If you are looking for an extremely talented craftsman to do a small, medium, or very large project or remodel at your home, Terry Pippenger at Sunrise Builders & Construction Services is the person you are looking for.We have employed Terry for several endeavors over the last four years--from beautifully custom made closets, a complete renovation of a bathroom, a huge deck the entire length of our lake home, to most recently a very large remodel and addition to our home. Every undertaking was done with the precision and skill of a true craftsman.What sets Terry apart from other workers we have employed in the past is his meticulous attention to detail, his expertise with every aspect of the project (and, if he is not the best person for something, he will get the person who is--and he will supervise him/her to be sure the job is done right).Terry builds everything to last. He takes great pride in his work. His precision and artistry is incredible. He readily adapts to changes you make along the way too! He always says that his goal is to make sure you are happy with the end result. And as a person working in your home, Terry is honest, professional, and extremely considerate and polite.If this all sounds too good to be true, it is because true craftsmen like Terry are a dying breed.We are so grateful to the person who introduced us to him. We hired Terry to remodel our main bathroom with a complete tear out and new install. Terry and his subcontractors had great communication, were friendly and professional, and most of all did amazing work. I would definitely hire Terry (and his subcontractors) again in the future.

Terry did a full first floor remodel, including wall removal, a new kitchen and entrance. Maintaining the look and feel of the original architecture and the aesthetic of the house was very important. Terry listened, presented solutions and not only completed a stunning transformation but it also looked like it was always this way. You can’t go wrong working with Terry and Sunrise Builders. I would rehire him in a heartbeat and look forward to future projects.

Terry (Sunrise Builders) has been working with my family on home projects for the past 5 years and has been our go-to builder on projects such as a bath remodel, kitchen remodel, two-story deck stair build, basement remodel and fireplace makeover. He is great to work with and you can always count on him to return your call. The work he has done on our house has been outstanding and for a good price. He has some of the best connections in the business and we loved knowing we were supporting local business in the area.

I had them do some custom kitchen work installing a sink and they did a fantastic job. They had to cut the cabinets and it looks perfect. They also were very affordable and were on time and professional.

Terry and his contractors did excellent work, consistently communicated through out the entire process and delivered on time. The job site was kept remarkably clean. His best quality however is that he took the time to listen and understand the entire scope of the project from the customers perspective. Would highly recommend.
