    Mario at Future Image Designs did an excellent job for us on our house. The job included vinyl siding, rebuilding a deck and a new roof. Mario was on the job each of the days along with his crew. They were on time each day, worked very hard and precise, and cleaned up so well, that you would not have know they were there. True Professionals! This is the kind of company you want to deal with. Mario did as he said he would. We would definitely recommend them again for any project that one might be looking to tackle.

    With many thanks to Mario Nearchou, owner and president of Future Image Designs Inc., for his personal hands on approach to his construction project management, the total renewal of the exterior of my home went smoothly and stress free. The project involved new vinyl siding throughout, a new roof, including the stripping down of three existing layers of roofing; and the removal of existing soffits, fascias, leaders and gutters, front and rear storm doors, and replacement of all with new – a total makeover. The quality of the work and attention to detail was exceptional, all performed by a highly professional crew that showed tremendous respect to both me as the customer, as well to my property – listening and responding to any issues and questions I had, cleaning up the entire property every evening before leaving the site. Mario, attentive and always available and ready to please, typically visiting the site at least twice daily is especially creative with solutions to any special requests and problems. His pricing is very fair and his project scheduling and completion couldn’t be better. Again my thanks!

    Future Image recently installed a new roof and siding Our home in Glen Cove and it looks great!Mario is an accomplished remodeler and took great pains in specifying the work to be done, so we would have the best possible results. He was on the job several times each day checking the progress and giving instructions to the installers. The work crews were professional, courteous and came prepared to work dawn to dusk cleaning up the grounds each day.Future Image did the right job from start to finish.     Future Image Designs replaced my roof, gutters and installed skylight. I have never dealt with a more honest, clean, neat and organized contractor. They do absolutely beautiful work. After I had my roof done 3 of my neighbors called Future Image Designs to do their roofs. They are extremely punctual, when Mario gives you a time they’re there. Which as most of you know is half the battle with the contractors. Second, they are SO CLEAN! Ive had work done before by other contractors and had to hire a cleaning service to clean up after the work but not with Future Image. They are meticulous about their work and the clean up. Most of all, he is also very honest and true to his price. Their work is incredible. Its beautiful and have had absolutely no issues with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Future Image Design did an excellent job on siding my home. Mario, owner of this family business, is on site several time per day following the written contract he carefully prepares in advance. After his first visit to our home, he returned with a typed detailed contract the next day with full documentation re license, insurance and certification. No other contractor did this and we interviewed many. His crew is skilled and detail oriented, always on time and working a very full day to complete the job in four days. Clean-up is a daily ritual. Mario knows his products well and will accommodate your requests with explanations. He is proud of his work and company and should be!

    I first hired Mario to replace the siding on my house and was so happy with his work that I hired him when I needed a new roof and then to replace my deck. He treats the job as if he was doing it on his own house. He takes pride in his work and never takes a short cut, but always does things the right way. I cant think of a time I called or texted him with a problem or question where he didnt respond within 24 hours. He not only comes to the house every day to make sure everything is going according to plan, but he also does a good portion of the work himself. He listened to what I wanted to do and offered suggestions and provided pictures of similar jobs so I could see if I liked the result. He is extremely accommodating and will come back after the job is completed if an issue comes to light. Whenever people mention they are looking for a contractor, I recommend him with no reservations.

    Future Image Designs was recommended to me. I needed the old roof to be removed. I got two other estimates. Mario personally came to my home and we discussed materials, and work to be done. I wanted 3/4 inch plywood used as the underlay and Mario did not try to talk me out of it. The other two did. The price was fair, and the work was professional and left clean. I am very happy!

    I am very happy with Future Image Designs, Inc. and all the work that was completed in my home. My next door neighbor referred me to them, as she had her roof repaired after Hurricane Sandy and was very satisfied with the work and the price agreed upon. I then called to schedule an appointment and the owner Mario came very soon after. I found him to be soo warm, courteous, accommodating, and very knowledgable. The crew that worked on my roof were also courteous and well-mannered. They worked hard each day until the job was complete. Mario also came by each day to check on the status of the work. In addition I am always treated so nice and respectfully when I come to the office to see the Office Manager, Sharon. She has a lovely smile and a warm personality.     We could not have been happier with Future Image Designs! Not only were they extremely reasonable (came in well below a second estimate that we had obtained for the re-siding job), but they always showed up on schedule. They did an excellent job in re-siding one side of our home, replacing two windows, repairing chimney damage, and installing a beautiful new bathroom floor, and were very neat and careful while performing the work and cleaning up afterwards. The owner, Mario, was extremely professional throughout every step of the process, showing up immediately to do the initial evaluation and an estimate, returning soon thereafter with a contract, and monitoring the crews work and doing a final inspection before collecting the balance of his payment. He brings to mind the term Old World Craftsman, is a perfectionist that takes great pride in his work, is extremely honest and reasonable, and takes the time to explain the problem and solution to the customer. In fact, he brought a digital camera up the ladder with him when inspecting the second floor siding so that he could show me actual photos of the issues that he was encountering. Were thrilled to have found a contractor that is so reliable, professional, thorough, and reasonable and would recommend Future Image Designs to anyone who should need home repairs or improvements. We joined Angies List specifically to find a contractor for this job, and it worked out perfectly for us!

    The company was contracted to repair significant exterior storm damage to my home. The siding was badly damaged, the front storm door ripped off and a large custom window shattered. The company responded within a few hours to my initial inquiry, the owner came on-site to review the work and damage.The owner provided an estimate along with all insurance information about his company and a detailed scope of work. We decided to use this company.The owner came on-site every day the job was in progress to personally inspect the work of his crew and address any problems or concerns I had. They went above and beyond correcting minor issues that were found once the siding was removed (such as bad wood, and improperly vented attic). The owner took his time to explain each of these and most were fixed as part of the job.Once work began the crew was here nearly every day weather permitted until completion of work. When a weather delay occurred the owner called to reschedule so I was never waiting on a crew.The final product was extremely clean, meticulously performed and of high workmanship. I would definitely use this company again.

    In October 2011 I called Future Image Designs for an estimate, the owner, Mario came the next day. We wanted to replace our old aluminum siding with new vinyl. Because of the cost and size of our house we wanted to do the front and longest side that year. Mario was ok with that. A previous estimate wanted the whole house or nothing?? The estimate Mario gave us was typed up and he brought it back in 2 days in a folder with a copy of his contractors license, BBB accreditation and copy of his Insurance Cert. & License. He was thorough, polite and willing to answer all my questions. He started the job in 2 wks, we also added a new window, gutters, new facia board and soffit.Mario came every day to start his 2 workers and returned before they left to make sure I was satisfied for the day. This is an owner of a solid business who knows how to stay on top of it all. One day the workers found a soft spot on our roof!! We were shocked, not something we planned for. Mario offered to fix the one area and give us an estimate for a new roof. We were so pleased with the beautiful siding job and immaculate clean up that within 2 wks he was able to fit us in for a new roof. (We are glad we just did 2 sides of the house in the beginning!) This year when Sandy apporached Long Island we were doubly happy for the NEW ROOF!We were pleasantly pleased with how these two projects went. A dumpster was delivered for the old siding and insulation. We were always told ahead of time when the deliveries of new materials would come.Workers were awesome! All they would accept from me was coffee or water. They worked all day, no fooling around or taking long breaks. They did their jobs but also mentoned when something wasnt just right as in noticing the soft spot on the roof.This year, after Sandy hit the Island we had a gutter break away from one side of the back roof (an extension not included in the new roof). Because it was blowing around and hitting a phone wire above the roof I decided to call Mario. He came over before the end of that same day, went on the roof and cut the piece off for us. About 2 wks later he fit us in his busy schedule to have the soffit replaced with new gutters. No job seems too small when he wants satisfied customers.We highly recommend Future Image Designs, Inc.

    Came to Future Image Designs through a recommendation from CertainTeed for a siding project that we were planning. We interviewed a number of potential contractors, went through the typical discussion on colors, styles, options, etc., however, Mario Nearchou, the owner of Future Image Designs was the only contractor to spend time with us, take measurements, walk the property, inspected the structure of the house and the roof for potential impact to the project, and provided an estimate that he met without exception. We agreed on a start date, he kept us informed, arrived as planned, and completed as planned. He arrived with a larger team day one for demolition, and kept a smaller team throughout the project, including a lead, not to mention Mario arriving every morning to start the day, answer any questions, and ending the day ensure the site was clean, including our neighbor’s property. In addition, he was fully accessible via telephone or text. You can tell much of a business by the interaction with the owner, and Mario has a strong relationship with his people, most with tenure over five years, and many recommending each other to work with Mario. In terms of the actual job, everything about the siding, window frames, and flashing looks beautiful, and Mario made a number of suggestions to improving the lines of the house. Along the way, we asked Mario to do some additional projects, he was transparent with pricing, completed as requested, and exceeded expectations. He will be returning later in the summer to address some issues around our chimney, and will be installing a new deck/patio area in the back of the house. Thank you Mario for a great experience, and the beginning of a longer term relationship.

    Mario and his professional staff at Future Image Designs did an amazing job! I am over the moon with the results. From the original start date until completion of both bathrooms they worked every day. I was not inconvenienced at all. Mario came to the job site multiple times a day and kept in constant touch throughout the renovations. Ten years ago Future Image Designs put siding, doors and windows on my home. At that time, I was so pleased with Mario and his staff, that I knew when I was ready to remodel again, Mario of Future Image Designs was the only contractor I would call to do the job. The cost is very fair, the work exceptional and the experience a most rewarding one. The professional staff of Future Image Designs was prompt, courteous and totally trustworthy. Most important, their ideas prior to and during the renovations were excellent and took a lot of the stress out of the decision making. It was a pleasure having them in my home. As the job progressed there were many extras jobs that Mario performed, at no charge, that were not in the contract. It was clear from the beginning that Marios main concern was the satisfaction of the customer. He made sure every step of the way that I was happy with the results we were achieving.     We hired Mario after seeing how reliable, honest, and professional he was. we were not disappointed with any of the work we had done to our home. Our new roof is spectacular. I left for work came home and it was like they were never there, but my roof was brand spanking new! We had them redo part of our siding, his honesty is always appreciated. He gave us options finacially and then give us what he recommended if it was his home and what would look best. We took his honest opinion and we were thrilled. He most recently replaced the sheetrock in our bedroom and his team was great. Punctual, professional, and clean.     After a long process of getting estimates from numerous contractors, we chose Future Image Designs to completely redo the entire outside of our house with new high-quality siding and gutters, and we couldnt be happier!I first need to mention that Mario, the owner, is the most hands-on contractor we have ever met. There is no middleman, its just Mario and his workers. If there are any issues or questions you have regarding the project, hes the guy you speak to.I also need to mention that during the renovation we came along some issues, such as improper flashing on our skylights, that were not part of our original proposal and contract. Once these issues were discovered, Mario and his workers addresses them, without any additional charges. These are the types of things you dont get from many contractors and is also why we will be using Future Image Designs for all of our upcoming projects.Our renovation lasted for six days and included a complete residing of the house, the removal and installation of some new air conditioners, and also to address and replace any water-damaged lumber and plywood that might be rotted on the outside of the house.Raphael, Alex, and George, who were the workers here, were true professionals. They did an amazing job of making our house look brand new. They kept the entire property very clean during the renovation and also made sure to take pictures and notify us whenever they encountered a problem.After removing the siding on the back of the house, we discovered that numerous pieces of plywood and a big portion of one of our sill plates were completely rotted from water that came from a patio that was incorrectly installed. The pieces of lumber from that part of the house were removed, inspected, and replaced with all new material to ensure that water will no longer be a issue for our house.Once the renovation was complete, all of our windows, doors, and air conditioners were caulked and then brand new high-quality gutters and downspouts were installed on the entire house.We are very, very happy with how everything turned out. Even a few days later, when I noticed some minor things, such as missing screws on my cable and telephone lines outside, Mario came back the next day to address it for us. He really does whatever you want to make the customer happy.We want to thank the entire team at Future Image Designs for making our project turn out better than we ever expected! We look forward to using Mario again when we start our next renovation!

FDI provided a complete new roof and partial vinyl siding. Outstanding, efficient & quick with some value added repairs.
