Rick is our preferred plumbing vendor at my building. He has been helping us install new smart water stops in our rooms so that we can prevent water issues rather than react to them. Also, he uses compression fittings to make his connections. This is very important in an 8 story commercial building with a fire sprinkler directly above his work area. -

OUTSTANDING!! We purchased a whole house water filter over a year ago, and hadn’t been able to have it installed due to the inability of us finding someone willing, and responsive… (and not price-gauging us)… over the last year, we’ve received several quotes, some lower, some much higher, by local companies here in Jefferson, but either got ghosted or talked down to… until we came upon this one. We are so pleased with this company, and its owner, Rick. Workmanship, quality, fairness, communication… STELLAR !!!!! -

Rick with Gen3 plumbing came out same day as called for no hot water at our house. He arrived at the time he mentioned he would be at our house and figured out the issue within 5 minutes. He was able to bandaid the situation until next day. He offered us different solutions to the issue and we felt no pressure to go with the more expensive solution. Rick came back next day at the time he said he would be here and replaced our water heater. We had hot water within 2 hours of his arrival. Quick service, very reasonable pricing, dependable and all around great guy and company. Gen3 plumbing was our first choice to call for having no hot water and will be our first choice the next time we have any plumbing issues. -

We contacted Gen3 about replacing two water heaters in a commercial building. They gave us a great price and were able to complete the project within one day. The staff was very professional and communicated via text and pictures regarding another issue we were unaware of. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up after themselves and we were able to easily pay online. Overall great experience and we will definitely use them again in future. -
