    We needed to have a gas line installed for an outdoor kitchen. Our plumber, Dave, and another young man, ( I think his name was Justin) did an outstanding job. We are very happy and would definitely recommend JM Plumbing.

    I called them at 1:20pm and Jacob got here in about an hour, right when Liz said he would. I had already been turned down by two other plumbers on the phone because it was a difficult situation (an old water heater in an old mobile home and I already had the new replacement water heater). Jacob took a hard look at it and told me of the difficulties which I understood completely, and then he got to right work and did the job like a champ, overcoming the difficulties. The new water heater was completely installed by 5pm. I will be calling the office tomorrow to request Jacob to come back out to replace two leaky faucets Ive been putting off for years, that young man really impressed me. I am an old disabled retired handyman and had hoped to do these jobs myself but its just beyond my capabilities these days. Thank you JM Plumbing for hiring good people like Jacob, I highly recommend them.

    I received same day service to repair/replace a leaking hose spigot on the outside of my house. The tech was very courteous and did a very good job of replacing the worn out spigot on a timely basis.Ive used JM Plumbing on other jobs and they always performed in a timely, courteous and professional product manner.

    Amazing service! My dad and I called at 8:30 this morning to swap out a toilet. The lady that took our call was very nice and squeezed us in just 4 hours later. The technician came at 1...removed the old toilet and swapped out with the new one. He was done at 1:30...30 minutes in and out! Couldnt be happier!! Dont go anywhere else until you call JM plumbing!

    Technician was here actually early which was good. The work was performed well and didnt take very long. I thought a little pricey for the amount of work that was done but the work quality was good. Recommend you get an estimate first if parts are going to be needed or buy the parts for your project. The mark up is insane and probably comparable to most Plumbing companies in the area. Again the work was good, on time so I have no complaints about that. Technician was friendly and stayed steady till complete.

    UPDATE #1: I needed an old kitchen faucet replaced, so I called & scheduled with David Banks again. He did just as Fabulous a job putting in my new faucet! He really had to work at cutting out the old faucet because it was rusted to the sink. He cut it off with a Sawzall and said it was leaking for a while as he picked off the rust pieces left around the hole in the sink basin. Im So lucky I replaced it instead of having it break or leak really bad! David cleaned everything up and made sure it was clean and dry after testing it before leaving. I would call him back again for the next plumbing project!1st visit: Fantastic service! Called for an estimate, he said it would be a quick fix, so I asked if he had time to do it now. He did; its done; reasonably priced; me Happy! Would definitely call them again and ask for David again. I already asked for another estimate because well be upgrading several things in this older house that we recently purchased. So good to know that we can count on JM Plumbing!

    David from JM plumbing is a five star employee. Showed up on time, and communicated effectively on the job and what he will be installing . David installed a spigot, quick and professional. During the install he noticed I had a leaking ball value on my well plumbing. He repaired that right away also. He is now my only plumber I will be working with.

    3-30-24I called JM PLUMBING on the Saturday due to my pipes leaking and James the owner sent out his plumber within 1.5 hours from my call. That was way faster than any other plumber, I called.     After getting scammed from a previous plumber I was very wary of hiring another plumber to come do plumbing repairs. JM Plumbing responded quickly, got guys out with in a day to give my estimate at no charge to me. The guys showed up on time and were very genuine and helpful and got my estimate completed within a day. Then I called to schedule for the the repairs as the pricing was reasonable, and they put me on the schedule for Monday morning, and I called Friday afternoon! I am very pleased with this company and their workers! I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know!

    FANTASTIC SERVICE. I had a plumbing problem on a Friday morning, I feared I would be without water over the weekend. I called JM Plumbing at 9:05 and Christopher appeared at my home 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem, located a part and repaired the issue. The charges were reasonable. He also provided hubby with free fishing advice.

    Most honest plumbers Ive met. Builder hadnt installed a thermostat on my tankless water heater. I was going to install a hot water tank in my garage because my water was not hot. Always just fixes the problem at hand and it stays fixed. Communication of the tech and management occurs on site to diagnose an issue before a single dollar is charged.     Called at 9am had a service tech out by 11am, temporary fix for leak to the hot water heater. All pipes from the 80s needed replaced along with the 37 year old water heater. Christian did the temp fix, provided a prompt estimate for repairs and new water heater. Christian returned the next morning for the install and repair, he was a pleasure to have in my mothers home, he was polite, professional, cleaned up everything and just did an excellent job.
