We are new to Jacksonville and so blessed to find this place. Ken helps us out as quickly as he can. His company is super efficient. I think it is Zac and James who came to the house. They were super helpful and professional. They went the extra mile and checked out my whole AC unit, even though what I was having done with a motor on the outside unit. They even went as far as calling the manufacturer and trying to get it covered under warranty.Weve had our AC worked on now and electrical work done when we first moved in . What I appreciate most about this company is that theyre willing to go the extra mile. Its like a rare company that still cares about customers.

Ken was great to work with. He was able to solve our lighting issue and was great to talk to. I have worked with technicians who would need their hand held and would need to have everything spelled out for them, Ken was able to take initiative and solve the problem. I didnt need to worry if he would do the tasks that were needed to fulfill our contract with our client, he always delivered. He allowed me to not have to worry about the job getting done. I would recommend him to anyone in the Jacksonville area and we will be hiring him again if we need an electrician who can handle frustrating problems.

We have had great experiences with Mr. Overstreet and his company. He is very accessible and returns phone calls promptly. Their work is excellent, timely completed, reasonably priced, and guaranteed. Ken is friendly, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He has a unique ability to calmly and clearly explain electrical problems and then executed solutions. He has performed quality electrical work at our home twice this year, once after a major disaster. He has also assisted us with providing accurate information to our insurance company during our claims process, and helped us successfully deal with other restoration contractors and city inspectors. We highly recommend K.O. Electric!

I was having an issue with my condenser where it quit working. I called and spoke with Ken the owner today at around 3 and he had his Technician Jose who was great there by 4 and got our HVAC system up and going again. All of this at the end of their day. Ken was incredibly helpful with an issue we were having with our water heater. The issue was complicated for me, but simple for him. He helped me over the phone when he could have easily made a service call. He is my guy going forward. Highly recommend him!!!

My AC upstairs went out. I called Ken and his AC team came out immediately to help me out. They replaced my handler upstairs and the unit outside. They had my upstairs cooling in no time! I am completely satisfied with their work! They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions! I will definitely use them again, as it looks like my other unit is shot now. Thank you Mr. Overstreet for helping me through a simple solution by phone, which saved me the expense of an unnecessary house call. Twice in the past, I have experienced a similar problem with a new system or equipment, but each time the serviceman insisted that a house call was necessary. In each case, the repair was pressing a button or flipping a switch. Thank you for your generosity and honesty. And though you lost a house call this time, youve gained a loyal new customer!

I had this company wire my pool/install new outlet. I was having a really hard time finding an electrician who wasn’t booked out until June. I called and someone was sent out within a half hour to take a look at my yard and assess what I needed done, they scheduled me the next day for the work, the crew that came out was punctual, hardworking and very friendly. Thank you guys for making what was originally stressful for me, ended up being a stress free great experience and now I can enjoy my pool on these hot days!!! Would highly recommend these guys!

New to Florida, Somehow managed to shut down all the electricity in my house after hours-Called KO electric-where he answered the phone proceeded to FaceTime me and walk me through how to get it turned back on! No charge, did not make fun of me because I was an idiot, very professional, also told me he could squeeze me in the next day if needed!Will definitely be calling them for all my Electrical issues!!
