Plumb Magic is the best plumbing company in town. They are professional, make recommendations and necessary repairs, and don’t mess around. James did a beautiful job with plumbing repairs in my basement. I highly recommend Plumb Magic!

I was VERY pleased with James’ work at our house. We called because of chronic low water pressure, which affected everything from toilet flushes to showers to clothes washing. His diagnosis was fast (bad pressure regulator), and his remedy immediate. Problem solved! We kept him at the house to change out a toilet and flush the water heater. It was money well-spent. I called due to a leaking toilet. James and Steven arrived early the next day. Unfortunately the problem was going to require the toilet being pulled - a bit more work than I anticipated. However I did want to replace the toilet so it was a win for me. After some discussion I had several other issues I wanted the team to look at and I made a decision to replace 4 toilets and 4 bathroom faucets. (House is 25 years old and needed upgrades.) They got right to work and completed most of the work in 1 day. Due to parts unavailable they returned promptly the next day and finished the job. And my leaking toilet fixed! Comprehensive services offered.Very pleasant and helpful guys. Warranty on products installed. Highly recommend.

We were impressed with how easy Plumb Magic was to work with. We showed them our problems, got an estimate for the work, and decided what we could afford now. They did the work well, cleaned up and left us with an idea of what we were facing for the remaining problems. We will have them back when we have the money for the next repairs. A great, stress-free experience!
