My first telephone conversation with Mark to discuss our project lasted an hour and 45 minutes. I knew after that conversation that Mark is a very detailed type of individual, just the type we were looking for as we had an unusual request for the project. We required a pedestrian entry gate built into the driveway gate itself thereby allowing us to get the mail, visit neighbors etc without opening the driveway gate and allowing our dog to escape our property. Not only did Mark incorporate this into the design of the driveway gate he made it so that the pedestrian gate is completely invisible from the street. You would never even know there is a pedestrian gate! We could not be happier with the final product, the stone work, gate, lights, Liftmaster openers, etc are all just perfect!

Marc is so easy to work with. We had tried three companies before we found Marc. They didn’t understand our sketches and couldn’t answer our questions. Marc got it immediately. He’s a true artist and has a vast knowledge of the how a gate should be built for longevity. I would give 10 stars if I could.

With so many gate companies out there we are SO glad we found this one! After contacting multiple companies and even having one come out and install the wrong gate, Mr. Long delivered EXACTLY what we wanted. He listened to everything we wanted and created it. Everything was right on schedule and he has followed up with us when we had questions or needed help. Which is PRICELESS these days. Mr. Long even repaired our keypad damaged by a fallen tree quickly! Very impressed.

They gave us reasonable alternatives and then set an appointment and came promptly. They installed the new opener professionally and offered to reset the opener buttons in our cars for us. Great service, reasonable prices and thoughtful technicians…. What more could you ask for?
