    I have to say I have had trouble with contractors in Jefferson City. I know there are good ones, but there are a lot of bad ones as well - a lot. Nick and the guys from Raising Solution are among the best Ive come across in Jefferson City or anywhere else for that matter. The guys from Raising Solutions ran into a bunch of different problems while working on my house. They remained professional the entire time, and worked hard to solve each problem. A half day job turned into four days - I am sure Raising Solutions lost money on the job, but there was absolutely no complaints, excuses or excessive extra charges. I would absolutely recommended them to anyone and I would call on Raising Solution for any my own foundation issues if the need arises again.

    My experience with Raising Solutions was professional and timely! Colby was informative with no pressure sales, the office staff (sorry ladies I can’t remember your names) efficient and pleasant and Alex the installer was professional and highly knowledge of his craft! He took great care to lift the garage floor without opening cracks, even the ones that were already present! It’s rare that you can have this level of professionalism, knowledge and quality through out a company! I would use Raising Solutions again and recommend them to my friends and family!

    Couldn’t open our back door. Had Nick Fitzsimmons take a look. He provided a thorough estimate with several options. The Foreman Alex did a great job. They not only stabilized that corner of the house but also managed to generate enough lift so that the back door now works properly. I highly recommend Raising Solutions.

    A winding concrete walkway with steps cracked, stability issues and uneven slabs from a previous water break that caused washout underneath were repaired by Raising Solutions. Installer Alex stabilized and leveled all affected areas. This company is very easy to do business with. Explanation of the process with courtesy is a plus. Their work area is expansive and are not afraid to drive.

    I definitely recommend Raising Solutions for foundation and sidewalk/driveway issues. Recently had flooding in our basement and they put in a sump pump and did some drain work also. While there he noticed my sidewalk had dropped recently and they had raised it 4 years ago, was under warranty they came back out and fixed it. While there I asked about my driveway, they took the time and got that done for me Alex helped me get this lined out and taken care of with very little hassle.Reasonable and got the work done in what I think was a timely manner.Thanks, Mike

    Raising Solutions was great to work with. I got their information from my parents who had a garage that was settling and Kolby was able to stabilize it, so when I had a room addition that was settling I knew who to call. I discovered the problem because I had a door that was sticking and drywall that was splitting that the seams. With the deep foam injection Kolby was able to get below the short foundation walls, lift the room, and stabilize the soil underneath. I could tell immediately that the process was working because the door was no longer sticking and the gaps in the drywall got smaller. It was great not having to bring in any heavy equipment for excavating around my home which would cause extra mess and lawn damage that I would have to handle later. The whole process only took a few hours and left virtually no mess to contend with after it was all over. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work they did. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.
