Very happy with the work these guys did for me. I had a leak in my gas line on the exterior of my house and contacted several plumbers. Most didnt seem interested in doing the work at all, the other two who came out didnt seem like they really knew how to fix it. Modern came out and knew the fix and put in a lot of work to track down the special part needed for my situation.Not only did they do excellent, clean work - they also did it quickly and at a fair price. Again, I had an unusual situation but they kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on. Thats a rare thing but it is much appreciated.

I was very happy with the two guys that came to install my pot filler, they were very polite and professional. They installed the filler and checked their work. I didn’t get their names but I would recommend these guys any day. Modern Plumbing is the place I will call for more plumbing jobs. The price was very reasonable. I recommend Modern Plumbing.

We phoned Modern Plumbing after our Citrus County Utility water meter reader was kind enough to advise us that we had used an excessive amount of water in a months time. Curtis answered the phone and dispatched his crew immediately to troubleshoot why we had used so much water. Shawn and Orion were sent to our home and upon their inspection, due to the age of our home, we determined that our best course of action was to re-plumb the entire house after discussing all our options with them. We were given a very fair price quote by Modern Plumbing to do all the necessary work to get our plumbing re-piped. Shawn and Orion were consummate professionals. They communicated with us every step of the way, showed up on time each day, and were meticulous in creating a plan to re-pipe our house. It was a very difficult job for a multitude of reasons, and they both worked tirelessly to complete the job. At the very end of the job our kitchen faucet broke. Not to be deterred, Orion thankfully had a brand-new Delta kitchen faucet on his truck and saved the day. Shawn and Orion were able to complete this job in two days. Excellent job and exceptional prices….contacted many Plumbing Co. for pricing and all were way overpriced. Cast iron sink replacement quotes from all I contacted was $850-900 and if they ran into problems $27 every 15 min. This Co quoted $598 or less….ended up they were finished in one hour and charged me $305. What a shock that was … also arrived on time. Got an estimate to have new commode installed $140 plus $50 to take old one away and cost of any new parts. Got quote from another Co. $375.Definitely using them for all my plumbing problems.

I called another company,with an orange truck, who I found on Google, to have them come out and give me an estimate on replacing a flange on my toilet and new guts in it. They quoted me almost a thousand dollars. My dad said he knew a company , and set up the appointment. You guys were the most professional and respectful people weve met. AND so much cheaper. These guys are honest, professional, knowledgable and truly good people. Had a situation we thought was going to be a simple fix and the technician worked for 3 hours trying to resolve it, even went and had a special tool made just to accomplish the task. In the end, the water heater was defective and I had to get a new one, which they installed immediately, quickly and did an excellent job. I would recommend these guys to anyone, even the toughest cookies.
