They sent 2 men I will give the first letter of their name only 1 was X the other E.They were terrific. I must say they did not have an east time the septic tank was hard to locate ( due yo being very deep) and once discovered they had to dig down over 4 feet in 2 spots to reach both lids.The entire time they were in a good mood and polite. They did not complain.When the job was complete they put all the dirt back in place and leveled it off.I recommend Brooks Septic

    Brooks Septic recently pumped-out my septic tank, and I highly recommend them! I called and was able to make an appointment for my preferred date. On the scheduled day, I received a call letting me know they were on the way. Pump-out went smoothly & efficiently. And my yard was left in pristine condition. Since the pump-out, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Quality and professionalism are top-notch. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

    Cant recommend these guys enough. They came recommended to me from a gentleman that just did some demo work for me and Toby came out and not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was respectful and patient and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything he was doing and even gave me some tips and pointers to help with my system.     I have called brooks septic a few times for people and have always had a great experience with them recently I used them for a septic inspection I am in the process of opening a new establishment in Homosassa toby came out and did my inspection was very thorough let me know what I needed very reasonable prices and no problems. He called ahead of time let me know they where on there way definitely will continue to recommend them To family and friends

    If you need septic or drain field service, this is the company to call. I have had them pump my tank in the past and been very impressed with their professional and friendly service. They always have time to answer questions and are very informative. Last week I had them replace my 33 year old drain field. What a team! Cory, Brandon, and Tony knew exactly what they were doing. Working like a team, they were done in less than 3 hours. When they came back after the inspection, they brought Hector and again the team left my yard smooth as glass and were gone in 2 hours. Family owned and very professional, they genuinely want to do a perfect job. Thanks to the ladies in the office as well for making my part effortless! I highly recommend Brooks Septic!

    This is an Outstanding Company. After I bought my home I found out that I needed a new Drain Field. After putting my drain field in, a pipe was accidentally broke.     They came out earlier then scheduled which made me happy. Hall was the service man. He was friendly, very efficient, and professional. He emptied the tank, said the drain field was good.     The office was able to send out a technician on the same day to pump out our septic tank. The receptionist was friendly and pleasant. The technician, E.Hall, was the best.     I needed a pump out at my new home. Brooks was quick to make an appointment and the gentleman who came out was nice and professional. We had an unknown issue with our pump a few weeks later they came back out to put in a new one. They ended up just finding roots and pulling them out so we didnt need a new pump after all. They were honest with us and we wouldnt have known the pump was fine. They could have made money by putting in a new pump but they didnt which I love that they were honest. I will recommend them to everyone who needs their services.

    I was very impressed with the customer service. The lady I spoke to over the phone was so sweet. We had an emergency pump out we needed, they couldn’t get out the same night but they came at 8AM the next day which I was so thankful for. Communication was great. Actually called us like they said. And the guy who came to work on the septic, Halls? He was very knowledgeable and nice. We will be using their services in the future

    Had entire septic system drain field installed on my 2nd home including pump. They were on time, professional and did a great job of installing the system and covering it up with dirt, seed and straw. I was pleased with the pictures they sent. The issue I have is I asked one of the owners to flag and stake it so no one would drive on it and twice they said it would be done. Well I inspected it the other day and it wasnt done and there was tire tracks on it. This is why I asked them to do it and it was important. To say the least I was not happy when I saw that. Why do 99% of the job and not finish hence 4 STARS versus 5. If your going to do a job do it from start to finish and if you tell your customers you will do something then do it. All the rest I was very pleased with. I would recommend them if they can do the job from start to finish.

    Brooks septicIt was Sunday at 3pm and my septic back up toilets would not fluch waste in the showers and I had my sister and her husband from Kansans staying for a week. I called brooks and he said he would ask one of his workers if he would take this septic job. The young man was mowing his lawn and said he would be at my house in 20 mins I was so happy that they could drain my septic. The young man was very polite and new just where to locate my tank he then removed the cover and saw the filter was clogged washed it down and drained my tank.Very profecional and extremely polite. I will use them in 3 years he said I should drain septic every 3 years. I told him that I used rid X every 3 months he said that is why I didn’t have a problem for 6 years.     Never fails when the Stuff hits the fan its always on a weekend. I called around and they were the ones to answer the phone. Lady taking the call was polite and responsive. She was very professional and understanding of our situation. Thank you. She added us on to the schedule and stated the driver was in Marion county and had two jobs ahead of us. Please be patient and we will get to you. I asked about payment, she stated the price and its within reason for a weekend emergency. I have quoted and checked other locations.Toby the driver contacted me from Marion county and gave me an estimated time of his arrival and he was on the dot. He arrived and as a solo worker, I pitched in to help him. I located and dug up the tank. He did the rest. It was late in the afternoon and this fella was working on his day off. What can you say about a man that works on his day off and a company that feels your pain and goes the extra effort to ease your troubles. They are excellent. Toby got right down to it and educated me while he was working. We cleaned up the work site and back to situation normal in no time.This company will be my go to from now on, based on their timely response, reasonable pricing, and compassion for their customers.     Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t mind us observing while he worked and went above and beyond. Repaired a previously cracked lid, made sure tank and drain field were operating correctly (many other companies charge extra for the “inspection “). I would highly recommend Mr Brooks and Brooks Septic Service.
