    This is the second time weve used Tim Herndon Plumbing and have to say their customer service is 5 star. I had leaking faucets in my laundry room and I wasnt happy with the way it was fixed ( I wasnt home at time ), I called and explained the situation and another service person was sent out to correct the issue. Very happy with the new faucets now. Both servicemen, one doing an apprenticeship, were very polite. I mentioned the one being an apprentice because I found out Tim Herndon offers an apprenticeship thru his business. Love hearing about companies helping others.

    Tim Herndon Plumbing is the absolute best! They are honest, on time, courteous, do an amazing job and REASONABLE!!!! We use them on all our rentals and now our property manager is going to use them as well. Thank you once again for a perfect job and great price!!!!!

    In the past I’ve used another plumber and had problems with their work , so I call Tim Herndon plumbing. They set the appointment for the next day. They call when on their way. The men were efficient, courteous, and did my repair that the last plumber couldn’t do in four visits. Every shower I take I am again reminded how happy I am using Tim Herndon plumbing. The price I felt was more than fair for the job that they had to repair from the other plumber. I highly recommend this company.

    From beginning contact with office this was a close to a perfect transaction as I could have had!New water heater- old one replaced and removed, new one up to code. Everything professional and done well, but also got the privilege of Antony’s great sense of humor at no extra charge. I got just what I wanted for a total of $1299.00. I’m happy!

    Tim Herndon is the best out there. Not only does he own the company he also goes out on calls with his guys and has meetings that inform his men of technology that is new and upcoming regularly. He is always on the cutting edge of plumbing . And what a nice guy . Would not recommend anyone else.

    Called Tim for a leaking tub spout in our upstairs bathroom, it had been leaking for some time and the maintenance guy could not figure out why. They arrived in the time frame given, correctly identified the issue and made the proper repairs in a very timely manner. The techs, Anthony I believe & his assistant, were polite clean and thorough in doing the pressure test to assure there was no more leak. We have been renting but we are purchasing our home soon from the landlord so this was a huge relief to get resolved properly before we buy the home. They also came back with the matching tub spout a couple days later and we didn’t even have to remind them it was needed. Highly recommend Tim & his team for your plumbing needs.

    Used this outfit three times since I bought my fixer-upper home, and am preparing to use them to get my under home plumbing brought up to code.They get there promptly, do good work and are very reasonably priced. Ive use plumbers for years - these guys are truly a very refreshing first for me!!

    Tim Herndon Plumbing was recommended to me and I called and within 21/2 hours of calling they were at my house to make the repairs. The tech Cody was so nice and very professional and did a fantastic job. Tim Herndon Plumbing is now in my contacts and if and when I need a plumber again they are who I will call.

    Had to have my hot water heater replaced because of 4 point home inspection said it was too old. Was referred to these guys. Called them and they gave me quote over phone and came the very next day and replaced it. The plumber was great and cleaned up and didnt leave a mess. Done in less then 2 hours. Will call them 1st for any plumbing needs. Also they were $600 cheaper then Lowes was going to charge. Thanks again

    Had an outside leak behind the faucet on an outside garage wall. There was no sign of leakage on the inside wall behind the faucet.Anthony cut off the water, took the faucet off and inspected the water pipe and external threading. Replace the threaded fitting and replace the old gate valve faucet with a new ball valve faucet.Great service and I would highly recommend them.

    We had a slow leak off the main line into our house. I called Tim around 11am and he said hed find a way to work us in that day. He called when he was on his way, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave options for repair and then repaired the busted line. He and his assistant worked quickly, were polite and were very reasonably priced. Would recommend

    Had 0 water pressure the night before and when they showed up it made a liar out of me. After checking everything we couldnt find the issue then it started acting up. Changed the malfunctioning pressure switch and water pressure has been fine since. They also replace a hose spigot in the back of the house. The guys were friendly, patient and thorough. Will definitely call them again should a need arise :)

    I have used this company several times and have found them wonderful to work with as they are very knowledgeable and accommodating from the owner to his staff.     Wonderful service today by Jason. On time installed dishwasher, installed new garbage disposal, hookup up new refrigerator then replaced washers in slop sink and finished up by replacing outside hose connector. When he finished you would never know he was here. Very professional. Thank you

    On time and very professional. I had water everywhere, my water heater was leaking. I called them and they were able to get someone out right away! They replaced my old worn out water heater with a much more energy efficient one. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. The tech was very professional and explained everything to me about my new heater. I would highly recommend this company
