This company was very nice from calling them to the techs who came out. The phone rep was willing to try to get someone out to give me a quote same day I called. I only had that day to get this done. She was able to do it. The techs came out on time and were super nice! They told me the price and stated they could do it right then, if I wanted it done. My water shut off valve was seized and my pressure valve needed replacing. I wanted it done since its hard for me to get time off work and I wanted to be able to turn water off to my house if a pipe were to burst. They got it done in about an hour and I havent had a problem. The techs so forth coming with answer to all my questions. I believe the head techs name was Andrew. There were very fast and came the same day that our septic pump went out. The technician was professional and helpful. The quote for service was free, but the actual service was very expensive. We were quoted $4500 to replace the septic pump. (We replaced it ourselves for $500) If you’re having an emergency and need something done now, I would absolutely recommend them. If you have time to compare, I would shop around.

He was highly knowledgeable about the furnace and how it is running. He documented everything as he went through his check up and shared information about options to ask about when our furnace needs replaced.As we talked about the furnace and thermostat he helped with the installation of a new thermostat we purchased earlier in the week.

I Highly Recommend using the Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning Company!!!Their Customer Service has been Unbelievably AMAZING!! I called them in the late morning on Thanksgiving Day and was so amazed that they had Ali, one of their service technicians, arrive at my house in less than 2 hours on Thanksgiving Day!! And they did not charge any overtime rates or holiday rates that some other companies do charge and I know that for a fact from my friends experience!! I had expected to not be able to get service most likely until this coming Monday, at the very earliest, and possibly thought it could be a week or two, as my friend in another town has been experiencing these kind of delays (actually a 3 week delay!) with getting his furnace worked on! Ali was super friendly and I was extremely impressed by his amazing customer service. Ali assessed my furnace issues very quickly and quoted me a very good deal to have my furnace repaired! He even had all of the necessary parts with him and was able to make the necessary repairs right then and there!! However, I decided I also wanted a quote on the possible option of replacing the furnace instead of repairing the existing one, and also wanted their company to replace my water heater. Ali amazed me by saying that he could fix my furnace right then and there anyway so we would have heat right away and then even if I ended up getting a new furnace with them they would credit the amount for the repair towards that purchase. But because my daughter and I were able to stay at my parents house I decided to wait until the next day (Friday, the day after Thanksgiving) when Jason showed up in the morning at my requested time. Jason was also very friendly and provided wonderful customer service! Jason then worked with me and quoted me a very good deal on getting my furnace repaired and getting my water heater replaced! Then that evening Ali came back to my house and repaired my furnace. He really impressed me with his customer service, especially when he used a special long handled camera to look all the way into the furnace and be able to carefully inspect the heat exchanger to make sure that it was in good condition as this is very important because me and my daughters safety would be threatened as we could actually be harmed or even killed by carbon monoxide poisoning if there were problems with the heat exchanger!!! Ali completed all of the required furnace repairs and was extremely friendly and let me watch him work and let me ask a lot of questions and was very patient with me and I was super impressed by him! Now, tomorrow morning (Saturday) Jason is sending out another technician to replace my water heater. Again, I have been so impressed by the Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning Company!! And again, I would recommend using this company for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!!Sincerely, Joseph Tate III

Put covering over their shoes before entering my home to check where old furnace was. Explained what they would be doing. Put down canvass on flooring and stairs before bringing in tools. Told me when they needed to turn off power. They explained it would take longer to replace furnace since they needed to reroute some fittings due to the newer furnace. The old one was 25 years old. Had to reroute somethings for the air-conditioner. Wednesday I went into my garage and discovered that the expansion tank on the water heater had failed and was draining water on the floor. I called Right Now Plumbing and Rosemary scheduled Aaron to come out and fix the problem. Aaron arrived and told me that I needed a new expansion tank, He left to get one. When he returned he installed it. Then he got a roll of paper towels from his truck and wiped up the water on the floor. I did not expect him to do that. Obviously Aaron believes in giving great customer service!

Great Experience with RightNow. My initial issue with my furnace just turned out to be a power issue. However, once they got it up and running, Mike, heard a suspicious noise (not apparent to the untrained ear). Turns out I had holes in my heating exchange! If it wasn’t for Mike’s keen hearing and knowledge I would still have carbon monoxide leaking into my house! Gary, came out and educated me about my current furnaces, new furnace options, general airflow in my home and best practice tips for maintenance. Allen, Mark, and Chis replaced both my aging and ailing furnaces the next day! They were kind, professional, knowledgeable and kept a clean workspace! Called RIGHT NOW about my non functioning A/C. Service Technician Ali arrived within the scheduled service window given by the call center. Within a short period of time he found the issues, which were two fold. He had the necessary components in his vehicle and within 53 minutes of arrival the A/C was functioning again. I didn’t realize the installation of the A/C took place 13 years ago and this was the first instance of a major failure. While the labor and parts set me back almost $1000, this was the 1st major expense on the unit, other than a number of small annual maintenance expenses. $1000 over 13 years is very reasonable in my opinion. Ali related that the compressor is fine and his final readings on the unit were equal to or exceeded manufacturer specs. Happy with the service that’s returned my house to comfortable temperatures.
