Steve Parsons (senior plumber) did a wonderful job at my home. Very professional and caring. Cleaned my gutters out while he was on my roof. Installed a new water heater for me and found a dangerous gas leak in my furnace that he also took care of same day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly plumber.And I must add, Steve was not only helpful, but he is also a good looking, knowledgeable, and kind gentleman.

Not long ago i had a plumbing issue, called a friend who is a plumber and was advised I needed a scope/camera of the line. Called a company explained our needs waited till over a week for them to get here was charged 195.00 service call to be told I needed a scope. Which he did not have! Anger n frustration lead us to live with the issue. Do not use that bathroom, we have 2 more and an outside shower.Well now its the kitchen and another bathroom. I call And was told no charge be there in an hour or so. Its Sunday I was hoping an appointment next week. John showed up scoped the line and reamed it out. It fixed the immediate problem throughout the lines. Gave a reasonable estimate for a more thorough clean out. Our God is awesome and this company a real blessing.It is Sunday before the holiday, the service call was free. The repair reasonable and they saved our Thanksgiving feast. Excellent in deed.

Very nice and very pleasant young man. Came in with shoe covers on. He hooked up the water in the kitchen and dishwasher then fixed a toilet.I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I called AND Services for a water leak in my back yard. The technician, Skylar, was here in just over an hour. He assessed the situation and determined it wasnt a house line leaking but a main water line, so he advised us to call the water company. He didnt charge us and he also gave us his phone number in case we needed to have him come back. We are now waiting for the water company to come out. Skylar and AND Services were an amazing help! I highly recommend!

Clogged main drain line had my home shut down. I searched and found AND Services with excellent results. Professional, efficient and quality service and equipment. Total time for John to make repairs was about 90 minutes with minimum hassle and mess. A plus was his use of their camera that confirmed that the line was cleared from the clog. Thanks.

I specifically wanted the line from the house to the septic tank cleaned. Nicholas was very friendly, took care of the job with no BS, and it only took about 30 minutes. I am a 71-year-old retired single woman. I had an emergency clog in my kitchen sink didnt know what to do and sawa n d services advertisement. They told me they could come that day and a service man named John showed up two and a half hours later. He was very polite spent time in unclogging my drain and checking every other drain in the house for me I will certainly use their services from now on they are inexpensive and well worth it!

The person on the phone said there is no charge to come out. The technician said he doesn’t know why I was told that because there is a charge and it is more expensive on a sunday. .

We dont see people in emergencies and no we cant get to you till Monday or Tuesday and explained its 90° in here and Im sweltering and I live alone but I need someone ASAP so I found them and Im waiting for the tech now and hopefully it can be fixed

Set up an appointment, was notified when Kevin would arrive, and he was very prompt. Explained I had a bad blower motor and since it was Friday he could get it for me on Monday. He installed a UV light before he left.By 4:00 PM I received a call from a second technician (sorry I forgot his name) and said he could be at my address in one hour. Wonderful and honest company. The technician, John, assesessed the problem, put a snake down the outside sewage pipe and indicated the septic tank needed to be drained. His company does not drain septic tanks so disappointed in that regard but understandable. John was knowledgeable and upfront. I really appreciate his honesty. There was no charge for his visit even though he spent almost an hour here. A company that is not money hungry, wow. I will definitely call them again when the need arises. They have certainly earned my loyalty as a customer. Highly recommend.

My ac install was great. My house was like 100 degrees. Mike My salesman put us in a hotel because we had to wait a day for the install. Once the install was done My house was ice cold. We had a maintenance done by Tommy who was really sweet. Since I got my new unit My light bill has gone down!

Nothing but good things to say about the 3 different guys who were sent out for us.My only complaint with AND Services company, which weve called several different occasions, is their scheduling and communication is not great. Its hard to get a ballpark estimate on what time a tech will get to you and we werent receiving the 30-minutes away call/text, so someone with a typical 9-5 would have to take the entire day off work and wait for someone to show up. Also I requested a call from management to discuss our specific problem and never received a response. However we are very happy and relieved management made things right with us and fixed their mistake with no charge. Just wish there couldve been a little more transparency with scheduling.

Went as well, as expected. The five-year Rheem warranty on the old unit expired just under three weeks ago! It had a freon leak and the compressor rattled when shut off. The technician explained that a repair would be pricey for a unit not under warranty. It was also explained that both the compressor and air handler had to be replaced since we had to go from a SEER1 to a SEER2 unit. The replacement cost, less 10% discount, came to a whopping $12,349.00...wow!

Without wanting to band-aid our current system, especially since our warranty expired two years ago, we agreed to a brand new system. Great job Kevin as you were very thorough.And along came Keith & Simeon with the new AC. Two very polite and professional individuals. Each had his own responsibility and they went to work removing and installing the new system. Im not one to stand over someones shoulder while theyre doing their job, but the few times I had a question, they stopped what they were doing and answered my question without seeming annoyed by my interruption.
