They were great! The handle in my shower broke and could not shut the water off. Had to turn off the water to the house. I called late afternoon yesterday and was told they’d be out 10:30 this am.They got here at 10am. And it took an hour. I was very impressed. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. Had to cut the opening in the wall bigger to get to the pipes.That was fine. After they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves.The bill was very reasonable. I am very happy and satisfied. I want to get the shower fixtures in my other bathroom replaced and I plan on having Kyle Roberts Plumbing do it.

We had a new kitchen installed. Our cabinet contractor works with Kyle and recommended him. Kyle was very thorough and helpful on his assessment of our plumbing needs, offering great suggestions. We have an older home with several less than desirable home fixes; one of which was a long-term problem that the previous plumber I used never cared to address. And it turned out to be an easy repair. For the first time in 12 years that issue is functioning correctly! I am thrilled because Kyle took his time detailing his assessment, and how the would repairs would be completed. Not to mention the new plumbing fixtures that he recommended. He is very reasonably priced. James was our plumber & Trent his go to guy. They were fantastic as well. Punctual and very knowledgeable. Everyone communicated very well with us. I am very happy with Kyle Roberts Plumbing and they will be my go to from now on!

Although I didnt use Kyles services, he returned my call and I explained what was going on in my home. Kyle told me that the problem was with my septic system and gave me a referral to another company. Kyle was honest and professional and didnt steer me wrong. I will use his services in the future.

I have used Kyle Roberts Plumbing for a couple jobs and have been very happy with their work. They are very professional and show up on time. Their work is very meticulous and clean. They discussed different options to find what worked best with what I wanted to do. Definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.

First of all the owner lives in our neighborhood. That being said, he like me, is very picky regarding his care of his home and as well as is company vehicles.The owner Kyle called me regarding a delay on the day of the late day appointment. He asked if he could come first thing the next day at 8:00 AM sharp. He kept his promise and was here on time. I can also say that I read the reviews on line prior to calling him and that they were all exceptional. Another reason was I really try to hire locally if possible but better when they are neighbors as well. Oh yeah his prices are more than fair and they cleanup everything like they were never here.He’s a keeper

Based on recommendations from others we enlisted the plumbing services of Kyle Roberts Plumbing and have absolutely no regrets in doing it. He is a top notch professional in his field. A problem was experienced by his employees during the plumbing repair service and when they contacted him about it he came right to our house. He knew just what to do to get it fixed. He told me he would be back on a Monday to replace something in the bathroom (at no charge) and he told me to call him if he didnt show up. I didnt have to call him he showed up as promised and was even earlier than the time he gave me to expect him. Have a plumbing issue call Kyle Roberts Plumbing first!!!

I can not say enough good things about my numerous experiences with Kyle Roberts plumbing. I have used them for commercial and residential needs and his service is consistently absolutely EXCELLENT! He will make you feel comfortable with the entire process from an emergency repair to a renovation (and I’ve used him for both of those). He preforms work as scheduled and leaves the area clean and neat. Although there is not a price you can put on that level of service and the trust you can have with him, his prices are still always fair and competitive. I would not use another plumber.

Just used Kyle Roberts Plumbing for first time to snake my vents and clean out. Great service who is a professional knowing his craft. My Master Toilet was not flushing. He suggested my septic was full. I had it emptied earlier this year so didnt think that was the issue. Snaking didnt clear the issue. Since the Master bath was an add on from previous owner we decided that to find the original line would be to run a camera as there was no clean out for that side of the house. He came back in just a couple of days. Well, yep, the cleanout was full of water all the way to the septic. Then ran the camera from a roof vent for the original plumbing and it was full of water! Confirmed...I need a new drain field as this is the original from 1981! Kyle doesnt do drain fields but referred me to Dave w/ A-Ace Septic and they came out and emptied the tank. All is working for now until I get the new drain field!I highly recommend Kyle for his integrity and professionalism.

We had one of our chickens accidentally get locked into our AC’d garage where we keep our dogs when we’re not home. The dogs being bored in the garage decided to play with the chicken causing the chicken to hide behind the pipes of our water system. The dogs busted a pipe causing a pressurized fountain in our garage for possibly a couple hours before it was noticed.Kyle came out right away after finishing up a job he was currently working on and fixed our pipes allowing my family to have running water once again. Thank you Kyle Roberts Plumbing, I wouldn’t use or trust anyone else!!

Kyle Roberts Plumbing is top notch. The quality is Great and the prices are very fair and affordable. I had another local Plumbing company worked on my house before Kyle. Typical Owners name Plumbing, they had 50+ reviews and 4.5+ star. But when it came down to the labor, the owner sent two workers whos work was subpar to the reviews. Kyle is who you get, he shows up and does the work himself. So you know he cares. That is what you want when you call a Plumber to your house. Thank you Kyle, keep up the great work.

Called on Monday morning for a indoor plumbing issue and they were right there at noon! The guys were efficient and friendly and even took care of a leak we had outside where our garden hose is located. Affordable rates. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have had them out twice now, and each time they have done fantastic work. They just got my sink unclogged after having to return from the shop with progressively larger snakes. But they stuck in there and did it, and didnt charge me extra for the extra trips. Beyond ethical! I only hesitate to leave this review because then whoever reads this will monopolize their time!
