23 minutes agoThese guys were GREAT. We called with some water pressure issues. Brandon and Brian were here quickly and were very professional and polite, they had the issue diagnosed and fixed fast, and they did a great job on our outside spigots- faucets, too. When I came home there were 2 gentlemen at the neighbors in a “ plumbing Truck” and Ironically enough my toilet stopped flushing yesterday , I prayed about it this a.m and went on with my day. So when I saw Brandon and Brian I thought “maybe they r an answered prayer” So I asked them if they were busy bc my toilet wasn’t flushing, without hesitation they both said “Yeah we can look at it” I promised to pay cash and told them how much I appreciated them taking the time to look at it!! Well they used some tool thingy and fixed it !!!! They were unknowingly being used by God !! How amazing !! It took 5 mins and they refused to take any money!!! Thank you guys so much for just being good people !!! It was refreshing !!

I cant thank this company enough! I had an emergency at my mothers rental property -well pump wasnt working, so NO water for the tenant on a SUNDAY. My mother was in the hospital, and I live in Atlanta, so had no idea what to do. I called JM Plumbing (because they are listed as emergency plumbers). They were NO help - after 5-6 phone calls from their clueless receptionist, said they couldnt come until Monday, so I scheduled for Monday and gave them my credit card. They showed up at 2PM Monday, charged me $100 and said they couldnt fix it until later in the week! So at 4:30 Monday I looked online and found Mitch Duncan & Son Plumbing. When I called, Jimmy answered. He asked for pictures, and mentioned that his people were finishing up for the day. Meanwhile, while on the phone with me, he drove to a parts store and found the pump I needed (based on the pictures that I texted him)!Two guys (and Jimmy) showed up at the property WITHIN 30 MINUTES and had it fixed before 6:15. These guys are amazing, and literally saved the day. The next time I am in Inverness, Im going to stop by and personally thank them :)

Last night around 5pm all 3 of our toilets backed up simultaneously. A neighbor called Mitch and within 30 minutes Rex Wilson arrived to analyze the problem. He was an awesome addition to Mitchs team and spent the next couple of hours clearing all the lines to the septic system, locating the septic tank, digging up the top of the tank, locating the cap, pulling the cap off the tank, cleaning the filter, and preparing the tank for pumping out. He was polite, prepared, knowledgeable, and determined to solve our problem regardless of how much time it took him away from his wife and kids. In todays world there are few young men that can measure up to Rex. He is an asset to Mitch and Mitch Duncan & Sons is a great asset to the communities this business serves. God Bless

On the recommendation of my septic service I called this company for a clogged main drain going to the septic tank that was clogged with grease. When I called them I left a message and they called me back within five minutes. Once I explained the issue and gave them the address I expected them to come within a few hours. We were completely surprised to have someone show up within 15 minutes. After I showed them what was going on they had the drain completely cleared out within 10 minutes and the flow through the outside T connection was better than ever. Best service call we ever made. Fast response, and fast work !!!

Just had my service completed today 3/28/22. I had another plumbing company cancel due to emergency repair work and I had already took the day off work to be home. I frantically called other places to see if I could find anyone available today. They immediately sent a technician when no one else could. Jamie the tech was friendly courteous and professional. The three jobs I needed done, bath tub facet installation, an under the bathroom sink hose repair, and a toilet reset were all completed and for a great price. Had an issue all of a sudden w/ my hot water heater. Via a recommendation we called Mitch Duncan & Son, later in the day, fully expecting to maybe get someone out in a few days. He called back immediately and said the weather is cold and I dont want you to not have hot water and came out that very evening and fixed it. Amazing! Great price, great service and I cannot thank them enough. We recently moved from a big city and w/ every wonderful encounter like this, just appreciate our new surroundings and neighbors all that much more. Could not recommend these guys more. A+

I had an unusual bathroom renovation project that 2 other plumbers wouldnt touch. 2 neighbors both highly recommended Mitch Duncan Plumbing. My project involved converting a wooden barrel into a sink cabinet and adding the sink bowl and farmhouse style faucet to it, all of which I had. I called Mitch Duncan and spoke to Jimmy, who sounded intrigued by the project and said hed send someone out that day. That someone was Billy Woods, who thought the project was a great idea, right up his alley. 2.5 hours later, we were done, the barrel was now my bathroom sink, everything is working beautifully, and I could not be more thrilled with the high quality work and attention to detail. Mitch Duncan & Son Plumbing have earned not just 5 stars but more like 10. They are experienced plumbers .We heard running water that was not visible. A homeowners nightmare. They suggested we call American Leak Detectors to pinpoint the leak Location and minimize the cost. And we did. Once the location Was found the repair was made. Their plumbers arrived on time. Kyle & the Duncan & Son Plumbing has always treated me fair and done good work. I was referred to them by another Realtor in the area. I havent been dissappointed with any services theyve provided me. I remodeled a home and did a complete update to all of the plumbing connections, exposed fittings and the like. The work was done in a timely manner and proper. They then came back out and installed and connected all of the sinks, drains, appliances. There were never any problems and everything was left clean. Duncan & Sons is my go to plumber now for all my RE needs.

A few days ago the guys from Mitch Duncan Plumbing were fixing a water main break in our complex , as they sat down to eat a pizza at lunchtime,I approached them to see just when the water would be turned back on , when I asked , they said it would be a couple days before it would be back on . However they couldnt keep a straight face for long , they laughed and said ,its back on now then they offered me a slice of pizza , I stood there and talked to those three guys for a few more minutes about the timewhen I had them come and fix my shower ,and also about the faucets they replaced out side on my house , and the sink and garbage disposal they replaced in my kitchen, and how ,while they were there ,we had asked if they could change the parts in the toilets ,because sometimes we have to shake the handle when it keeps running . So we added a good amount of work to an already full day ,but they stayed late and got the job done . The bottom line is this ,Ive used Mitch Duncan plumbers several times , and they do top quality work ,the guys are neat and clean ,they know their stuff , and theyll even offer you a slice of their pizza ! Excellent service and good prices. Had a leak in the shower. They came out the next day and replaced the shower fittings and O-rings. Then they were able to get my jet pump primed and running again. That alone saved me from having to call a well pump service. Thank you. While they were there I asked if they could also replace a hose bib for me and they said no problem. They didnt try to gouge me on the price either. Everything came out way better than I expected. I definitely would recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Excellent service. I called today on a Sunday morning and had a callback in less than 5 minutes. A young man named Jaimee called and came and took care of a broken toilet. The water ran continously due to a broken valve handle and I could not turn it off as the valve at the wall was frozen open, he replaced everything in less than an hour and a half with all new parts and the price was extremely reasonable for a weekend emergency call including parts and labor. I highly recommend MD and Son Plumbing🙂
