Great service and price. I had another company come to look at my shower and they told me it was going to cost over $1000 and needed an entire valve replacement. KO sent their guys out and they were able to fix the faucet saving me hundreds of $$$!I would recommend KO in the future. Excellent service!

Guaranteed they will hear from me if I ever need any future plumbing help.

My water heater went out!! Such exceptional service from a great company. Called on a Tuesday evening and they were there the next morning bright and early with my new water heater, ready to install and haul off the old one. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, curteous and prompt. Showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job. Cant say enough about Ben Hix and his team. Highly recommend!

They were hired by Paul Davis to do the plumbing in my house after a fire They changed all of our piping for pex. After reading about it seems like I may have pressure issues. But we won’t know until our house is finished.. They ran the plumbing to our main bathroom under the frame of the house. Instead of inside the insulation. This is a crawl space that freezes in winter. They said I was being difficult and that they ran everything to code. First off its my house second running my water lines under my frame and zip tying it to my house support looks really to code. Since we paid for it we wouldn’t have had plastic connectors put in either. We have to hire someone else to come in and fix it. We fired Paul Davis!Spoke with Mr. Ben Hix he addressed and fixed the issue of the water line’s being ran under the framing. I still don’t like the plastic connections everything I’ve read says to use brass so we’ll see. Will have to wait for house to be complete to see about water pressure. Thank you Ben.
