, and promptly scheduled us for a same-day inspection. Cory arrived later this afternoon on time, as promised. He was incredibly respectful and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire HVAC system, well beyond the areas of our concern. He explained each of the tasks he completed, how they were done, why they were done that way, and gave us visible proof of each tasks result. In the end, he fixed our issue with simple maintenance and gave both of our units a clean bill of health. His knowledge, professionalism, and honesty saved us from spending $1500+ with the previous company for repairs that we did not need.     A couple weeks ago our main HVAC unit stopped working right in the middle of a cold snap. I reached out to Josh that evening. Ken was at our house before noon the next day. Sadly, our unit needed to be replaced. Ken spend the afternoon with us patiently guiding us through a tough decision. We decided on a Trane 2 stage unit.Tyler and Aaron came out about a week later to install our new unit. They did an amazing job. They removed the old unit, and installed the new unit all in a day. We had heat that night! Tyler and Aaron came back out the next morning to clean our ducts. We could not believe the treasures the previous owners left us.     We needed our AC serviced in a pinch. I called Patriot in the evening and, much to my delightful surprise, they dispatched a service agent who came to my front door hours after I placed the call! We were amazed, especially since Id called around to other businesses, which gave me a minimum of a 24 hour wait time (understandable for sure, given this time of year!)! To put it succinctly, Cory came out and saved the day! On the eve of Mothers Day, with a number of guests staying in our home, we were desperate to have our upstairs air fixed! But again, Cory came out and, within a half hour or less, diagnosed and resolved the issue! In a matter of moments, our upstairs AC unit was back in business! Thank yall SO MUCH! Id also like to mention that Patriot has this map tracking app that allows customers to view their technicians location (in real time!) as they travel to your home or place of business (like Amazons GPS tracking capability)!     We recently had Tyler, Aaron, and Ken from Patriot Heating and Cooling do a major air conditioning repair for our home in Watkinsville. Their service was nothing short of exceptional. If you need air conditioning service near Athens, GA, contact Patriot.We rent a nearly 80-year-old home built in the 1940s. The AC system that was put in several decades ago was installed incorrectly and poorly maintained. As a result, when the old AC unit finally failed, the repair needs were significant. The bedrooms upstairs were unbelievably hot, even on Spring days in the low 80s. Fortunately, Patriot was one of the companies our landlord contacted for help.Ken Edge from Patriot visited our home and went above and beyond compared to the other two companies who provided estimates. He provided the most thorough audit of our system, crawling beneath the home and into the attic—exploring every inch of our system—to fully understand the many, many factors that impacted our outdated, inefficient, and now broken HVAC setup. They were very professional and were very delicate with my yard during the pipe removal and installation which I did not expect. Noah found a small piece of trash in the water line causing the flow issue. So, instead of charging us $285 for replacing the toilet cut off, he charged $125 for cleaning the line and basic service charge.Stuff like that is why we have used this company a half dozen times already.In the best way possible, I hope I never have to use them again, but rest assured, we’ll call them for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

    I called Patriot because they are a local small business. I needed my duct work checked out to see why I was feeling cool air leaking in my attic from my main unit and its connections. My house in only five years old and I bought it less than a year ago so this was a concern for a “young” system. They came the next day, serviced my unit and gave me a quote for ducting seal repair work. Once I approved the quote (which was reasonable in cost), they scheduled to come the next day to repair where the builder cut corners five years ago.     Patriot Heating,Cooling and Plumbing is a great local company in Jefferson. We used them when we bought our house in October of last year for a new HVAC system. Last month we found out we had a slab leak in the foundation of our house. AJ and Cole did a complete replumb of our house from the meter and ran all lines through the attic in 2 days. We were only without water for about 8 hours. I cant say enough about how happy we are with the job and their work. We will definitely use them in the future. They are even sending a cleaning lady after the sheetrock is fixed. Another company wanted to jack hammer through our floors to fix the leak, and then we would have to replace vanities and anything they removed and get a contractor to redo our floors at almost twice the cost. Awesome company!

I was pleased because of a very complex plumbing job he mastered to keep my wants his high priority!     Lance came to replace 2 TPRVs on my water heaters which had started leaking the night before. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave me an estimate before any work was performed. Once approved, he picked up the parts and was finished the job quickly. The work was good and completed in a timely manner. I would use Patriot again.2nd visit, we had a sump pump back up the day after Christmas. Lance was on site within an hour and had the issue resolved within 30 mins. Patriot saves the day again!
